Ever since I starting having my car serviced here, I ve been thoughtfully pleased. I feel like they not only car about my car, but also me as a person. My favorite person is Bill. He s the true epitome of customer service. He s the first person I encountered. My car needs were handled in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place for your car needs.

Disappointed with new ownership and the fact that they no longer work with Valpak to offer discount coupons on basic services. The only coupons they currently honor under their new ownership are the ones listed on their website (not very many), but you must print them before arriving to the dealership as they no longer take them directly from your phone. Also please note, it is up to the manager to accept competitor coupons from another Toyota dealership. The new policies implemented by the new ownership management team were definitely not designed taking into consideration the loyal customers that have chosen Toyota Stadium as their go to dealership for servicing all their cars for many years.

Mike Aguilar was my service advisor. He got me out in a very reasonable time. Very professional and courteous. Excellent service all around. He even checked me in when I was waiting in service drive. At the end of the service, he attached his card to my work order and asked me to request him the next time I come in to get my car serviced.

On 10/23/23 I got an oil change and the service advisor told me that the battery test failed, fine so the following day , I went to AutoZone and got that taken care of. On my way home, I started listening to some noise so when I got home I open the hood up and the dip stick was not all the way in and one of the clips on the air filter was not put back in. So I went back on 11/6/23 and mentioned it to S. Carrington and told her about it. I told her that I might've an oil leak, so she send it to the mechanic to check it out. So he told me what the problem is, so she told me toke the antenna off so they could take it for a car wash. On receiving the car the driver asked me about the antenna, I told him that I got it. So I put it back on my way home I noticed that the passenger door handle was broken and on the floor, so I m.not satisfied with the outcome.Service: Oil change

My last visit have been very frustrating. I work in the neighboring county and schedule the earliest appointment at 7am. Why is it that I don t get out until 9am or later?!! Even then they are offering their suggests on other service needs verbally and electronically. My service rep is awesome (Amber) SMS if it wasn t for her, I would seriously consider going somewhere else.

Michael Hare is a very conscientious, friendly, efficient representative. He has managed to handle a difficult issue with parts for my car. I can confidentially drive my car knowing that it is safe and running well. This was complicated by the nationwide manufacturing and distribution problems affecting the availability of car parts. Definitely see him at Gettel Stadium Toyota for auto maintenance!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a brand new Rav4 in 2022 with Toyota Care. I initially had no issues, but when I needed to schedule my 15,000 mile service, I was initially scheduled for a specific day and was going to have to pay and was told that I didn t have Toyota Care? They even went as far as to say I didn t purchase my vehicle from Stadium Toyota. I was confused at this because I paid for Toyota Care and did in fact purchase my vehicle at Stadium Toyota, so I called and spoke with someone else who told me the person who initially made my appointment didn t link my appointment to my phone number and made a different account which was not linked to Toyota Care. I was reassured that it was fixed and I did not need to pay. I then got a text message confirming my appointment but it was for the wrong day. I called the service department back to get this fixed as I live 2 hours from the dealership and spoke with a guy who said he was going to fix the appointment date and time for me. Today I noticed that I didn t get a confirmation for the appointment that was fixed so I called the service department AGAIN, to which I was told my appointment was never changed and it s the wrong day, which I cannot come to as I work and live 2 hours away. I was told by the receptionist that the day I needed was now full and I cannot get an appointment. I was further told I can just be a walk in ? I explained that this is not my doing and that something needs to be fixed, to that I was told to call back at a later time to speak with a manager. I am so frustrated and the lack of communication and professionalism speaks volumes. I pay a lot of money and this is absolutely appalling to me.

Mike Alba is the bomb dot com! Without fail, he has always proven to provide solid customer service. He's honest, upfront and kind. I just found out he recently was promoted to Assistant Service Manager and I couldn't agree with the company more! We can all learn how to be an asset through customer service, from him. I always appreciate the snacks and complimentary car wash as well. Thank you Mike and Gettel!!

All the service people seem very nice, I have worked with a number of them over the years, Sueanne Carrington is great, Micheal Hare is great, Carlos and Frank are great. However the service itself is not nearly as good as it was prior to the change in ownership. I went in for an oil change for both my 2017 Tacoma and my 2000 4Runner and both times it was almost 2 hours for just an oil change. In the many years of oil changes I had prior to that an oil change was 45 minutes or less. So I do not know what has happened since the new owners have taken hold, but it has not been for the better. I will probably not be going back there any more.

