Very happy with the service received at Brandon Ford's Quick Lane.The advisor Mr. Nicholas A, since he received my truck, was very communicative, good treatment, and very respectful.When the service was finished, Sir, Nicholas explained to me everything that had been done to my truck, as well as the condition of my brakes and tires.Excellent service, 100% guaranteed.

Good enough for fixing Ford recalls. I think the "Works Package" is an overpriced oil change. I specifically asked for an oil change and for them to look at the tires (which I suspected were leaking air). Joshua Seda Sepulveda told me that my tires were "perfectly fine," but then I had problems literally on the drive home from the dealership. Went to another mechanic where they had to patch up 3 tires.

I was working with Brian, and was thrilled with the service I received.I came in for a 60K mile checkup, and the team did a thorough evaluation of what needed to actually be done on my vehicle, and saved me a few dollars here and there . The team was kind, professional, and had the vehicle ready ahead of schedule.Another surprise, which I liked, was the ability to have a Lyft called to drop me off and pick me up so I could keep busy while waiting for my car. I recommend the Brandon Mall: there lots to do there!

Every time I visit Brandon Ford it is the same. Excellent service and polite and knowledgeable employees. I had my scheduled service done and had the opportunity to look at all the new models. Time well spent for me. And all without an appointment,still no problem.I'm never disappointed

I'm guessing that you mean Brandon Ford Service? If so, it was pretty good. Still not sure what they are talking about, would it kill these people to call it what it is???? Brandon Ford Service Dept.???? Still don't know what place these idiots are talking about.

Brought my truck in for a routine oil change and mentioned a funny feel in the transmission. Marty check me in and took fantastic care of keeping me updated on the issue with my truck and making sure my loaner vehicle was meeting my needs. They went above and beyond and found multiple issues that they took care of under warranty, between the personal service and the professional work, I could not be happier!Services: Transmission, Oil change

Wanted an oil change and tire rotation. For a 2014 Ford Taurus. Would not do it because it had 150k miles. That is awesome customer service....

First I called to see if I needed an apt for an oil change, they said that I can drive in and that it can be taking care of. I got there around 4pm and the guy took my car and told me that it would take about 2 to 2 1/2 hours for the service to be done. I said no problem. After 2 hours and seeing that my car had not be moved I went and spoke to the guy that received my car, I couldnt find him. Someone told me to go to the office and ask how long it was going to be. There I saw a young guy with blond long hair, he told me with an attitude that it was going to be another 3 hour wait. That it was impossible to get the car service at that moment. I asked for a manager, he then went to say that the manager name is Joe and that they didnt know where he was. After waiting another 20 mins thinking that he went to look for a manager I left. My first time going to this dealership and it will be my last. What a bad experience especially with the service guys that are suppose to be representing Ford.

Took about an hour and half for an oil change. I was impressed. The largest service department I ever seen. Brandon Ford has been great from purchase to my first oil change..

Was in for some service on my Mustang. Was taken care of in a timely fashion. The service lounge area was extremely clean and all customers and employees were wearing masks! I was there for maybe 90 minutes and a cleaning lady was cleaning continuously . Hats off to the management for taking this virus seriously.

Really slow service, why bother with an appointment if you can t reserve a loaner or actually get in for the appointment any faster than drive ups? They ask you to make an appointment then point out that it doesn t really do anything to help since your service will still be provided on a first come first serve basis.... terrible service for such a large Ford dealer...
