Gave them cash to pay for the tow then the guy was like do you need a receipt and I thought in my head for some reason no no big deal. Have a nice day and now I have been told when I go to buy a car that there is a lien put on my license for not paying for a tow buy these people. Gotta love being scammed and being embarrassed when you go to buy a car because there s a lien on your license and now I have to go pay $315 twice as much that it cost me that day to pay him in cash for the tow. He clearly put the cash in his pocket and reported to the company that I didn t pay. I have no proof I just made a mistake of not getting a receipt. I just know my truth and so does god. I have money I m not trying to scam anybody I m not trying to get out of paying something I would pay if I actually did it but now I m being forced to go in there and pay for something that I shouldn t have to pay for because this place scammed me.

Everybody's been giving this place bad reviews. My experience wasn't terrible in fact the guy was pretty nice. We did have to wait for a little while before he got back to the yard though. But overall not a bad experience.

This place is kind of a joke.. I was honestly shocked at the horrible communication and rude employees. The price changed magically, once I left and my fianc� came to get the car. They do not take debit card or tell you that before hand. Overall disappointed in Tampa police dept. for using this towing service. I would recommend if you do have to use this place parking around front and walking back to the office . I understand debris are expected in this line of work but there is a lot of broken glass and metal in the road. Use caution.

The owners son Ken is very rude and disrespectful! My car was in a car accident. They repaired it. The job was very poorly done. My bumper is not aligned properly and is starting to fall apart. The head lights are also not aligned. They told me I ran Something over and it pulled my bumper down. They refused to fix the job. Ken told me he s the one who fixes the cars and to watch how I speak to him after he was rude. He then told me he s like a chef at a restaurant if I send my food back he s liable to spit in it!!! The owner also claims to have lost all paper work from my car which has a lifetime warranty. I called the insurance company who I put in a claim with to have this manner taken care of. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

If I could rate this company NO STARS I would. I got into a accident & my truck literally was there for 3 months. It was a bunch of back & fourth & when I finally got my truck back it was worse than it was when it got taken there by Highway Patrol. Sam (the mechanic) was very rude & disrespectful. He fixed the wrong side of my car even after I told him not too. This shop is the worst shop ever & I will NEVER recommend anyone to go here. If you get into an accident & Highway Patrol sends you them do not accept it. Not only were they rude to me but also to my insurance company. Which was another reason why my truck was there for so long. My truck should have been there maybe 2 weeks tops but it actually was there for 3 months. Everyone in this shop is inconsiderate & they are money hunger. They bugged my insurance company for more money that they didn't even need. The receptionist had no idea what was going on and kept giving me false information & when I spoke with someone else they didn't even know what was going on. Sam also even hung up on me because I was trying to get to the bottom of everything. Needless top say, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP.

Fathers car was towed here after his accident. I believe his name is Ken, the owners son, was simply a mean spirited person who could not be bothered answering the simplest of questions. I could go on about his character and his lack of customer service but it s more about his complete disinterest in conducting a civilized business. If his father is unaware about his horrendous behavior I truly feel for the man, but I would never allow anyone, loved, friend, family, acquaintance or even enemy of mine to do business here. Negative stars if possible, get your **** together.

This guy is a crook. My truck was towed to his place (not by my choice). He was rude when I went in to sign the release authorization. I did not want him to fix it so he conveniently lost my release authorization. Then he would not cooperate and give an invoice to allow the new place to pick up my truck. It has now been sitting in his lot for 6 days while he collects more and more money from my insurance company and is delaying my truck from being fixed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I got in an accident 2 weeks ago and they were supposed to communicate w/ the repair shop of my choice and set up how to get my car there. Never did and had to make many calls and emails just to get someone to call them and set it up. Still don't even know if that worked

Tried to call and talk to them about our rental car impound. He claimed he already spoke to me and that he would not give me the information again. I told him we spoke earlier in the morning, but the car hadn't been booked yet - so I wasn't able to get the amount that we owe. He said that I was calling him a liar and that I need to communicate with others in my office because he was too busy to tell me the information again. There are only 2 of us in the office at the time and I am the only one that handles this type of situation. I have never been treated so poorly over trying to get a car out of the impound or to pay someone. Beware.

When it comes to giving stars, this place deserves NONE. I find that this business is run by inconsiderate, irresponsible and just down right arrogant individuals. Those who defend the employee(s) that ransacked a retired military personnel's bags from his motorcycle, especially after it was involved in tragic accident that his family is still trying to cope with, and REFUSING to view the security footage with his widow so that they can have his items back, not to mention lying about who's the "owner" or "president"... Super unprofessional & just downright unethical and immoral.I would not suggest this "service" to anyone at any point in this lifetime.

Had a wrecked vehicle towed there. The owner explained what had to be done and was very helpful. This is the first pleasant experience I have had with a towing operation.

Would not recommend. Guy in the front office is a total phallus. Not a good person. Car was not towed there by choice. But take my word for it horrible.

Unfortunately, the man claiming to be the owner's son, was very rude and unprofessional. If customer service is a priority to you, I would not recommend using this company.

The owner of this place should be ashamed of this himself asking multiple personal questions that dont pertain to him . I dont understand how this place is still in business! He spoke with a nasty attitude and didnt seem to know what he was quoting me on.

They are no longer a body shop. They just tow your car and take as much money as they can. Also somehow the bumper of my car disappeared after being towed there.
