Just went to get my tire pressure checked. The employees thought I wanted an oil change. I had to wait a few minutes. When they realized that I was only waiting for air, they could not have been more apologetic. I told them no problem. They added some air, and off I went.

Needed an oil change while I was in the area. The guy who provided my service talked to himself the entire time, complained about other customers and his job. Didn t confirm the correct mileage from me and didn t didn t put my car back together properly.A day later I had to drive to south Florida and when I got off the interstate I heard a terrible noise he hadn t put my car back together and a piece of my car was dragging the entire drive.

I received excellent service here. The work provided greatly exceeded the Honda dealer where I usually take my car to get it serviced. Breezy and Alex did a superb job and were very professional. Not only did they recommend high quality oil but they also replaced my air filter and topped off my coolant. A great experience overall and they made sure that I qualified for a discount. They took me in earlier than my appointed time and I was in the bay for less than ten minutes. I will definitely come back and I highly recommend Take 5.

Run this day by some kids.. they left my hood covered in fingerprints and changed my air filter without asking and then tried to bill me. Tried to change me $30 more for an air filter I can buy for $10. It s probably what they re told to do to increase sales but in my eyes that s bad business. Not cleaning up my hood of their fingerprints was honestly more displeasing though. Fine try n capitalize.. whatever.. but cleanup at the very least.

Wonderful customer service. Completely eliminated the stigma of mechanics taking advantage of you. They checked my tire pressure and topped off my tires. Such a patient and kind crew. Especially one of the mechanics, Jacob . I 100% recommend this place.

Great group of young professionals who are serious about their jobs, expedient and courteous all at the same time. I use the same Take 5 here over and over because I trust the crew, and their knowledge, and I admire their collective respect for me, a customer.

Oh my goodness! This is the first time that I was ever at Take 5 Oil Change. I used to think it was too expensive and that kept me from going there. Boy was I wrong!! Not only was the service well worth it quick and efficient, but they added extra services that would have taken me time from work and cost me money. So not only did it save me time it also saved me money. The service was awesome and the service providers were wonderful. I love, love, LOVE Take 5

Very knowledgeable staff! Hunter and the team was very nice and checked everything on my car. My service was fast and efficient. Was offered water, and very polite. I will be back to this location

Amazing service ! Very quick and efficient. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted with a cold bottle of water & a welcoming voice .I was given options on what was best for my type of vehicle & chose what was recommended.I will definitely be back to see the Jacobs && Adam & will refer all my customers and friends to this specific location .

If I ve learned anything from here, learn to do oil changes yourself. Visit YouTube, There s a lot of videos on how to change your oil . These guys don t wanna be there.. they don t care about doing a quality job. Just working for a check and that s it! I ll be re-threading my oil pan today! Thanks guys!

Went to take 5 had the pleasure of working with Noah and Jon. Excellent experience, they had to fix a botched oil change I got from a dealer in New Smyrna Beach before my road trip to Tampa. Had to add oil 3 times on way to Tampa. Jon found the dealer didn t put the gasket on the filter, in fact gasket comes on the filter and had to be removed before dealer put filter in. Thanks to Noah and Jon my 2020 Tacoma is good to go.

Worst customer service I ve ever seen. Sat there for 20 minutes+ waiting. Finally my turn and pulled back a bit because I was close to the car in front of my and I wanted to straighten my car to get in, the weird guy with the goofy Afro proceeded to throw his hands up and make gestures before even realizing what I did and then started cussing at me for no reason. Hire better people. Wouldn t trust a guy like that to work on my car at any establishment. Absolutely Awful.

I was in and out within 15 minutes. They did the oil change and topped off all fluids, checked air pressure and advised for upcoming maintenance. I would highly recommend.

