I had a great experience buying my RAV 4 at Toyota of Tampa Bay! I originally spoke to the manager Harry who put me with Amy. She was so helpful in getting the car ready I was interested in and holding it for me to test drive. When I wanted to test drive another car to compare, she was very accommodating and wanted me to be sure of my decision. Amy and Dino helped me with financing for my car and they both made it fairly short in time and painless. I would highly recommend them and this dealership.

I bought a Corolla Le 2024 not long ago shout out to Mark he was great on selling, any question I had he was able to answer me and my family.Moving forward to Thursday I took it in with Gian he was my service advisor on Thursday to get it tinted he did great. Gian talked me thru with the percentage of tint of each window. Any question I asked he was sure to answer. Will definitely be going back and with Gian for any maintenance that I need to get done. He definitely makes sure you are not left clueless and if you have any questions to feel free to call him or let him know. :)

Just bought my Camry 2020 LE from here. The lead guy was Jordan, and can't thank him enough for all the guidance and sincere input. Had a wonderful experience as Keith Rivera was my salesperson that helped me get into a brand new car with my not so great credit score. He listened to all of my concerns and figured out how to help us with the help of his manager Harry. By far one of the best experiences my wife and I had especially with our two little ones under the age of 4. David in the finance department explained everything that we needed to know that was and not included in the warranty that comes with the car. I will definitely refer them to family

Very pleased with the service I experienced with Toyota of Tampa Bay. My car unfortunately needed some maintenance in the beginning of the year right after the holidays and Brian Tucker helped through the whole process. He worked magic in getting my car fixed quickly and kept me updated through the process. He has a great personality and knows what he is doing! I don t just recommend Toyota but I recommend seeing Brian Tucker for any service needs.

Extremely happy with my maintenance experience. Bryan, my service manager, did a wonderful job communicating with me and making this a great experience.The service was quick and efficient. I was notified each step in the process. I was even sent a video of my car and explained the services done and my cars condition. I am very impressed with Toyota and happy with the overall service from Bryan. I will continue to come back for all my car needs!

We had a great experience when purchasing a car. Marcus was very personable and was able to answer all our questions. With all the cars my husband and I have purchased from other dealerships, Marcus has been one of the best salesman we have had the pleasure of working with. Jared was our finance guy who was also exceptional and was easy to work with as well. Would highly recommend this location for purchasing any vehicle!

I was able to find an appointment (25K service plus oil change) with less than 24 hours notice. I was even able to change it same day. Dennis was professional throughout the service appointment. I also appreciated the video summary of the car that was sent to my phone. The whole thing took about 58 minutes. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and plan to return.

Where do I start, well I went in for a service on my 21 highlander about an hour later I was greeted by a sales representative named Mark and he was very polite and friendly. He came up to me asking how I was and what I was there for. His charisma was so delight that I felt comfortable opening up to him about my car troubles. My experience there wasn't my best when I got my 21 highlander but this time around was truly exceptional. I am so pleased to have such a wonderful team of sales including managers like Santiago who took his time to explain things to me about switching my current vehicle. Well to my surprise I walked out with a brand new 2023 highlander. This dealership is truly making a difference in trying to help its customers and listen to their worries. I will definitely be back to this dealership as long as I'm staying in Tampa. Thank you for my most wonderful and delightful experience at Toyota of Tampa Bay.

Excellent service completed in a timely manner. Total service time was less than one hour. Friendly, efficient, professional team. Nice air conditioned waiting area with comfy seating and hot lunch counter. My rep was JC Collins. He was top notch. Very happy with my 2023 Corolla and Toyota of Tampa Bay!

JC had great customer service. He made everything go as smoothly as possible. What was supposed to take 2 hours was actually more like 30 minutes. He made sure to keep us informed every step of the way. Definitely worth every bit 5 stars. Toyota will continue to keep my business!!!

Really great experience! I was a bit nervous because I probably know the least about cars out of anyone in the entire world, but everyone here especially Gian was super helpful and great at explaining everything to me. I m also happy that they managed to wash my car without detaching the funny rubber sprout I stuck to the top of it, quality service!

Bryan T is a great service advisor. After I told him I would never come back because I didn't like the service I received on a previous visit, I came back anyway. Bryan took great care of me and got me in and out quickly (less than an hour). He even found me a great coupon for my high mileage oil change. Bryan definitely earned my business back. Ask for Bryan. He'll definitely look out for you.

I was very pleased with service representative Derrick Howard who went over and above to get my vehicle repaired by the warranty coverage. He walked it through the entire way and got me set up with a loaner car while it was in the shop. It even got finished a day earlier than expected. Kimberly Velez is has an amazing personality and a wonderful salesperson!!! Made the experience effortless and is well knowledgeable. I've been having issue after issue with my 2011 camry for a couple months and eventually had to bring it in to get my brakes fixed properly. I'm on a very tight budget and was super stressed having to get this done but they set me at ease and for the first time in months, there isn't some worrisome sound every time I drive my car. Brandon in particular was amazing and made the whole process so stress free, couldn't recommend him enough! Will definitely be coming back for any future repairs or concerns.
