Came here last minute today to get my brakes done. He was very helpful and took care of my brakes without a problem. I looked around for pricing at other shops and all were extremely high. When I went to him his price was great. I dropped it off and he called with updates . Very thankful for the great communication. Definitely will keep coming here for my mechanical needs.

I took my Toyota pick up truck to R&R s auto repair on Mohawk in town&country to have new tires & front end alignment . WOW, my truck is driving perfectly. I love the new tires, I couldn t be happier with the service at R&R s. Really neat Autoshop.

Ramiro has taken care of my family's cars for three decades. What he fixes stays fixed, his prices are reasonable, and we have never felt like we were treated unfairly. This is the best mechanic I have ever visited.

I wanted to share an absolutely positive experience I recently had with R & R. My older model truck had an issue caused by another mechanic six months ago with the front end steering, leaving the truck almost too dangerous to drive. After numerous failed attempts and thousands of dollars to diagnose and repair the problem, even bringing it to the Dodge dealership Truck Repair Center, I was finally directed to Ramiro at R & R as a last resort before being forced to sell. Ramiro quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to fully repair the problem with the front end stability. I went from almost selling my truck to having it back and better than ever. Ramiro is polite, courteous, friendly, efficient, and thorough. I can t say enough about the experience. I can honestly say I have never strongly recommended any mechanic until I went to R & R and met Ramiro. I strongly recommend this place to anyone for automotive repairs.

Would NEVER recommend stepping foot in here if you're a person of color. The man has far too much racist memorabilia inside the office. There's a "black mammy" decoration sitting next to the front door. Made me extremely uncomfortable.

If you want a trustworthy mechanic who does a great job at a fair price, call Ramiro. I would not hesitate referring anyone to him. I have been to R & R personally for over 20 years. Everyone should take their car to Ramiro.

Trust worthy guy!! Super nice. The guys down the road at Firestone (FireScam) misdiagnosed my bad/old battery that wouldn't start as a bad alternator. Wanted to charge me 850 in labor ALONE (because it was "annoying to remove" in my model of vehicle) and 400 for the part. Called R&R and he said he'd do the whole thing part included for 750. Sold American. After checking on the actual vehicle, he told me it was just an old battery and replaced it. Saved me a TON of time and trouble. I will use him even after I move out of the area!! Best mechanic in town.

This is one of the best auto repair shops in Town & Country. Romero is very fair and is thorough in explaining what is being done. It is good to know there are still honest auto repair shops out there that are looking to do good work for reasonable prices

They are really great at what they do. Very professional, no bs they wont over charge you or they wont lie to you and say it's something expensive to fix when its not. If I didnt live almost 1000 miles away I would still be taking my vehicles to them. But they have helped me figure out what is wrong with my car over the phone and have been spot on with it, that's how good they are.

Very knowledgeable crew. Doesn't over charge and doesn't suggest a bunch of other things that could be wrong with your vehicle. And they do a great job quickly to top it off!

I had an issue where my car was making a weird flapping noise & I couldn t quite figure out where the noise was coming from so I took it here & he was able to figure it out for me ASAP, My wheel was loose Amazing services & he really looked out amazing place for your auto service

This is the best shop I have ever used. They do quality work and are fair and honest, that is why they are always busy. You can tell if a place is good if they are busy. I always look for a busy place to take my business.
