The staff at Rennen is always courteous and professional. They are always knowledgeable and explain all details about the car maintenance. They are timely and do not overbook. The only thing I would change is that they have a better waiting area. I don t think other people should be able to hear my business when I am checking in/out and making payments. I would use them again!

Been going to Rennen for 10+ years. Amazing customer service, friendly and very professional. I prefer buying 3-4 year old cars out of warranty as i'd much rather go to Rennen for services/repairs than Reeves BMW. Fair prices and much more knowledgeable and experienced than any dealership. And the check-in process doesn't take an hour like at the dealership. Great to have someone you can trust when you have four cars in the family.

Had a wonderful experience getting my 2019 Porsche Macan serviced. I wasn t oversold and they got my baby riding right. Audra and Stephan were awesome! The my do great work for a fair price.From: your favorite GOAT farmer ;)

Scam alert! Rennen Imports will scam you! Avoid using this repair shop. The idiot with the annoying British accent knows nothing about Porsche or German motors. Read the previous reviews, the negative reviews are very accurate. This scammer repair shop tried to tell me that my Porsche was dead, and their only option was a new motor starting at around $22,000. After paying to have my car towed here and back home, then paying for their fraudulent diagnosis, I had to pay yet again to have it towed to a REAL repair shop where they were able to determine that it was a $900 part and after labor, everything was going to cost $10,500. A big difference from $22,000. Then when given a chance to make things right, the idiot tells me he was never going to repair the engine, he would have just bought a new engine to put in, even though that contradicts what he had previously said when he told me it was going to cost $22,000 to repair, not replace the engine. Even when given the chance to make things right, this place tried to argue and blame me. The idiot then told me it was my fault that I bought a worthless car and there was nothing he could do. Obviously, I should have read all the previous reviews for this place, as the previous reviews are loaded with customers experiencing the EXACT same garbage service. Read the reviews, look at the other people who were quoted insanely high prices and all went elsewhere and paid LESS THAN HALF what Rennen quoted. Previous reviews:Rennen quoted $4,000 Customer got the repair done for $569Rennen quoted $800 Customer got the repair done for $500Rennen quoted $669 Customer got the repair done for $239And that s just the ones who took the time to write a review for this scammer shop. This doesn t even include all the negative reviews that all have the same theme: brought my car to Rennen Imports, got the car back and this was broken, that was broken, and Rennen Imports takes ZERO responsibility for breaking anything.In closing, you have a scammer repair shop, up-charging customers for repairs by hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars, and if that wasn t bad enough, they d break stuff on your car and claim they had nothing to do with it. If you like your car, enjoy not being scammed, and don t want to spend 10 times what repairs should cost; I would HIGHLY suggest going literally ANYWHERE else. You would be 100 times better off trying to repair your car yourself with zero experience or knowledge of cars, since this would still be a more experienced and knowledge than any person working on your vehicle at Rennen Imports.

A very good 1st time experience. I needed Rennen to do a minor repair; clear an annoying maintenance code. They did that quickly and at the estimated cost. Can't ask for more.

I don t understand how someone could give these guys less than five stars!They are AMAZING!I have been in the market for a Porsche Boxster for a while, and my first time there was when I had to bring a 1998 Porsche Boxster for a Pre-Purchase Inspection.They told me everything that was wrong with it and that it need it $5000 worth of repairs, so I decided not to buy that one.A few weeks later, I purchased a 2008 Boxster that needed rotors and brake pads replaced and an oil change. All of that cost me $1350 at Rennen Imports, and it was all completed in less than 24 hours!Even though they might be a little more expensive than other places, it is worth it!If you own a Porsche in the Tampa Bay area, this is the place for you and your Porsche!They are super friendly, they have been working with Porsches for more than 30 years, they are knowledgeable, they are attentive, and they will take care of you and your car.I just wish that they were not so expensive, but you get what you pay for, and I had a fantastic experience at Rennen Imports and will be coming back!

Don't know why anyone would bother to get their cars fixed anyplace else. These people are so professional, and just plain know what they're doing. AND for a reasonable price. Not cheap, just fair and appropriate.I've been trying to get my Volvo AC fixed for 4 years, have been to 6 or 7 places (including Volvo Tampa) and no one could find the problem. Rennet found it in a day, and also noticed I needed new brake pads; in two days, they had my carAC (and brakes) repaired and running like a top (a top in the Arctic! Bliss!).

Rennen has service my 20 + y.o. Land Rover for over 10 years completing a variety of repairs. The estimated costs of repairs are explained up front and accurate. My BMW '03 330I overheated. Radiator was bad - amongst a few other minor items. Got it towed to these guys- 1st estimate which included a plethora of items I never asked for $5,000. I happen to know a lot about cars and asked for a lower price. Now it's $3200. Price finally got down to $2500 to replace the radiator, hoses and few other minor related items. I was in a bad spot so I just agreed to pay it. Arrived -got attitude from the inside office. Later-- popped the hood, noticed nuts and bolts were missing from the work they performed. Then they followed up w/ a text message (nice touch), I explained my unhappiness- no apology- no offer to help me out. Amazingly poor service. Be very, very careful with these guys.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Terrible experience while asking for a quote for a replacement job over the phone, rudely hanging up for making a strange request. No sort of professionalism or customer service. They may be a good mechanic shop but I won t be taking any chances with them after that.

Great experience! Work as agreed, reasonable cost, great team. Mechanic gave a follow up call 2 days after car pick up to assure his work was A ok. My new shop for sure! Kudos Steve and the Rennen team!!

I have been going to Rennen for over 10 years for regular service, but this time in I had a major emergency. My Volvo XC90 had an issue that would have cost me thousands of dollars more if I had gotten it fixed at the dealership instead of at Rennen. Rennen took my Volvo back and forth to the dealership to have two separate computer modules programmed, so I know exactly how much more it would have cost (Volvo let them know). I was VERY glad to have both great service and a lower bill from Rennen.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I have been taking my jetta to Rennen and these guys are awesome! Very professional and Honest. Been rebuilding my jetta little by little and they are an outstanding group. I highly recommend taking your import here for dependable, honest services.
