My ddec 3 ecm was malfunctioning and I had a spare ddec 4 that wasn t working so I sent both of them in to see if I could upgrade to a ddec 4. Victor and a technician told me that it was possible and suggested that I do so because the ddec 4 has more/better parameters instead of getting my ddec 3 rebuilt so I took their suggestion assuming they were the ECM professionals. I was billed $1,650 for the ddec 4 rebuild and got back my ddec 3 as well. Once I installed the newly built ecm I noticed it was not running properly, I called and was told to send it back. They fixed the problems they found and sent it back but was still working improperly. I had to go out of my way to come to Tampa and when i arrived i was told the ddec 4 was not compatible with my engine and that i was at fault for leaving a part of a form blank and that I would have to pay an additional $400 to swap out the rebuilt ddec 4 for a rebuilt ddec 3. After going back and forth, I had to give them the rebuilt ddec 4 that I paid for PLUS my original ddec 3 ecm in order to NOT have to pay them anymore money. So basically I paid $1,650 PLUS a ddec 3 for a rebuilt ddec 3 so I no longer have a spare, I lost time and money dealing with them. Manuel (a technician) was the only professional, courteous and knowledgeable person that I encountered.

Sent my ecm, Supposedly yhey retune and can increase power(except nothing over factory settings which they inform you of later, ) like who wants that. I couldn't pay my bill for a few months but stayed in contact . called again to pay found out ecm is now there property. You're welcome for the free cores. By the way i just needed a new battery common on the series 60 ecms. 1200$ and they didn't wouldn't change the tune over the factory 500. Lame company offering little value. and makes you sign paperwork you'll never read, No problem, keeps ecm sorry

Wow these people are great. I sent my ECM to them a month ago and had it cleaned up and restored and it came back looking like new again and much better than when I sent it to them. Very fast turn around service just a few days and they called me and communicated with me about the time frame. Then they took extra time and did some special programing that I requested after I already installed it. It work very well and even better now. They went the extra mile with me to keep me happy and I am glad I found them. Had my freightliner Coronado glider kit 12.7 Detriot ecm give intermittent issues. Contacted Victor. He was extremely helpful and quick with the repair and turn around. I drove my truck there to get my horsepower up, they destroyed my ECM software and didn t wanna take responsibility for it. I had to tow it out.

Victor and team were fantastic to work with. Had my Cummins ecm and hooked up in 30 mins to show it was bad and had me out the door with a reman unit reprogrammed with my file all in under a few hours.Truck running great again thanks to these guys!

As many of you know ECM's on Class 8 trucks are not to be found and if you do find one then be prepared to pay the price gouge of up to 10k is what I have seen. I came across Truck ECM and shipped my ECM to them and in 2 days truck was back in service. Very fair price for the work and they stand behind their work 100%. I am the Maintenance Director for a trucking company and without their expertise and help I was looking at several thousand dollars in revenue lost and a very upset contractor. Great people to work with. Great products. I have purchased 3 ECM's for my Detroit's and the have been easy to program and have worked perfect. Much better price then buying from Detroit dealer. Truck ECM really stands behind the ECM and their tech support is fantastic

Dealt with Justin at the Tampa location recently when purchasing an Ecm for our glider. He was very attentive, helpful and was very responsive to all the questions we had. We had an issue with the initial purchase because my mechanic told us the wrong model ecm to order. Truck Ecm accepted our return with no questions. They also accepted our old ecm as a core so we were able to recoup some of the costs. Regardless, of whether our core had been accepted I would highly recommend this company if you should need an ecm. I was impressed with the sealing of the unit and could see that it was better as a rebuild than the ecm we were replacing. This company was excellent to deal with. I highly recommend them.

I showed up late the man I spoke to had left he went to diag a truck I called him and he turned around put my ECM on his computer and found nothing wrong with it he could have said anything but he was 100%honest. When he was done i ask what do i owe you he said nothing I hope this help you out and if you can't get your truck running I'll come out and put the computer on your truck. Great people I would recommend this place to anyone that needs ECM

Well this was the first time I did business with this company located them on Google search my truck was broken down I took in my Ecm to get repaired and the lady there told me that she will re-calibrate it for $899 I stood in a hotel for four days waiting on a calibration when she turned around and told me I need a new ECM it was gonna cost me $3900 so I paid her how did I know this was my Ecm I put a pacific marking on my Ecm she painted my Ecm did not change it out and charge me over $4000 stay away from this company it took eight days buyer beware

Very bad I wish I could ve gave it a lower rating this is absolutely a terrible company to do business with I am a female business owner myself and has a small business here to Tampa area the customer is always right well I sent in my Ecm for one of my trucks over six weeksago they sent me back an ECM that was broken does not communicate with the truck and charge me $2875 when I try to return itThe big lady avoided all my phone calls would not return the product in my Ecm was burnt terrible company terrible people horrible experience I m going to be contacting the BBB