After explaining that I hear coolant rushing through my dashboard and them telling me that they bled the coolant system twice three days later my car overheated and had to have it towed to another shop. Not happy for something they knew was happening and it should have been addressed while they were in possession of the vehicle I told them I was afraid my car was going to overheat.

My vehicle is still under warranty. The people who checked you in were very nice. Everything was on time. I had asked them to check the life on my battery which they did. My complaint was that when they were done, they told me I had some corrosion around the battery terminals, which I could pay to have it cleaned. Since they insinuated that it was only a little corrosion, I thought I could go home and clean it myself. However, once I opened the hood, there was half a golf ball size of battery acid over the terminals. I don t understand why they couldn t clean it off while they were checking the life of my battery. In addition, I noticed that the windshield wiper fluid was not topped off. I think this is a hit or miss place. Last time I went I waited over two hours to get my vehicle completed when I had an appointment and arrived on time.

I have been having my Prius serviced there for 16 years. This past six months there seems to be nothing but chaos throughout the organization. Service personnel are great but your IT system sucks. I scheduled an appointment for 7:30 for a simple oil change and did not leave til after 9:30. I felt the same frustration from other customers in the waiting area. Making an appointment was a waste of time. Purchasing a car must be brutal. You have some good employees but your system is going to cause turnover.

The "senior" service advisor I work with was not educated on GR86 and could not speck intelligently about car's issue. The problem I has with steering was not even looked at. I left the car and allowed to drive it for as loon as needed to ID the problem. The was returned back to me the next day. I received the standard "We couldn't duplicate the issue" response.If your car has some real issues look somewhere else.

Scheduled my appointment a week in advanced ask two times the cost of my oil change at $160 to make sure there's no mistakes. I drove all the way from Clearwater to get the service today and I'm told $280 dollars when I get there. Manager did not want to honor that price so I left. Bait and switch tactics. Terrible.

I had a 9:00 am appointment and my car wasn t ready until 2:00 because there was only one oil filter for my Subaru and it was defective and a new filter had to be ordered and delivered. After 5 hours after dropping the car off it was ready. I picked up the car and then I drove about a mile and the car was smoking and smelled like oil was burning. I pulled over in a parking lot and let the car cool down. I called the service department several times but was put on hold and then disconnected several times because they could not find the person in charge of my oil change. After the car cooled down I drove it back to the dealership and after seeing the car smoking they agreed to fix it. The oil filter was not installed correctly. They cleaned the car up and I got the car back at 4 after 7 hours.

We purchased a 2020 Camry - within the first few weeks the sunroof broke and the brakes were squeaky- took the car back to the dealership and they said they fixed the brakes and sunroof. Next time we came in for service we told the parts/service team that the sunroof and brakes are an issue again. We weee told that they were not covering the brakes, that it was wear and tear and not covered under the platinum warranty we pay for and the sunroof would be $8500 to fix. Parts/Service team said based on the service history they would order the part for the sunroof and not charge us, that was 3 weeks ago. Still no operating sunroof. And that the brakes would cost us a few hundred bucks to fix. All this within the first few months of having a car that we were told was good to go but is already costing us money and the fact they never actually fixed the brakes and kicked the can down the road and charging us for it is not good service at all

Great service and courteous staff, Amber Smith is amazing, so courteous and kind, she really ensures my vehicle is well maintained, she keeps me up to date as service is being performed on my vehicle and ensures it s washed and cleaned upon return. Amber is the best!!

I had a fantastic experience at Gettel Stadium Toyota. The individual who assisted me throughout the maintenance process, Ariel, was very communicative and helpful with all my questions. Too pushy and overwhelming. My car was invaded by 3-4 people when I pulled up and before I could get out of the car. Then I was followed by a windshield guy to ask about a chip. Fast service, but I also don t need to be bothered and asked to sell my car when I m in for service. Liked it better when it was Stadium before it was Gettle.

I have had my Toyota minivan serviced 6-7 times at Stadium Toyota and every time I experience great service and my service manager Tony Roach takes great care of me. I've used their shuttle service many times and the gentlemen who drive it are always very sweet and drive safe. I never wait longer than expected and they wash my car after every service. I do recommend them to friends all the time.

I ve always had a great experience with Stadium Toyota. Amber Smith has been my service advisor for the last couple years and is seriously so good at her job. Very knowledgeable and great with customers. I trust her completely when it comes to my Prius s maintenance.
