Kevin and the Team are amazing. He let me test drive what I wanted. He politely gave my wife time to drive over from St. Pete and let her test drive the two cars I narrowed down. Then let me test drive the final car a second time. 2015 Audi SQ5 PrestigeI knew exactly what cars on the lot to consider and not consider. Do your own research!!! Manufacture known issues are not this dealership's fault.That said these guys are no haggle pricing and I appreciate it! I tried to haggle like $500 but Kevin politely held his ground by pointing a couple websites. He was right, I still can't find my car for less than $3k more than what I paid at this dealership.This should not need to be said but Tax, tag, and title are additional Government costs. Seeing the cost go up from sticker price sucks but not this dealership's fault.These guys honored fixing a couple small issues I found and we wrote them into the contract to be fixed after I bought the car. I love driving the car I bought and I am patiently waiting for Tampa Auto Source to inventory another car I want so I can give the first one to my wife. Until then she can wait bc I have too much fun driving the first one.I did take the car to an 4.5/5 star rated Audi certified mechanic shop after purchase as I normally do when buying used cars. I have bought 8+ used cars and comfortable looking and testing cars (for any shakes acceleration or braking, all electrical, leaks, etc.) before purchase. My mechanic did an oil change and multipoint inspection. Multipoint passed.

If I could leave Zero stars I would. Never do ANY business with this FAKE auction car lot. They are NOT a real dealership. They were racist, rude and they lied to us to our face. Pure slime and as a local tampa native I am disheartened they are able to operate to steal money from people who work hard for it.I am going to report them to the better business bureau next.

We bought a used beautiful Cadillac, then a couple months down the road we had an oil pan leak. Even though we were out of warranty, Eddie went out of his way to help us fix it. They really go above and beyond to help and keep their customers. I will without a doubt be purchasing my next vehicle here as well! Definitely recommend to all!

Brought a car from Eddie informed him the car had a bad vibration and the antifreeze was leaking. We got into a heated discussion because I asked repeatedly is this car okay. He asked me to bring the car in to check on the leak and vibration. Eddie informed me he had the car thoroughly checked and NOTHING was wrong just some bad control arms. He had them replaced so I decided to buy the car and 2 days of having it the required service light came on and the antifreeze reservoir was being emptied in a day. So I took it to the dealership and they said whoever sold you this car should be ashamed. The hose was duct taped together and the reservoir was missing screws and my tires were unfit to drive. The dealership took pictures because they couldn t believe what they were seeing. So $5000.00Dollars later my car is now fix. I would not recommend anyone buying a car from these people. It was Poor salesmanship.There was no personal integrity. Or concern for the customer safety Seems like they were only out to make a buck and didn t car about the customer paying for a car that they knew was a lemon!!! Now I have a car note and a hefty car repair bill thanks to TAMPA AUTO SOURCE.#angrycustomer#poorplacetobuyacar#crooksNow another $2500 because the vibration I said I was feeling on the test drive that Eddy said he had checked out and it was nothing wrong turned out to be motor mounts that are failing. $7500.00 later to get this car fixed. That I only had 2 months and have a car loan for a piece of JUNK!! They should help with this hefty bill because I KNOW THEY NEW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THIS CAR. Sent them an estimate of the bill in December of 2023 no response or apology or even offered to help!!!!

Recently purchased a vehicle from Tampa Auto Source and had a smooth experience. As was stated on their website, the total payment was the price listed plus tag, title, and fees, of which I found reasonable. When originally looking at the vehicle, before purchasing, I noticed the horn was not fully functioning, and informed the team. They told me they would be able to order the part needed, and that I could return to have it installed. Overall, I am satisfied with my vehicle buying experience here.

We had an amazing experience. Andrew did a great job through the entire process and is a car enthusiast like my son so they had an awful lot to share. Thank you and we recommend the deal ship to everybody!***Follow up - We noticed the night that we purchased the car that it had a pretty big oil leak. It s been at the dealership for two weeks and we ve had to spend $5000 to replace quite a bit. This is not something that you should have to deal with after buying a car with less than 70,000 miles. We do not have $5000 laying around and the car was purchased for our son.It was suggested by Tampa Auto Source to return the car, but we could not do so safely as it was hemorrhaging oil and we live in Bradenton. Also, the car was already torn down.Hopeful that Tampa Auto stands behind the car and helps us with some of the expenses. They were great to work with, but this is excessive.

Purchased a 2015 Audi A8 from Tampa Auto Source. I worked with Kevin and he made my buying experience worth coming back to Tampa Auto source for my next car. He was communicative and got right back to me with any questions or concerns- but more importantly, he accurately described the car and I couldn t be more please with it. Thanks Kevin and I will be sure to recommend people to see you when visiting Tampa Auto source for their next car!

