This is the greatest car mechanics in Tampa. The service is fast and great. There is nothing like the courtesy of the owner Kamal and his employees.I have been coming here for more than 14 years and it has always been a great satisfaction. They have knowledge of what to do with your vehicle and are very courteous.

SPEEDY IS A RIP OFF! They are a fraud, damaging innocent individuals vehicles to make them come back for another unexpected service needed. I went here on my birthday to get my windshield replaced, they also gave me a free oil change with their promotion. A day or two after that my a/c went out. I contacted them about it, they said the services I had received, had nothing to do with the a/c (their excuse) & said I can go back to get a free inspection which I did but NEVER go to speedy they definitely did something to make my a/c go out. After my personal mechanic inspected my car he added more freon to it. They had to puncture a hole in my a/c condenser, around the tip of the holes condenser, because freon never comes out that quickly. Mind you, my a/c and car was completely fine prior to my visit with them. My mechanic will be fixing my vehicle, I only came to speedy for a windshield replacement. I ve also been told by a few other folks their horrible experiences with speedy & other predatory places, so BE AWARE and do your research.

As a single woman it is hard to find honest men who won't try and charge you more or do a bad service. I have been coming to this place for about 3+ years. This is the only place that I trust with my car. They make me feel safe and comfortable when I'm there and I got some great ice cream I never had before it was good lol. Honest men with good customer service. Thank you

I love this place. Probably the cheapest oil change in the country. Been going for a couple years now. Went Friday and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I also like that they're honest. I asked 1 of the techs if my brakes needed replaced (which they do there) and he told me I didn't need to yet. Only one star off because it's hot in their waiting room. Lol

The only mechanics I will trust with my car and trust to be honest about pricing. Kamal and his team have been working on my car for over 3 years now and I've never been disappointed. I have a Bmw with over 200k miles and they keep it running quiet and smooth. Highly recommend

I came to this Shoppe for the first time 2 weeks ago, my truck was making a loud noise when trying to start it and and would not crank up. I was told that it was the starter after much repeated effort to get them to look at my vehicle. When they finially worked on my truck, they did what they said they would and replaced my starter, after I paid them nearly $200 as soon as I drove my truck off the shop 20 minutes later I had to come back because the starter was failing and didn't work. So I had to leave my truck there for another 2 days because they just procrastinate, after going to get my truck for the 2nd time, it worked for 3 days before it broke down again. Taking it back to them for a third time and having to pay out of pocket to get it towed there, I chose to stay while they worked on my vehicle. I was told the starter wasn't staying in place, so the mechanic bolted it on again supposably, and the manager had the nerve to try and charge me another $65 and refused to give me my truck until I paid. After a heated exchange he see I wasn't playing with him and he made the wise decision to give me back my truck. 2 days later same issue. I finally took it somewhere else, they put on a new starter and the missing pieces, and properly put the starter on. I have not had any issue since. The problem was they was sabotaging my truck, the bolts they used to hold the starter in place was COMPLETELY WRONG! It was missing needed pieces to hold it in place, and it was a used starter. The other shop charged me $215 to do a simple starter replacement, and it worked great. Speedy auto Care changed me $195 for a used starter and couldn't even do it right, costing me lost time at work and almost damaging other parts of my truck. Mind you I have a 1995 F150, very easy to work on. I don't recommend anyone ever take their car here, not if you value your car and money. I also witness them almost dropped a BMW off a car lift, if I could give less than one star I would. Take my advice, GO ELSEWHERE! Great prices and got me in instantly for oil change and brake pads and was out in less than an hour. Kamal is a really nice guy who takes care of his customers and is very personable despite being super busy. I highly recommend them.

The manager Yassine Chaouch I think his name was very helpful, knowledgeable and caring when it came to my car issues. I would recommend this mechanic shop is ran very well. The only thing they need to work on is the restrooms keeping them clean and making them more customer-friendly. The quote was affordable vehicle was also very affordable.

Great place nice people. The staff here is very kind and helpful. I had a radiator issue and they stayed after their work hour to get it done. Dont go to shop for alignment they left my steering wheel loose didnt tighten my tie rod end very dangerous!!!!

It is a great 1 stop shop with a fast friendly service. They wear able to contact me less than 15 min after I called and was able to fix multiple parts of my car. THIS IS A CLASS SERVICE. Dont come in here with dealership level expectations but they do Very good for the price and are very timely. Im always in an out and they are upfront about everything. Meanwhile neighboring shops are robbing people near double the cost for an oil change, Im in and out with a bargain here!

Charged more than double the advertised price. Broke my dipstick during the oil change. Only reason they re not getting 1 star is because they did replace the dipstick and offered a free future oil change. Probably won t be going back for that one.

This place was amazing! My ABS module went out on my car. My old mechanic told me that the new module has to programmed to my car, and they couldn't do it. They recommended taking it to the dealership. Dealership quoted me $1100. Seeing as I'm not made out of money, I called a few different shops. Speedy Lube did the job for half the cost of the dealership. And the people at the shop are so friendly! They just earned a lifelong customer!Service: Brakes

Update 08/30/21: So after months of trying to get the issue resolved my vehicle was still not repaired.I will commend the shop owner for definitely making a good effort in trying to repair the issue, on 3 separate occasions I had to take the vehicle to the shop, luckily I only had to pay once.I do however feel that the timeframe was not appropriate. If it was my only vehicle I would be in a bad way as far as getting to work and taking care of my kids.All in all. Customer service from the owner was great. Effort in resolution of the issue was 5 star. But the time frame affected my overall rating.

I went for an alignment I was told that they would call me when my car was finished but they did not call me at all then they closed and I could not get my car until the next day plus they had my keys to my car which also had my house keys on them and I could not get into my own house not only that he had not finished it yet then on top of that the alignment was done incorrectly and I had to get it done again on another day. I will never go there again would not recommend

Bad business. I put my trust and money in this place to get an engine put in and nice that was supposed to be done he told me to come pick up the car that it was ready and when I got there it was smoking, leaking oil, and water so the owner said he was going to check it and then call me back and said he has to get a new engine and he was going to pay out his pocket but why would I have to pay again when I had paid and never took the car out of the shop. Then a month in 1/2 later I go pick up the car and still was having problems and not even 2 months later I take it to the dealership and they tells me I have a blown head and it never show any signs until that one day and the inspector said that the engine was severely fried that did not come from 1 day. The owner refuse to help. So I m suing him and his business. They installed a upper hose on my car for a really high price and didn't even put it on properly, causing a leak. I thought this was a good place until then, never coming back! lost my car parts as well, unprofessional. I DID NOT COME ON A SUNDAY. It was this exact auto shop.

I want to get an oil change this morning for the for the missus. I was so impressed with the efficiency of the operation of the shop. I went home and got my car and came back and got an oil change also. The place is fast and efficient and the owners of human being that talks to his customers.You want your money's worth this is the place to go. They can do oil changes, tires, and anything else you can think of!:-)

My trust was shot with Macanic end it felt like I was just paying money endlessly a friend of mine told me to come to speedy and I ve been happy Ever since. They explain things to me if a problem isn t the problem I thought it was they literally break it down and show me what s going on. Just like they were recommended to me I ve recommended a few people to come to speedy. Stop by.

I came in thinking the noise my car was making was my muffler/exhaust system, but Kamal and crew quickly and expertly diagnosed that it was the rear driver's side wheel bearings. He quoted a good price for the job, but it ended up being $30 cheaper than the original quote! Very few, if any, shops would have done this job in such a short turnaround time and at such a great price! I'll be back again soon!
