Everyone is so pleasant and were keeping me informed on everything going on. Helped me so much! Will definitely return after checking around everywhere and getting the runaround I went back to tire Kingdom today for an oil change. I love these people here Otto the manager is wonderful and the whole staff. If you want to go somewhere where you can absolutely trust and rely on someone to take care of your vehicle go to tire Kingdom on Nebraska avenue and bring cookies.

I came in for an oil change on an extreme budget. Willie at the front desk was amazing. He worked with me to find an option that would provide the best service for me within my tight budget. The waiting room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Overall a great experience. Will definitely come again because of Willie and his A+ customer service.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Tire Kingdom's Manager OTTO on Nebraska Ave, and his incredible staff for going above and beyond to help me during a crucial moment!I had a flat tire over the weekend on my utility trailer, tire kingdom was close by so I phoned, Otto stated they would not have the tire I needed but he would help with whatever he could and they did!They immediately got me back on the road by using my spare tire, and sealing it for safety! They then changed the tire discovering a bad bearing. I might add this is Thursday 8:10pm, close time is 8:30pm! (there was no feeling of being rushed).Above all , besides not charging me!! They were truly very concerned for my safety and recommended that I not drive my Jeep with the trailer until it was fixed, concerned about the trailer flipping.Their professionalism, care, and dedication to customer service and safety are truly commendable.Thank you, Otto and The Guys at Tire Kingdom on Nebraska Ave, for your outstanding service!

I had my first ever experience with a flat tire this past weekend and this shop was a true life saver! I called and was taken care of by Willie, who was beyond polite and helpful to an otherwise overwhelming situation. He and the technician (whose name I unfortunately did not get) helped change my tire and any other impending issues, all in an efficient and transparent manner! These guys truly make you feel comfortable and welcomed, as well as obviously care about their customers, so I couldn t recommend more. So if you want friendly and no B.S. service, this is the place. Thank y all!!!

Willy was absolutely amazing! I needed a tire replaced because my car was stuck in the side of the rd. My 1 yr old daughter was with me and he was able to put me in front of the line to get me back on the rd and home. They had an amazing deal on tires $75 for a brand new one. I'm so thankful for the guys here. Tire kingdom has always been my dad favorite place for shops nd this is why

I hope my compliment reaches the individual who manages this location. The store manager, Juan Carlos, and his staff are awesome. The service and professionalism have always been on point.This past weekend, they really shined! I brought someone to this shop because they were advised they needed a new starter. I knew that wasn't the case, but since I'm not a mechanic, I didn't try to argue.The next day, we brought the vehicle over, and we weren't told that. The minor repair was done, and the vehicle was all taken care of!Thank you, Juan Carlos and staff!

I cannot say enough about how kind and thoughtful the manager and staff are. They stayed open late to help me and my son. Rather than charge me for unnecessary tire repairs, they quickly diagnosed our issue and sent us safely on our way home FREE OF CHARGE! What a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Came to this Tire Kingdom location as a walk in for a tire leaking due to a large screw. Willie provided phenomenal service and had me back on the road with hardly any wait time. Have also had tires installed at this locationand always receive exceptional service.

I don't leave feedback often but this team of men were absolutely awesome! They went above and beyond to help me get in and out on a very busy day when I really needed the help! No one gave me a hard time about my crummy mood everyone was pleasant and efficient, even got me a good deal!Shout out to Juan Carlos the Manager, Otto the gentleman who assisted me in sales, and Ernesto the awesome technician who did the labor on my vehicle! Highly recommend this location! Thanks again gentlemen!

Amazing customer service. They took me out to show me exactly what was wrong with my car, explained how they would fix it, and showed me some things I should keep an eye on on the future, that were not yet a concern. They even helped me out to get the price down. I will definitely be returning in the future

I was next door at O Riley s getting my car looked at for an engine light when my tire pressure light popped up. I called Tire Kingdom next door and Mr. Willy picked up the phone I told him I needed an air in my tires right away, and if they did hopping off tires with air in them? He said come right on over we can help you out the moment when I pulled up Mr. Williams, his team told me where to park, and they instantly filled up my tires. No questions asked all Mr. really did in return was asked for a smile on the wave goodbye I appreciated their service.

Willie from tire kingdom provided exceptional customer service. I came in on the later end and he still helped me out with a new tire. Customer service like this doesn t exist anymore. For all of my vehicle needs I will be coming to Willie from tire kingdom for a fair and excellent customer experience.

This is my favorite place to get my tires fixed. The staff is super professional and will show you exactly what is going on with your vehicle. I recommend Willie at the front desk. He is very helpful

I was out running errands and got a low pressure indicator on all 4 of my tires with one tire much lower. I stopped at a gas station and paid $2 to use their air pump. I was able to get a couple pounds in the low tire before it quit the gas station did not care that I only got about 30 seconds of air. I was frustrated and the indicator light did not reset. I pulled into Tire Kingdom and Seth Cintron was so helpful. I felt a little stupid asking if they could put air in my tires. Seth said it was no trouble and that they would check if there is anything wrong with the sensor. He got John Atkin in the garage area to go over all my tires, check the sensor and bring the pressure back to correct levels. John went the extra mile and rechecked the stems for any leakage. I was so impressed with both Seth and John, they could have gotten shady and "found" a problem and I would not have known the difference. John explained that everything checked out fine and there was no charge. These guys were so nice and honest. I highly recommend this Tire Kingdom and Seth & John.

I needed a quick spare change because I had a nail in my tire. This place was so friendly and understanding and changed my tire with no problems at all. I really appreciate them helping me even though I was flustered.

Took a little while but I met a really cool veteran while I was waiting. So I guess there s that. Oh, and the service was fine, I got a new tire with no problem other than the 2+ hour wait. Btw, the tire warranty is great.

Great customer service! I had a flat tire and Seth Cintron helped to get it fixed right away. Very professional service and clean waiting area. I was back on the road in no time and will definitely choose Tire Kingdom again!

2rd time coming here and got some drag radials mounted 275/50/15. They got it done quick and painted the wheel weights to match the rim. Consistent service
