I called several other places and dealt with rude service writers on the phone. At otc it didn't seem like an inconvenience that I needed some work done on my bike. They got me in super quickly on their schedule and performed the work at a good price and the mechanic was very friendly when he spoke to me about the bike. Highly recommend the place !!

Definitely an awesome place! They do a little bit of everything there! They work on a variety of power sports. From pit bikes to jet skis. Great customer service and the friendliest shop cat around! They also offer window tinting and detailing. Paul the owner is very knowledgeable.

If you own a toy with a engine or if youre looking for a toy...Motorcycle, Jet ski, etc. Look no further. Paul got my bike in and hooked me up with the best pricing I have found in the area. Got it done quickly and had me back on the road to enjoy this weather. Good people with better service.

OTC picked up my two ATVs & Golf cart, they took the time to explain what needed what and what all costs were in advance, very polite, professional. Received my toys back and everything is running perfectly. Definitely a great job OTC!

Great place! They were able to see me same day and provided service on my bike very quickly. They even helped fix other issues with a great price. Would definately reccomend.

My husband and I walked into OTC powesports looking for a dirt bike for our son. We really didn t know where to start and Paul took his time in explaining exactly what each bike with different specs does. We were undecided on which one to get and honestly I was super hesitant with buying one for our son BUT Paul talked to us and suggested we take our time. He never once pressured us to buy anything from him. He truly was happy to help.2 days later we decided we wanted to buy one. He accommodated a delivery which was very reasonably priced, took the time to explain everything to our son who was beyond excited when he saw his bike.Paul, we are thankful for your incredible customer service. My mechanic, Roy, recommended me these guys. His business closed down.My second choice of business was sold around the same time as the first mechanic.Third time is a charm.Christian run. The cherry bushy beard guy God blessed me on my way out.If anything goes wrong, they will happily fix the problem, as long as it was brought to their attention right away. As in immediately, or ASAP. If they did not get it done right the first time. Do not wait.I wish them many blessings in return for their blessings.

Paul at OTC did the top end on my 2015 YZ125 Literally has never ran better since I ve gotten it back. They got it in super quickly and I ll say I was a little worried when I gave it to them not knowing how much the rebuild would be or how long it would take. Paul, assured me he would take care of me He called me a few days later letting me know my bike was ready to go and my bill was surprisingly much lower than I had anticipated it to be. 5-Star work and customer service!!!!! I will DEFINITELY be back in the future!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. I am completely and utterly disgusted with how OTC runs business. I had my car detailed here and now it is not running at all. An abundance of water was found in the engine totaling my car since the engine is now not functional. I had been in close contact with Paul the owner regarding this situation and now they are NOT willing to work with me to resolve my mechanical issues. After making an insurance claim, they were found negligent and I was awarded the residual value of my car a full month after this incident occurred. If you want your car to run properly, do business somewhere else. OTC should be OOB, OUT OF BUSINESS!

It's an honest shop, that does quality work. But if you make their job harder, they don't get mad, or even disappointed. They bill by the hour after all. Be a good customer, and they'll return the kindness.

I have a electric scooter and they have done great work on it and you don't have to wait long for them to service and or fix the issue! Thank you Paul and staff!I have already referred two folks to the company and they were very satisfied!

I have been servicing my dirt bikes at OTC for about 6 years. Paul and Nick always accommodate me and have genuine care for the sport. They are a real family owned powersports shop that wants you back on the bike as soon a possible. Very knowledgeable and just good people all around. Look no further

My motorcycle needed a new chain and sprockets and I m really happy I went with OTC power sports. Their quality of work is spot on and efficient. Paul kept me up to date throughout the process. I wouldn't recommend to do windows tinting over here. I made a mistake trusting the neighborhood store without doing search first for a reputable business, we ended up removing the films after a bad installation with contaminations at front of driver's eye, I feel so bad when I see the scratch on rear glass, not professional to find leftovers of the films with broken blade in the cabin. Invoice has been uploaded and deleted from the business by Google Request.

So bought a 2002 Honda cbr 600f4i in upstate NY and drove over a 1,000miles down to Tampa fl and I thought I destroyed my rides transmission. Thanks to OTC my bike was serviced and it rides like a brand new 2021 bike I m so pleased with full service very nice group of guys there. If my bike ever has an issue otc is the place it will go. Thanks guys for take amazing care of my bike.

Great place ! I bought my first motorcycle Honda nighthawk here and I always come here to check if everything is alright. I change my oils with them, get new tires and chain. Great ownership and service at OTC. I had my windows tinted on my new truck with their ceramic tints and they did a phenomenal job with it! I ll be back with more vehicles sooner than later!

Had my Honda Rebel in the shop after a few years sitting. They not only helped me get the bike into the shop, they did the work quickly! In the past, I have used another shop and a similar repair took MONTHS! This time, it was about 10 days!!! I KNEW the work could be done faster! The bike runs really well and they even cleaned and installed my saddle bags! This was a sure sign of a shop that goes above and beyond! Thanks!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Amazing got a 2 tire change and front brakes for a reasonable price for my Harley Davidson iron 883 compared to a Harley dealer. They finished in the same day cause they had my stuff in stock. I recommend going here for maintenance on ur motorcycle especially Harley's

After getting the "Run-around" from "House Cycle World" who gave me the "Old Low Ball - "Bait and Switch" tactic, I continued to search for a person to replace my Shifter Shaft for my '92 Honda CB 250 Nighthawk. I called OTC Powersports and was given a quote immediately over the phone, The repair was performed the next day. I received straight forward good customer service and a quality repair performed in the time expected. I would definitely go to OTC Powersports should I have any future repair needs for my motorcycle.

I needed a few things for my scooter to start working again and they helped me get there! I tried other people but they always told me nothing was wrong when clearly there was but OTC took care of that for me, thank you guys

I've been taking my atv's to these guys since 2018. They are solid and trustworthy. The owner Paul is a stand up guy and has tons of knowledge on these toys. I won't take my atvs anywhere else.
