Dino was top notch. He got me bolt adapters locally at 430 pm and had my 24 inch rims installed within 1 hour of that time. He s the man. 5 out of 5 stars. Building is very nice and clean shop. Mechanics are very knowledgeable. We will be back.

Dino and Jeff were absolutely amazing and patient. They know how to help you out when you are distressed and make it feel easy to deal with because of how helpful they are. I brought my car in at 5:45 right before closing and they helped me immediately and got me taken care of. I've been a customer for years and since those two have been working there, my experience is top notch. Juan is the tech that never fails to help every time I go and ALWAYS does a great job! Don't look else where for your tire needs, this is the place to go! I will forever be a loyal customer! Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!

I just want to express my satisfaction with employee Jeff who went above and beyond displaying excellent customer service. He was very professional and polite as well as informative and really went out his way to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. Make sure you hire more attitudes like His who enjoys their job.

I was working for DoorDash at 5:30am and hit a nail that punctured my tire today. Thankfully it held air long enough for me to make it to RNR Tires. Raphael and Deano were able to repair my tire and it didn t cost me a penny because I have been a customer for so long!! I knew that even if I had to buy a tire, they would be the ones to help me out!! Being a single girl, that means the world to me because many shops try to screw us over. I won t go anywhere else for my tire needs!!! Excellent service every time!!!

Dino has great customer service skill, very kind and out going. Explained everything that needed to be explained. Every question I had he did not hesitate to answer at all. I was not expecting to pay a different amount than what was quoted over the phone and through text messages but it s okay. My car does not shake anymore so it looks like getting all four tires replaced was the best option. Thank you Dino for your help

Miss led by the associate when doing the lease program. Was told if I paid more every week it would get paid off that s not the case Spent 4x then what I should ve in cash. Buyer beware. Rather have given 0 stars

It was 5:15 rush hour traffic husband at work hour and a half away my tire was shredd to pieces and they close at 6. Called rent an roll for advise they told me to come in. Left with four new tires. They made feel like a truly special customer. Thank you so much

These guys are amazing and always ready to help. I had nail in my car tire. I roamed around a whole day looking for tire repair services. Other service providers were not even ready to have a look at the tire. Finally I reached here, they solved my problem in 2 min..Amazing people amazing service.

My wife an I took the cars in for alignment on 11/30/23. They were very prompt with their service. The show room was well kept and the employees were extremely customer orientated. They were very helpful in taking care of some Groupon issues.

I recently paid a visit to the RNR on Fletcher avenue to get help solving issue for a spacer on my Silverado. The staff were very welcoming and attentive to what I was experiencing vs to what I was expecting to proceed with my course of action. Dino and Jeff troubleshot the problem, educated me on backspaces of rims and how they determine if the spacers were even necessary for what I was moving forward with to accomplish with the life of my truck. They gave me a piece of mind and even saved me some time and money.Very insightful visit I highly recommend if you have rim or tires stop by the Fletcher location and let them advise you on how to keep'em rolling smooth.

Unless you wanna be scammed for thousands of dollars for a simple set of rubber dont ruin your life here.. read everything they dont tell you. Only a fool would do it. I ended up paying 2000 dollars for 600 dollar tires.. or they would screw my credit up. DONT DO IT!!!!

This RNR on Fletcher is totally different than the other ones. I was treated with good service and greeted with help as soon as I walked in. They took a look at my rims and immediately told me what was wrong. We was able to draw up a plan to find a better solution that was very coast effective. This is the RNR to go to if you have any issues with your rims and tires.

Awesome shop. Came in for an alignment in which I barely needed one, so they didn't charge me for it. They also gave me advise on what I should do with my car mods. Very knowledgeable and likeable people. Recommend to come check it out!

Unexpectedly driving down Fletcher, my tire was punctured and went flat within minutes, luckily, this happened in front of RNR tires. Dino, was so kind in assisting me with fixing my tire and did everything he could to help me in this stressful situation! He truly was amazing and I definitely will come back here if I ever need tire assistance.

RNR Tires on Fletcher was exceptional!! Christian was very helpful and knowledgeable!! They were able to install 4 new tires within an hour!! and the payment plan offered was a no brainer!! I will definitely take advantage of the tire care service with the tire repair, alignments and roadside assistance for the life of tires!!

Great selection of tires and wheels. Make you ask for @DINO when you go. Great customer service and was very helpful even though I was a walk in customer. Answered all questions and comments about their products. Will be going back soon for wheels.

I had a hole in my tire and no other tire shop could make time. However, I called RNR tire express and the customer service could not have been better. Vicky was super helpful and they took my car in for service immediately. Service was fast. Could not have had a better experience. I will be coming here from now on. Thank you RNR!
