Just had the BEST experience buying a new car from North Tampa Subaru!!! Super warm welcome from Braden who was friendly, patient, informative and fun. Had a great experience with salesperson D'Artagnan Campbell with our recent purchase of a certified preowned Subaru. We had a bad experience at another dealership but went to Subaru of North Tampa since we were in the neighborhood. We were greeted by Dart who had a great personality and was no pressure. He was very patient and informative throughout the process. We were also helped by PJ who was very personable and also informative of our financing. Stellar experience and I have my first Subaru!

My wife and I recently took delivery of our 5th consecutive Subaru Forester in the last 15 years. Subaru of North Tampa is the absolute best. After being jerked around by multiple other dealerships and given outrageous numbers I had almost given up. As a last chance I reached out to Subaru of N. Tampa and was greeted by the most radiant gem ever. Laine was fantastic to work with and she really made the entire process much less anxiety inducing. She made sure every question and concern was met with genuine answers and never made me feel like I was being pressured. Thank you Laine and a huge thank you to Frank in finance, he is one of the kindest and easy going people I ve ever met and was a pleasure to work with also. The detail team also did a banging job on my new baby!

We were delighted with the amiable and thorough service provided by Lawrence Pfingsten at Subaru North Tampa. His attention to every detail we mentioned was particularly impressive. We visited to see the Subaru Crosstrek in person, having heard a lot about this lovely subcompact AWD crossover. We were warmly received by Lawrence Pfingsten in his office, and our conversation with him was a significant plus. He was diligent in answering our questions, and for more complex inquiries outside his expertise, he promptly consulted his colleagues, making the entire purchase process seamless. The experience felt more like a discussion with a knowledgeable advisor than a pressured sales pitch. The entire team, including Will from Riga, Latvia (manager), and Jonathan Parker (finance director), exhibited professionalism, calmness, and altruism, embodying the spirit of the Subaru family. Our thanks to them. While vehicles are not inexpensive these days, choosing to do business with civilized and educated professionals made this significant purchase a pleasant experience. Thank you. They say buying a Vehicle is one of the most Stressful things, especially in this Economy!My husband and I had a Subaru that was 24yrs old, Ms. Susie did all she could do for us, she survived a move from NY and gave us two more yrs here in Florida, but the moment came when it was TIME We visited this location a yr ago, 2022, and had the Pleasure of meeting Ms. Candy Sweet and my first impression of her, was her HONESTY! At this point we weren t ready to make a commitment and did not purchase.We decided to go back to Subaru of North Tampa, and we were both very happy to see that Ms. Sweet was still there We sat with Ms. Sweet and explained our financial situation and she and Nick, the Financial Manager, made things so Easy! We decided to purchase the Outback, Best choice!I hope and Pray that OUR new Ms . Sweetness provides us many great Yrs. Of Service!I thank All of the staff at Subaru of North Tampa for their Professionalism and Honesty!

I would not recommend this dealer. I sent my kid, 17, in to get his car serviced. Being my kid is not very experienced with dealing with rip off service people, he went in there and was told he needed all kinds of useless service. Brake flush $175, coolant flush $199, power steering flush $129. My son went in there thinking he could trust what this guy told him. It was a very valuable lesson in not trusting people. Sad to say, this dealer is not trust worth. The service guy gets paid commission with the rest of the service people all taking a cut. The more they can sell an unsuspecting, inexperienced customer, the more money they make. No concern for the customer's well-being, just for money in their pocket. Up until now we have had a good experience with Subaru. After this experience, I will be doing everything possible let people know not to use this dealer for the above referenced reasons and Subaru in general, due to this experience. If I can inform and have at least 1 person not use this dealer because of their deceitful practices, then it was worth my effort. To make $1,100 off of a person to then lose thousands on future sales, does not seem like a good sales tactic, but I guess it works for them for now. We do take responsibility for this as my kid did approve the work, but when you are not familiar with cars and trust people to do the right thing, it puts a bad opinion about the place in my book. So, if you are going to use this place for service or to buy a car, be very careful about it and if you have to be that careful, it might just be better to go to a different place that does not have a record of doing people wrong. Thank you and I hope this helps someone avoid being ripped off by these people.

It s difficult to find places you can trust anywhere, let alone Florida. When other dealerships were trying to justify high prices and interests rates, Subaru of North Tampa was a no nonsense business that got me into the right vehicle for me and my situation. Tristan was an incredible sales representative. He is extremely knowledgeable about the brand and about my specific vehicle. He was patient and worked to provide me the best deal that was a win-win for all. He ensured i was walked through the vehicle, the CPO terms, maintenance. Fred in finance was also a superstar walking me through the contract and all my available options and explained all warranty terms. This dealership goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and you will feel comfortable there. Will definitely be a return customer. Thank you all for everything.

After visiting 6 other dealers being lied to multiple times and having 2 vehicles being sold as we were negotiating, I called Jesse at this dealership. He listened to my dilemma and was more than eager to help me resolve my situation. He tracked down the exact car and had it at the store in 1 day. Unfortunately, when I went to get the car Jesse had the day off, but I was assisted by Candy Sweet. She was awesome! I will definitely visit this dealership in the future!!!!!!!!