They hide the actual price of the car deep in the fine print of their listings. Whatever price you see online is a total lie., the actual price is $2 or $3,000 more. It's confusing and a waste of the buyer's time. These guys think they're hustlers, but they couldn't pull one over on me. Be smarter than they are. And before the owner comes on here and responds, no, you don't list them at cash prices, that is also a lie and you know it.One more time, since you seem to have trouble understanding, just post your prices honestly. That's all you have to do lol

Are you kidding me a scammer, fraud and a liar???? I'm far from all 3 adjectives. You calling me a scammer, fraud and a lair is slander and I will look into what my rights are behind your public slander on social media. Nothing from your response to the truth. The deal felled through because Navy Federal came back refusing to finance the deal because the car was over priced. Then the deal was revised. When a customer comes in with their own financing it is considered a cash deal. You said it yourself. Clearly Navy Federal had my back. I will contact Navy Federal in reference to your comment regarding them allegedly saying that I have "unusual purchasing practices". This is also going to be proven a lie. I will see what my rights are sir. Nevertheless I took the car home on Saturday, on Sunday the convertible top would not go up. This is a fact. I drove the car to work on Monday my employees tried to get the top up the same thing it didn't go up. Long weekend, You can easily calculate the miles on the car and see that I barely put miles on the car. It was driven to Seminole where I live, and to work on Monday, and on Tuesday back to Tampa where I left the car at your dealership. Eddy the sales manager is a thief and his customer service is hideous. I walked in the door financed. By all intends purposes is a cash deal. After test driving the car that I wanted. Eddy put the numbers together. I reviewed it, and questioned the 2 dealer's fees on the contract. He did remove the one dealer fee after being questioned about it. The sad thing is if I wasn't aware that there should not have been 2 dealer fees. He would have undermined me and made an extra $1k on the deal. This is unethical business practices. There's more that I have to say but I rather not waste my time on this shady business. Bottom-line, do your home work before buying cars, and beware of shady dealerships like Tampa Auto Source.

I would thank Eddie and Yaz from Tampa Auto Source for getting the job done!!! They worked very hard in providing us with the best service ever. Although we did not have the best credit, Eddie worked with us until he was able not only to get us on board with the car, but he definitely got us the best DEAL..... The patience was impeccable. They make you feel very very comfortable.. My partner got the exact vehicle he wanted. I HIGHLY recommend Tampa Auto Source to anyone wanting not only a good quality car but good quality service as well. They went above and beyond for us, and I m sure they will do it for everyone else.Thank you again Eddie

I have purchased numerous used vehicles over 30+ years and have been lucky until recently. I bought a car from Tampa Auto Source in Aug 2023. Please know the people working there (Kevin is one) have done nothing to change the poor stereotype of used car salespeople. They are not transparent, they are deceptive and they are not service oriented, rather they only seek to maximize their profit by doing their best to make the cars shiny, pretending they did pre-sales service to the vehicles and hiding or attempting to diminish mechanical or body-work issues. For example, if your side view mirror falls off soon after purchase and you find out it was previously broken and then glued on vs. replacing it properly then in my experience, Tampa Auto Source will not partner with you on the cost to replace it. Buyer beware....sales are "as-is" as should be expected with used cars. No lemon law for used cars in FL so if a significant issue arises soon after you purchased, your options are to try to have the dealer correct it at their cost or a lawsuit via court. (I am not an attorney) I encourage you to shop somewhere else, at a verified, reputable dealer, not Tampa Auto Source.Update: 9/28/2023 9:06pm ET after response from dealer. My point exactly, Tampa Auto Source will spin a lie to suit their sham business. The mirror did not fall off recently, in fact the mirror fell off within 18 hours of purchasing the vehicle and Kevin would NOT partner to replace it. So, I accepted my responsibility as,I agreed to buy as is. Then within days I discovered the timing chain was broken, it needed a new engine mount, both front lower control arms were broken. I had the car inspected by two BMW service companies and they both came up with same issues. So, again AS IS Buyer beware, Tampa Auto Source DOES NOT PROPERLY INSPECT the VEHICLES THEY SELL. I've been to many dealers in tampa, but tampa auto source by far had the best selection of luxury cars at awesome prices. Andrew was an great sales rep, he was very polite and professional and attended to all my needs and finally I drove off with the car of my dreams. Thank you Andrew and tampa auto source!

Fraud all over it! Paid full amount in cash to find out the car needs transmission and engine overhaul!!My biggest fault was trusting this place! Over charged me with taxes and registration fees to find out it was added to the sale price instead of returning the difference to me! STAY AWAY!!!!I purchased the 2015 435i BMW, and you know me well! The other review coming from my wife for the same car we purchased!! You should be out of business and you will like all other dishonest SCAMMERS like you! I promise to share my experience with everyone!

An excellent spot to find quality high-end vehicles.Kevin did an Outstanding job assisting me. He is very courteous.Normally Salespeople do not listen. Kevin was the opposite. Being heard is the most important thing for me.Kevin listened and said, that summed up exactly what I was saying, "got it, so your only looking for European Car.That blew me away because I didn't even realize that's all I had to say and never realized that myself. Purchased a Civic Si from Tampa Auto Source and Kevin made the process very easy. He answered any questions I had and was willing to work with me to make a deal. I live out of state but if I was local I'd definitely go back there for my next car.