Been coming here for over a year now! Very well mannered and polite, they re always so nice and all work well together. Offering water when it s hot out and giving me a chance to see the new oil in my car. Had one hiccup where they put too much oil in my car that gave me a warning on my dashboard. I was too far from this location to drive back to. I drove to the nearest take 5, filled them in and got some of that excess oil out of my car. Thank you for taking care of me! Love this location

Writing this review as I sit in my car at this take 5. They are extremely slow. There were a few cars here when I arrived, but now it s my turn and they had me pull forward, but they haven t done anything since. I ve been sitting here for 20 minutes with no one telling me anything. The two guys working here are mostly just talking to each other. They re helping people out of order. It s a real mess honestly. Might update if the oil change itself goes well but I doubt it will. Never had such a poor experience getting an oil change.

After sitting in line for 20 minutes, I was asked to move to another day. Guess I was not important enough since they had another car move there and was taken care of instantly. I then sat for 40 minutes so I gave up and left with no service performed. Went straight to Valvoline. They were great!!!

Great service from Alex and Noah!They took the time to explain why something needed to be replaced or why it could be changed the next time I go on. We saw the engine air filter could go a little longer but the cabin filter definitely needed replacing along with the coolant. Thanks guys!

Normally I take my car to my tire place because I can get my tires rotated,however I don't want to rotate my tires this time because I need for new tires. in any case back to take 5, so I had the best experience there, they would have been packed if they had 5 lanes it was so busy. what I'm saying is I had 4 guys on my car for 5 minutes each and they were amazing. Jose & the first man that directed me into my bay...wow, they're genuinely good souls & have had customer service training (along with their coworkers, however, they were to busy to say hello because they working on my car). I had to go back the following day because I didn't read all of my owners manual & didn't know how to reset the oil reminder. In and out in less than 2 minutes with an ice cold water. All of their workers were ABCDers! They all went...A bove &B eyond theirC all ofD uty

My first two visits seemed great besides a disrespectful comment from one of the workers. The third visit was aggravating. I was told the previous visit the worker (I came to this Take 5 both times) stripped the plug and I would need to go somewhere else to get it replaced. Then the workers had a terribly disrespectful conversation about a customer next to me. It was so bad that customer left without receiving service. Won t be going back here.

Sean and Devon did an amazing job. They were both extremely nice, caring, and attentive. They were extreme busy and still managed to get me in and out quickly. I called ahead to get pricing and was told that the full synthetic oil change would be $89. My bill listed out the oil change as $105, pre tax. When I asked, they said oh it s supposed to be around $101 after taxes. I asked about the phone call I made and the sign that was right next to me that said it would be $91. They said that there had been a price increase and it just doesn t show up on the sign. Nothing was done to remedy the difference in prices advertised. I won t be back.

I never give bad reviews. My girlfriend has taken her car here 3 times. I came with her this last time. Bezzy claimed "whoever changed it last time stripped the plug." He told us to take it somewhere else to replace it. While we were there, another customer pulled in. Alex and Bezzy started badmouthing the customer while working on our car. The customer got their attention after he sat for 5 minutes and told them he heard what they said and that he was leaving. Once the man left, they continued to cuss and talk badly of the man making an already bad situation even more uncomfortable. I went with my girlfriend this time because last time, Alex made a disrespectful remark to her. I would like to mention that Bezzy was respectful, but neither cared that they stripped her plug last time. I will be changing her oil from now on.

As a first-time driver, everyone here was so kind and respectful while informing me about the process of getting my oil changed. I drove in nervous, and left with a smile! So thankful that these guys were here today and I WILL be coming back next time!

I had the pleasure of the associate and the manager both helped me at the same time at the time. I was the only person there, so they were very attentive to me. Another customer came, and the associate went over to help that person, and the manager was still helping me. I forgot the names of both of the gentlemen, but the manager was of Caucasian descent, and the associate was of African-American descent, which nothing to do with anythingpinpoint who was there and who helped me. There was a lady who came afterwards who was being very impatient. She arrived in a matter of two minutes, and was already complaining that no one came to her even though they did acknowledge her. The manager was very nice and helped me with what I needed and continue to ask for more.
