Called the shop spoke with Rick. Brought my car over they didn't have a starter for me but he took the old one out. Rebuilt it and installed at a very reasonable price within 3 hours. Thank you Ralph's Auto. Great customer service. These guys are pros. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent! Very friendly & very helpful. I called & left a message about possible problem with my car. Received a call back few hours later saying to come by anytime before they close. Arrived & was quickly seen & taken care of. Thankfully only my battery was the problem. Was even given advice on ways to keep my Toyota running longer. Like specific maintenance to stay on top of. Definitely would recommend & will go back if needed.

Ralph s is AWESOME! Not only did he have the starter for my S10 in stock it actually fit when the ones from all the major parts stores didn t. Support local businesses!!!!

Meh. Needed a price on a rebuild, but since the owner wasn't there, and he's the only one who gives pricing, I had the option to wait around and hope to see him come to work around 11 am. No thanks. Went to the more professional establishment down on Palm River and got me a new starter with a guarantee. Got my L7000 started up within the hour

Awesome! Got me fixed right up. I had an odd ball alternator that cost a ridiculous amount of money to replace and they rebuilt it for WAY cheaper highly recommend this place before buying a new part assuming you have time to wait for the rebuild.

Over price I went for a rebuilt alternator for a Toyota and with service I was getting charge $375 but I had to make a appointment for a week later and I had to leave the car so they could rebuilt my alternator. Out of they mind.

I needed a starter for my boat. I got a Great Deal. He also had it overnighted at no extra charge. I Highly Recommend this place for Generator and starter replacement or repairs.

I brought my Chevy cavalier in for a alternator. Ralph was professional and I was assured my problem would be solved. Very reasonable prices even tho my alternator is hard to get to he got the job done. Highly recommended!

This place is a Tampa hidden gem. Ralph's son prices his work very fairly and beats the competition by miles. Definitely a keeper. Been going for at least a decade and will continue.

He rebuilt our starter and had it up and running in 1 day... Prices are unbeatable... Very Customer oriented and a man of his word!!! I recommend him to anyone...

I brought them a pretty much brand new starter that the Bendix was chipped from my 84cj7. Extremely polite and Knowledgeable employees. My starter was rebuilt that same day in a couple of hours. Price way cheaper than I thought it going to cost. Thank you for you're help.

Incredibly impressed with Ralph's Auto! My 2011 Camaro ended up "breaking down" on me in the middle of rush hour. Found Ralph's Auto on google, called and he said he would be closed but to leave my car at the shop for the night. After EIGHT horrendous hours dealing with the tow company and physically getting my car towed to Ralph's, they had my car up and running by 3pm the next day! Courteous, honest, very reasonable service. Thank you for being there when I needed help the most!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Ralph's is in my neighborhood and I appreciate doing business locally. On top of that, Ralph got my alternator back to me quickly, obviously professionally rebuilt, and considerably less than a parts store. It's nice to have a real neighborhood business that does quality work.

I called the shop to give him some cores. Before you replace a factory part with aftermarket, try repairing what you have. It's almost always better than aftermarket.

Absolutely no help needed to shut off valve for the gas on my generator, they did not have any? Sure would never advertise that I maintained generators

I took my Hyundai Sonata which was having starter issues. This is a common problem with this model after 60k miles. They did an excellent job and saved me a lot of money. I would recommend to all.
