Not enough employees to service walkins and the markup is to the point of unfair business practice. Parts House is just taking advantage of people selling way overpriced automotive parts. Staff are ok trying to help customers, but I feel they are a little overwhelmed. Parts House will never steal from me again! I suggest going to NAPA or some other parts supply house. Don't tell me walkins pay higher mark up, not a 500% mark up you greedy ba$^&erds!! Keep the employees fire the owners!!

Ok so this place is great to get your domestic car parts. I recommend calling in advance and the prices here are amazing.

I receive prompt and professional Service every time I'm there they are an excellent team with all of them working together to make it a good experience for all customers it is definitely my place of choice

Great service and very affordable for me as a do it yourselfer . Easily accessible location and accommodating hours. The staff is professional and helpful and has saved me so much money!

They dropped off my part at the wrong account told me I have to go get it I showed up to the account and the account knows nothing about it and doesn t have my part now they won t answer any call because they closed at 1 I am infuriated and they should hire an employee that isn t a waste of space
