I have been take my car to Jim and Jason at Turbo Toys since 2020. These guys and the rest know team are not only knowledgeable about the Nissan/Infiniti platforms but also know their way around the car. Parts, they got or will order for you - any repairs, down to body work and paint, they got you. They stand behind their work. 10 stars in my book.

I cannot say enough good things about Jim and the team at Turbo Toys. The buying experience was simple and straight forward. Jim warrantied the car I bought, which shows that he stands by their work, and he owns that warranty when something goes wrong. When returning with an issue with my car, he made sure that he examined every possibility to be completely certain that my issue was 100% resolved. Not only did he resolve the issue, he replaced other normal wear items that he identified during the process to ensure the car would have a long and healthy life. Even though Jim s shop is over an hour and a half away from me, I take it back to him for any service because I know that Jim has my best interests at heart and the work they do there is absolutely top notch. I would trust Jim long before I would trust the dealership. I was also extremely impressed with Jason and his in-depth knowledge of my car. Everyone there has demonstrated a directness and honesty that I truly appreciate, I have no intention of doing business anywhere else.

I have an old 2012 infinity g37 convertible. It is a hardtop, which lately has had issues with the top being stuck during transition. Infinity does not make this car anymore due to the issues with the top. So taking it to the dealer to fix the problem was going to cost even more what the car is worth.It got stuck when I was going to the dentist and did not close completely. We tried everything thinking it was the battery strength even thinking it was a fuse.I looked up a place online, they could not help so he gave me the business card for Turbo Toys. When I got there it was 2 other Infinity Convertibles in the lot I was instantly relieved. They charged me by the hour. He put my car on the computer and told me it was an error code. He put it into transition with no problem. He also recommended me replacing the headliner, but at this point this car is more than 10 years old so if I do decide to do it, I 100% for sure will come back here for any fixes.Recommended them 10 out of 10 :)

I unintentionally left a negative review previously, so I d like to make it up with a genuine one.Jim was very professional and helpful with helping me get an engine room harness for my 03 g35 sedan. He walked me through what options were available and what he thought would work, and he was very responsive throughout the process. I greatly valued his help and I trust that the part that I ll receive will be accurate because of his judgement and advice. Would 100% recommend.

Jim was great! Very direct, upfront, and honest right from the start. Held the vehicle for a few days so I could make it down from Tennessee to get it. Even sent me a few trim pieces for free 6 weeks after purchasing the vehicle. Would certainly purchase from him again.

Repeat customer here - After a bad experience at the dealership numerous people in the Infiniti/Nissan community referred me to Jim at Turbo Toys. I was still skeptical after getting no help from other shops/dealers, but to my surprise Jim was a godsend. He went over a few different repair options considering the age of my car, and I confidently made an informed decision to replace my transmission with a refurbished one. The team at Turbo Toys got my car back on the road faster than promised and running better than before (I was shocked at how responsive the transmission was). Things were going great until my car was recently totaled. Once again Turbo Toys came to the rescue. They gave me an honest assessment of the damage and while I made the ultimate decision not to rebuild, they helped me salvage as much of my aftermarket parts as possible. Now they're even helping me find a replacement (and I'm very particular about my cars).I would highly recommend Jim and his team for Infiniti/Nissan sales, parts and service!

This place is amazing! If you need G37 parts they are the place to go. The guy that answered the phone went above and beyond to help me and find the parts I needed. I had heard good things but was still surprised at how pleasant the experience was. Absolutely would recommend.

I bought an Infiniti G35s from Turbo Toys and at a very affordable price and it is the best car I have ever owned, it now has 176,000 miles and still runs like new. I wanted to take this time to thank Jim and his crew for helping my family with their service needs on their cars. Great Mechanics!!!!KUDOS!!!!

Jim and his crew did a great job on fixing my quarter panel and working with The insurance adjuster to get it fixed as soon as possible I would definitely recommend turbo toys for anyone needing bodywork or any Infiniti Nissan a Volkswagen mechanical work!!

Beware!!! This company list their parts on other websites for example car-parts. If you see a price for something make sure you order that same day . DO NOT make them aware of a price for something and then attempt to order later . THAT PRICE WILL BE CHANGED AND THEY ACT LIKE IT WAS NEVER THERE... This is not how you do business. Maybe this was a one time event but they have lost my business over it .

This company is beyond awful, ZERO customer service skills. We are a body shop and purchased $700 headlights from here and they delivered it to a wrong address, even though we specifically gave them the correct address on the phone. Now they said it's our problem since someone signed for it, even though it wasn't us. They won't refund, and won't help in any way. This is not the way to do business. We will fill a complaint on BBB and do everything in our power to get our money back from these scam artists even if it means taking them to small claims court - Serge from Fine Line International.

These guys are the real thing when it comes to Nissan. They repaired my car for a great price. They know what their doing. Knowledge about my car seats them apart from most others to say the least. Thanks Turbo toys for a job well done !!!

Very professional. Brandon and Jim have went above and beyond to help me with my Infiniti. The part i needed was out of stock and back ordered everywhere for an undetermined time. After 5 days of calling thru out the United States it was determined the part was not available anywhere. I checked with a machine shop and they referred me to Turbo Toys Inc. The had to part. It's saved my from ordering a part from Dubai for 500.00 that may or may not be the correct part and was non refundable.... I recommend for Nissan and Infiniti parts and service!!

If you are looking for a fancy showroom with a lot of overhead you may be put off by Turbo Toys' operation. But if you are looking for a straight forward car deal with no surprises or pressure, and cars that are EXACTLY as advertised I suggest you deal with Jim and his staff. I have bought a lot of cars and this was one of the best experiences I have had. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from Turbo Toys.

Jim at Turbo Toys has been nothing but a godsend! His parts warehouse and overall knowledge have made my car better than it has ever been. He has gone beyond what was expected to help get things right and is always available to answer questions and give suggestions. I totally recomend to anyone!!

Absolutely amazing place if you own a Nissan/ Infiniti vehicle and are in the need of parts. Recently visited Turbo Toys to find a seat motor for my 08 G37 coupe. The Infiniti dealership was wanted $700 plus labor to replace the motor. I was found one at Turbo Toys and had it installed within an hour for $130 + warranty!Great place highly recommend checking them out if you are on a budget and need to make repairs or buy OEM parts for your ride.

Great service, excellent work. What I appreciate the most is being able to leave car with explanation of problem and have confidence they will fix it and do so without additional unrelated work or charges.

Turbo toys is a true one stop shop. obviously if you're here you know what you're looking at and not new to the industry. Jim went above and beyond in the purchase of my car And I feel this is genuine.The product he sells he stands behind and all top of the line. I will be doing more business in the near future with Turbo toys

Turns out the car I bought from a firefighter down in Apollo Beach was rebuilt by Jim's team at Turbo Toys. Ever since 2008 I've been taking my 350z all the way up to Tampa for service and performance modifications.His labor rates, used parts selection, and staff are top notch. This is THE place to go for 350z/G35 parts and service.They also have a clean selection of used cars for sale as well.

Wow, My husband and I couldn't be happier!While shopping for the best value in a used luxury sports car we came across Turbo Toys in Tampa. Jim showed us how we could save allot of money and helped us select the right car for us. We feel like we struck Infiniti gold - saved thousands, and now have a great group of go-to car guys in our network.