I ve been with Reeves Subaru for over 10 years. I love it. They are so professional and respectful. I trust the team and I have never had any problems. I recently decided to take my car in for a check up before I went on a major road trip with my Ascent 2019. They did a thorough inspection and made recommendations based on the terrain I would be traveling through. This is the extra levelOf care and consideration I ve grown to love about Subaru. I always enjoy my experience at this service department. They do take a long time, but they can't be faulted for that.The little videos they send of your vehicle being inspected are greatly appreciated and probably one of the best parts of going to this dealership for vehicle repair and service.I just went to have my tires checked and they found a nail and repaired it for me quickly. They even washed and vacuumed the car as a complimentary service after the work was done.

I bought a car here for 43k and paid extra for their "warranty" (I learned they lied about the warranty as I spent 8k fixing major problems four months after purchase). A year later, I brought it back to see what they would buy it for, and they offered me 14k! I told them I got a very unfair deal, and they needed to solve it, but I was informed that the people who ripped me off don't work there anymore, and there is nothing they can do about it. They even acknowledge the fact that I got an unfair deal. Don't trust them, and I started seeking legal action against them.

Just purchased an Outback Wilderness with the assistance of Mr Jesse Pullen. His product knowledge and enthusiasm for the brand without pushing me at all was very welcome. Me and my Mom we ve bought a used car on this place! Nothing to say about the vehicle. Very nice and amazing! About the costumer service after you buy with them that s the problem!I did purchase a extra bumber to bumper warranty with the financial team and they did not explained to me about the details and that warranty just would last 20 thousand miles. If they told I would never do because I drive a lot. After that I came back to the dealership to cancel under 60days policy without any penalties and after I got there they looked at me and said (michael from Financial) it s done. I trusted. After 60 days I notice that wasn t done and than I found out going there again that wasn t. After 3 days trying to call and texting my sales person, service part and financial team(never picked up the phone only voice messages) I could solve the problem with another financial manager that really helped me at the time.Conclusion: after they sell the car they don t give a to solve a single and easy problem was so stressful. Never leave this place without a note or a proof that they did what you asked for. They try to sell you but they don t explain the details and for me that is not how you supposed to sell nowadays.They also gave me a 1year of oil change and last time I went there they said is not a year but only three times. Why did they sell as 1year? Isn t more honest to say 3 times? No they sell saying 1year to get you.Ps: See the picture that I ve Post it sayin 01 year complementary service oil change, filter I assume they lied because when I did my second oil change they told me I only had one more, total of three.Ps: After a month my battery died. Had to buy a new one. Makes me question do they really check the used car before selling it? We all know we buy as it is but is that good for costumer service after a purchase know that the battery that was in the car was just to support a certain short time when I took the battery was so old that didn t have brand or label saying anything about old old battery that Was put just to last a short time.I am doing my car service there because service until now did not fail with me but other than that I don t recommend you to buy car over here!Tip: Be more specific when you explaining what you re selling (Financial team) be there for you costumer when they need after sales(sales team) and spend a little more to check and maintenance a used vehicle before selling out on the market.I am Francisco and this is my family experience over Subaru of North Tampa!

I brought my Forester to the dealership to run diagnostics and received superb customer service from Darrel. He sent me home with a loaner car (an Outback Onyx) while the service team awaited parts, and wouldn t you know, I fell in love with it. One thing led to another and I found myself on the sales side where I had an amazing experience with Armand he was a knowledgeable, no pressure salesman, which I appreciated. My experience was 10/10 even down to the finance guy (JP) who helped me with my paperwork at the end. I traded in my Forester and drove off the lot in my dream car (an Outback Wilderness, of course) couldn t be happier! This dealership will take care of you!

Came to look at a Chevy Tahoe and it was nice not to be bombarded the second I got out of the vehicle. I was able to look at and then I went in and found a salesperson. I had the pleasure of dealing with Candy!!! We went on a long test drive and she answered all my questions and even provided the car fax without me asking for it. The car was showroom ready and they even cleansed before I drove off with it. I was on a time crunch so we started the process and then finished the next day. She was fabulous and took the time to get to know me. The finance gentleman JP was great too. I needed up with a better deal than I thought. Thank you so much for helping me find my Tahoe.

Laine made the Subaru experience come to life the moment I arrived to our scheduled appointment. She is very charismatic, informative, clear, concise and easy to talk to. Laine walked me through the process of buying my car and helped me understand each part as we went along and highlighted things that were working in my favor. She helped me secure my dream car as a first time car buyer and even taught me how to drive manual! Her service and the experience she has given me is one I will always remember and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Jake in the service department is a wealth of information and extremely reliable. I moved out of state and have tried countless times to contact other Subaru dealers with questions with no luck. However, every single time I contact Subaru of north Tampa they answer all my questions and beyond. Subaru of north Tampa has been nothing but a pleasure to do business with. They will not hesitate to admit wrong doing and work diligently to correct any mistakes. Would absolutely recommend over any other Subaru dealer/service department in Tampa.

My sales rep Andreas, was very patient and helpful with assisting me in finding the right vehicle for me. When he showed me the Lexus Rx350 I was sold! Everyone at this location showed how they really cared about their customers, which is what we need and want these days. I d recommend this location for sure.
