I did not have an appointment but the got me right in and finished the work exactly in the amount of time that was promised. I went on a bike ride up Bayshore and did not have to wait at all upon my return.Easy in, easy out.The manager Willie is a top notch mechanic and manager.

I brought my tire there with a huge nail on it. Fully expected I would probably have to buy a new tire. The manager Willie was ethical, efficent, friendly and repaired the tire for $36. Really appreciate the service.

Willie was absolutely a pleasure. He squeezed me in when he didn't have to and was super friendly. Everyone there was really nice and helpful. I will continue to only use tires plus for whatever I need because of how great the staff was. Plus the prices were cheaper than the competitors

Best tire and service place in South Tampa. This store replaced the iconic downtown Tampa Firestone store which had to give way for added City/County offices. Good people with fast, reliable service.

Willie was awesome... he made sure to get me going with little notice and searching multiple warehouses to make sure the shoes all matched on my 750. Will miss working with Charlie but Willie is def experienced and an amazing addition to the Tire Plus S Dale Mabry store. Thanks for looking into the black balancing weights.

Dropped off my brand new tire that got a nail in it. Kolby patched it and they called within 15 minutes that it was done. Kolby then took off my spare, put on the repaired tire and then packed my spare tire and all the components (jack, lug nuts, etc) in the back of my vehicle exactly how it is supposed to be. Definitely went over and above... will highly recommend.

They "said" that I needed a new tire, however, they never actually showed me the damage.Also, there was a gentleman in there the same day who had recently come in for an oil change. He was talked into paying around $400 to replace two radiator hoses. His radiator then started leaking and they wanted another $600 from him. This is very suspicious. I believe that they finally relented somewhat and gave him a break on the radiator replacement cost.

They take forever, have no sense of urgency and try to upsell you at EVERY turn. Sat in the waiting room for an hour to get a tire patched only for the. To tell me that they can t repair it but we can put a new tire on for $240 last time I came here was for an oil change and they tried selling me 2 tires for $700 after I sat there for over an hour waiting for my oil change ..lesson learned, I will never come back here again

Willy is great. Always great customer service. Even if the wait can be a little long you know you're in good hands. I'll be coming back next month for my rear brakes. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Before I ever go on a road trip anywhere I always make sure to stop by here first! From catching issues I never noticed to making sure I always walked out with a deal, this place has covered most of my car concerns! Heavily recommend!

Brought my own tires to have them put on, guy claimed they could get the same ones but cheaper so I returned them. Came back and the tires they tried to put on were trash donut tires made in china. Come here if you just want salespeople not interested in actually helping you and trying to make a buck.

I am not sure why I have not reviewed before, but tires plus on gandy has been a pillar in the lives of my family. Reliable and honest auto care is hard to come by. When they cannot fix something they know it. When they can, its done correctly. Stopped in here back in July, on a Sunday morning after discovering that our tire had a nail in the tire. Just our luck that it happened and had to make a 4 hour drive home. When we called, the manager on duty informed us to bring the car in and would get us back on the road. Honestly, was a pleasure stopping in here (despite having to walk down the street in the middle of July to get breakfast. If you are from Florida you know the heat.) and customer service was top notch and thankful Tires Plus was open on a Sunday to help us get home. Absolutely recommend them and applaud them for top notch service.

I had a nail in my tire. I called around, this place had the best prices. They got me in immediately and I only waited about 15 minutes. Great experience!

The staff here is a joke & know nothing about customer service.Running their mouth more than they work, move very slow, don't acknowledge you when you walk in & "brand new tires" last about a month here.I did an oil change here & my car has been making loud noises ever since.Run from here.

Absolutely the best service that I have ever received from a tire shop. This is the first place in a long time that has balanced my tires properly. They also were able to get me in when they were busy. Highly recommend this place. They were also the only place that had my tire size in stock and ready to go. Thank you so much for top quality and service.

This place has been a god send with a truly passionate team that cares about their community. Came here for two new tires and they had the best prices around. Quick friendly service and a great warranty. The staff doesn t try to sell you on anything you don t need, they are very honest and it s not a money grab like some other places in the area. Would highly recommend!

Extremely overpriced. Poorly explained prices. At the end of the day I paid 250 dollars in excess of what was expected.I will try a different place next time
