I went to this business to get my tires balanced. I get my rims back scratched like this. They blamed having to scrape the old weights off to put on the new ones. I asked to speak to the manager. He gave me attitude and said everywhere I get them done they will get scratched. That it's usually worse.His solution was to go to autozone to get black paint.Never offered to reimburse me for the service performed.Extremely unprofessional with no remorse for how badly they damaged all 4 of my rims.NEVER EVER GO TO THIS SHOPIf I could give them zero stars I wouldService: Tires

Great and friendly service! We went in for a weird smell and a little smoke coming from under our hood that ended up being a broken coolant hose of some kind. Their first concern was our safety and they made sure we didn t plan on driving that car again until the hose was replaced. This was also about 30 minutes before closing for the weekend and they stayed open until a friend could come and give us a ride. Then FIRST thing in the morning on Monday they had a replacement part ordered and said the car would be ready to drive in an hour.We will ABSOLUTELY give them more business in the future! This morning before I left for work I noticed a nail in my tire. It wasn't something that could be repaired, as it was on the edge of the tire and so I needed a full replacement. The big box tire store down the road said it would take at least two hours, but Quick Lube and Tires of Brandon got me in and out in less than 25 minutes. Yes, I typed that correctly - 25 minutes. The price was exactly what I expected for the tire and the service could not have been better.

Honestly it was my first time coming here, I do get hesistant coming to a new place to get my car fixed that isn't the original dealer, but they were very friendly, good prices and excellent work done. Also the wait time wasn't long. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

I ve been coming to this location for a couple years now and have only dealt with a younger individual However , it looks like it was taken under new management and feels as if they just want your money and don t want to fix your issues .I took my truck in for a starting problem and this older individual told me that I needed a oil change and a fuel filter to fix it . Then after spending the money the truck still had the same issue. Then he was trying to tell me that my motor is bad . If the motor was bad then why did a 20$ sensor fix my issue ?This comes to show you that they genuinely do not know what they are doingIt seems to me that they ve had a influx of good reviews recently. Please take this review as a actual customer that has done business with this establishment.

Do not recommend this place. Not professional. What tore place has no keys to unlock tires..... not friendly. Jack, tire arm came up missing, nobody knows what happened..... DO NOT GO HERE. An there tires start at 89.00 don't let the false advertisement draw you in

Leaving my house this morning I saw I had almost a complete flat tire on wife's car. filled it up with air pump. 7-Eleven on falkenburg tire Kingdom is a direct shot straight from. Asked about a patch or plug they said leave it here might be able to get to it tomorrowFrom that shop I was recommended to go to this location as soon as I stepped in they got me in and out tops 20 minutes.Extremely professional and clean

Nicest people you will ever meet. They saved the day for me and my family. When dealership didn't care and said 4 or 5 hours Muhammed said give me 5 minutes. Then he didn't even charge to repair my tire. Thank you. This man deserves all your business. Don't even second guess go here first. Support small businesses.

INCREDIBLE!!! THIS PLACE ROCKS! Jose got my oil change done in 10 minutes and everyone there was very pleasant and professional. I sooo will be going back to this company for any car need they offer and I require.Don't cheat urself out by paying more at other places when this place can do a better job at a quicker pace and cheaper price. Mess up my whole car i take it because of some noise and now engine is completely gone. Very bad people not know what to do. They search stuff on wikipidia and mess up everything now my car not worth anything. $0. Very bad experience now if they are only mechanic in town i will never go to them again.

After I've called several places and were all booked, I found this place. They checked the tire that had a problem right away, fixed it, and checked other tires as well to make sure everything is okay. I was back on the road within 30 minutes. Omg, they're above and beyond!! I appreciate them so much!

Took my car for rear main seal replacement brought it home in still was leaking took it back to get it repair in the mickey mouse mechanic striped the starter bolt left it halfway in so it ruined starter in the fly wheel in also transmission is know slipping know I have to take it to a real shop to get it all repaired would not recommend to no one???? BE AWARE

I looked on Google for tires and found this place, and I'm glad I did! Walked in and received immediate service. They had the tires I needed and even found me a way back to work because I was on my lunch break! The service was done promptly when they said it would be. Will be going here from now on.

I bought a car one month ago from a guy that made a change in the timing belt and other parts in this place. The car started to lose oil and having a strong burning smell from the engine. Knowing that the fixes were made in this place, I went with my car to have a diagnostic and to be repaired. They told me to call later and come back the next day because David, the mechanic who did the work, was traveling. I came back later and no news about David, and they only wanted him to see the car, not the other mechanics. So, I took my car to three different mechanics and also to the Subaru dealer. Everyone told me the same diagnostic: The replacement of the timing belt (and I don�t remember what other parts) was done incorrectly, so the cams seals were leacking. I went to the place with the paper from Subaru, and they told me that I will have to wait until the mechanic (David) come back. Their own boss couldn�t contact David. I called several times telling them that my car could get worsen and that it was because they made a bad repair. They told me that I had to wait until David appears. I told them that I would have to take my car to another mechanic and that wasn�t fair having other mechanics, but the guy insisted that that�s how things worked and only David could see the car. Finally, I had to take my car to a good mechanic. I can�t confirm if everyone in this place are bad mechanics, but I can say that David did a bad work and this place did nothing to fix what one of their mechanics did bad. David works there and nobody could find him in four days...? Giving that David is so hard to find, one of the other mechanics should have seen my car.
