Very professional driver . Had plenty of patience to get my vehicle up on flat bed due to it being lowered.no problem for these guys .no damage safe drivers high recommended.I personally have them on speed dial for all my towing needs. Reasonable prices.

Best towing company in the bay. Christian helped me towing my car over from Tampa to St pete and an extremely reasonable price. Super careful and attentive, would highly recommend TIA to anyone!

Christian provided prompt help and swiftly navigated the difficult spot my car was stuck in. He was very kind and approached the situation professionally. He also parked my car exactly where I wanted it in my apartment complex. Base pay was $100 for my hatchback. Would recommend to anyone!!

Santos is the best!!!!! Very professional, courteous and polite. Excellent service.This is the only transport/ towing company that I have been using for years and I will continue to use them and refer this establishment to everyone that needs their service.

Cost $125 to tow a car 5.9 miles. The website is misleading says $50 tow in Tampa (fine print says within 10 miles of their location) then the driver took car to some unknown location in south tampa. For a 5 minute tow it took an hour. Dispatch kept telling me they would call me back to tell me where my car went, did not. Called 4 times in a row to no answer. I was about to call the police because I couldn t get an answer of where my car was. Was told that the manager would call me back, did not. All in all horrible customer service.

The first time I requested their services, they helped me to tow my motorcycle and on a second occasion, they helped me to tow my cousin's car. I had no problems with this company. Very Kind and timely. I recommend them. Thank you guys!

Great service, fast, and friendly. You don t see this very often with companies anymore and they were on time. I will definitely use them again when I need a vehicle moved. This a BWI we needed to relocate to the repair shop and they did an amazing job.

This company shouldn't be in business. They have tow truck drivers with no experience. My vehicle was strapped down incorrectly and the suspension air bag blew. I reached out to the company multiple times to no avail. They were very unprofessional in regards to my claim and never received a response.

Absolutely Trash place .We called them from about 2 minutes away from their business and they told us they would be here for $80 in about 10 minutes. After one hour they called and canceled on us after we waited . Then they said if we wanted them to come , we had to pay $160 and wait another hour. Trash company

this company moved a car for my neighbor here in tampa palms , in the process they backed over my custom HOA mailbox - flattened it - i have it all on video - driver promised to do the right thing , and then ghosted me - reached out repeatedly to Santos the owners office and the office eventually hung up on me and would not take care of the damage or discuss it - when a business owner refuses to handle damage responsibilities cause by his truck i don t wouldn t want them hauling my vehicle anywhere.Service: Local hauling

They were able to get to us and get my mother-in-law's car picked up before it got locked in the school gates even in the pouring rain. They did a fantastic job loading it up safely and getting it delivered to our mechanic's shop. Super friendly and professional driver.Thank you guys again!!Services: Car towing, Local hauling

Car was completely dead and needed a quick tow (company insurance hired was going to take at least 2 hours and it was super hot out). Called and they said they could be there in 20-30 minutes. Took about 30. Driver was quick and efficient. They quoted me $80 (cash only) due to inflation/gas. We were about 10 miles from them and needed to go 0.5 miles down the road. But as long as they got there quickly that was much better than the other people I called that were $90+ for a longer wait. I just had to text the number and give them my email address and they emailed me a receipt. Now I can file a claim with insurance. Overall great experience.
