The worst place to take your car you are lucky if your car still running after you take it to themI took my car for timing belt he told me 2 days job after 2 days he told me the car is not ready and they still need to work on it after 2 weeks nothing done I decided to take car to another shop I pay $2800 to fix everything they missed up and repair the engine head - since timing belt wasn t in the right positions due to his job-Update: after my review I got phone calls and messages from The father and the son cursing out threading me and asking me to delete my review!!!BE AWAREMost of their good reviews from family members and friends

I've been to a lot of mechanics in Tampa, barely any of them are as trustworthy and reliable as these guys. They are great at identifying the difference between a $100 repair and $1000 repair and their word is golden. I'll be referring all my friends to this place from here on out.PS: they do pretty decent work on Germans for good prices as well.

Had unexpected car trouble on the weekend and called Shaheen Auto as they were nearby. They said to bring my car over and they immediately fixed my issue for a very fair price. Highly recommend to anyone in the area and will definitely return for any future repairs!

I've found my mechanics at Shaheen Auto Care.....customer service was warm and family friendly. I brought my car in it was pulling to the right, the put it on the lift (showed me) the strut and control arm were damaged. Gave them the ok to repair it. I got my car back the same day. She drove like a champion....Thanks fella's for helping the danzall in distress

I am so well pleased with shaheen AutoShop. I needed a fuel pump.New new am I Chrysler 300. He finished within 4 hours.My car does not show. The oil light anymore, And I don't have to fear my car stalling and is driving much better.I am well. Please thank you so much Shaheen auto

Came here for oil change and tire replacement. Oil change was fine, but they quoted me $50 for the used tire and said they had it in stock which is why I came here in the first place. I could ve gone elsewhere for a much cheaper oil change but wanted both done at the same time.When I got there they didn t have my tire in stock, which is not what they said on the phone when I first called. They said they d have it tomorrow so I got the oil change and went back the next day. They did the tire installation the next day and charged $120 instead of $50, saying the tire is new. I didn t want a new tire I m getting rid of this car soon, and that is an important detail to forget to mention before installation. I trusted them because they seemed to be Muslim and in my experience Muslims are honest and trustworthy so, but in this case they scammed me. I paid for it because the work was already done but I ll never come back here they have no shame.

Shaheen helped me with an alignment for my 2015 Mazda 6 which a very reasonable price and discovered that my car shaking when breaking was due to needed replacement rotors and pads at a fair price. I was ready to go in about an hour for all repairs and I am thankful. I plan for Shaheen Auto Care to be my new mechanic home.Also I will be going back for some minor body work Thank you,Alicyah

very bad experience i had my ac checked here and without even looking into the car freon and checking. just by looking at the car they asked 1400$ declaring compressor not good to make money and charged 65$. Cant trust these guys

I went in to a purchase a tire & found out a previous tire shop I visited made a mistake by giving me the wrong size rim. They informed me & corrected the mistake for a reasonable price! I highly recommend this auto shop. Very affordable & outstanding service.Service: TiresService: Tires

12/11/23 check engine light on AGAIN after 3 trips and repairs for "check engine light". Paid almost $1,200 and check engine light comes on again after picking up car Friday and being told everything is good. Not happy! I'd be crazy to go back a 4th time with the same issue. Also, I have no idea why, but when leaving Friday, something didn't feel right as I was driving away. I was not there for tire issue, but they over inflated one tire to 52 pounds, supposed to be 35. Why they even played with one of my tires is a mystery. But I had to pull over and let air out of that tire to safely drive the car. I am baffled over the whole experience and very disappointed. Out $1,200 and car still has check engine light on!?!?Top notch repair shop! Using Google reviews, because I needed battery replaced, I called 2 other shops and they could not get me in. I then called Shaheen and he (Shaheen) answered the phone. After I explained my situation he said "bring it over". I immediately drove there and he was under a car and saw me walking up. He greated me and then went directly to my car. Checked it out, and while standing in front of my car, he called supply house to make sure they had the part. He hung up and said he could have it done for me today and rattled off a price. I agreed. Less than 2 hours later, he called and car was ready. Yes, I was holding my breath when it came time to pay. He charged me what he quoted me! Yes, an honest, reasonably priced, "get in get out", mechanic. Open Saturday's and Sundays as well. BTW, shop was full. It was not like he was sitting there waiting for someone to call. He had someone who needed help, and he helped me. I HIGHLY recommend Shaheen Auto Care. Give them a call and see for yourself. His Google rating is well deserved. UPDATE: 11/14/23 adding to review. I do not understand the recent bad reviews. Had Shaheen do work on my car again today. Very positive. Quick diagnosis, quick response, did exactly what he said was needed, and charged me what he quoted me. Dropped car off at 8 (no appointment) and repair was complete around 1. This included removing and reinstalling gas tank to get to a bad sensor. He fixed 3 things and no issues here, only high praise.

I recently visited for an oil change, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and I couldn t be happier with the service I received. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their professionalism and knowledge were evident, and I immediately felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands.I highly Recommend!

This is my third repair with my mechanic Shaheen and his family. In few seconds of looking at the car he knows exactly what is needed with the car and he immediately repairs the problem. He orders the part in 24 hours and get it delivered quick despite slow/problem with delivery. With this help I am able to get back to work right away and few of my friends consults him as well with their cars (3 of my friends).

I highly advise you give them your business when you need your car fixed. They get straight to the point and fix your car for a fraction of the price you d normally pay. Please give them your business. It s hard to find genuine mechanics like Shaheen auto. We need them to expand asap.
