A+ service from Eli and I believe the other gentleman's name was Jeff. Super helpful with getting the parts I needed shipped and helping me with tips to finish the repair. The staff here are always phenomenal with helping me out and I will continue to be a customer so long as they provide great service like this.They also beat competitor's prices on basically everything. I have an older car and parts are hard to find. Oreilly's always gets it to me cheaper than any of the places next door

This is a 5 star review for O'Reilly's as much as it is a 1 star review for the other auto parts store down the road. The guy at the counters name was Chris and he immediately helped me find the relay I needed. It ended up not solving the problem with my vehicle but I'm not even mad, O'Reilly's did their part but unfortunately that part did not do it for my trail blazer. Great service, idk if I'm even gonna try an return the relay.Also, had an issue with my Chevy Spark battery, Randy got everything taken care of so quickly that my son didn't even have time to wander around the store lol O'Reilly's employees go above and beyond every time.

I woke up this morning with a dead battery. I had to get it jumped 4 times throughout the day in order to get back to this side of town. I called O Reillys just to make sure that they had my battery for my specific make and model. And they did. I got there 20 minutes later and Chris was very nice and installed the battery for me. Everything was very professionally done. I could not have asked for a better experience!!

I received excellent customer service and a helping hand from Jeff he was very sweet and helpful, and definitely deserves a raise. such a kind person who went above and beyond. Thanks Jeff your amazing.( from the girl with the white hyundai)

Excellent crew able to help locate my 04 Colorado exhaust gasket at the Fletcher store. The young man was knowledgeable, a mechanic himself, and willing to go the proverbial extra mile to guarantee that the only one remaining was actually physically there and not a possible system inaccuracy. A very pleasant experience in this my first visit to your stores.

A young man named Brendan had helped me with my car. He was very informative and took the time out of his day to not only give me details on my car but how to properly take care of it. I really appreciated his services people like him deserve more honestly. I felt very welcomed also thank for the amazing experience Brendan gave me real deal man deserves a raise or something he deserves it.

Kid in there tried to tell me it was $40 for 4ft of 5/16 fuel line. First told me they didn't have it. Had to show him behind the counter and cut it myself. Need to train employees better. Pretty sure he just came up with his own price.

Long story short, the manager (Anne) is fantastic. I arrived at the store about 30 minutes before closing to buy a new battery. I called ahead and she had the battery on the cart waiting for me. There was a lot of corrosion and the terminals were difficult to remove. She happily stayed 30-40 minutes past closing to help me remove the terminals without damaging them and finish installing the battery. Excellent customer service - highly recommend this store to anyone.

Just picked up windshield wiper blades from this store & had the best time chitchatting with AJ while Ross was putting the blades on my car without even asking! He just did it because it s his job . Great experience, great store, impeccable staff!

Pretty convenient place for quick pick of automotive parts and accessories. These days there are so many auto parts stores, one on every corner.My first experience with O'Reilly Auto Parts was out west 10 years ago. They were there when I needed the correct part and saved me from being stranded. Check them out, they are very helpful.

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE HAS DETERIORATED***EDIT: With regards to O'Reilly review reply, I honestly wouldn't feel comfortable returning. Either the manager was ill informed, lacking work ethic, or a lack of moral accountability. I can only imagine what the rest of the "new" staff is like. Thank you, but no thank you. ***So on 9/14 I spent the day tuning my car up and performing various maintenance tasks. By afternoon I was basically done with the exception of a pcv valve that is easy to reach but is in an awkward shape and in a very odd place that can't be turned any other way other than a deep socket 17mm socket due to severe clearance issues. With that one socket I could have been done with my cars tune up. Easily a 3-5 min job but with special tool needs.Decided to visit my O'Reilly friends because they always take good care of me with little things like that.The manager told me verbatim "we sell tools here."I pointed out the loaner program and he points out it's for special projects for people who have a special need for a tool they won't be using all the time.I pointed out thats exactly my scenario and I have never needed a 17mm deep socket before and don't see myself needing it again for at least 50-100k miles Rather than take care of a (former) loyal customer with a "special needs" tool request for a 3 min job you want to be condescending, presumptuous and sales driven rather than customer loyalty driven.Why would I buy a relatively expensive set of tools for a 3 min job I need to perform once a decade? Literally. That's absurd! It would literally collect dust.Real class act. Excellent customer service.This place isn't what it used to be. I'll make sure our personal and business account needs go elsewhere from now on ***Edit 2: after leaving, i drove a couple blocks down to Advanced Auto Parts and was provided the customer service experience that O'Reillys failed to provide, DESPITE the fact that advanced doesn't even have a loaner program like O'Reilly's!!As expected, it took a literal 3 min to unscrew old valve and replace with new one. Returned socket and also returned back to advance as a loyal customer.Good riddance O'Reillys!

One of the best automotive parts stores I ve been too. The manager William is the best. Very honest and will go out of his way to help you resolve the issue you re dealing with. This store is the only store I ever go to because of the team that he has there. Everyone is friendly and if they don t have an answer to something they re willing to go out of their way to find it for you.

I'm very impressed with O'Reilly's Auto parts they have a great selection in the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Their prices are usually extremely competitive. They always have the part I need in stock.

What a pleasure this place was. I needed a car battery and a restroom; not in that order. The rest room was clean and well stocked. The customer service was exceptional. Battery in stock and quick check out. Plenty of tools to get the job done. Tools clean and well organized. Thanks!!!

O' Reilly Auto Parts gave me the best experience I have had at an auto parts store. The saff was polite, courteous and extremely informative and helpful. One gentleman went above and beyond to assist me with the issue I was having exhausted every avenue to resolve it, in which he did. I am regretful that I didn't catch his name. You know who you are. Thank you O'Reilly Auto. I will never go anywhere else.

i work at goodyear and I called an ordered a part they said it would be here in an hour well 1 hour went by I called, oh it will be there soon, another hour went by and the part still is not here it is now 6:30pm and I ordered it at 4:30pm, I lost out on a $700 sale to leave tonight so now the car will be here tomorrow. they asked me to give them a chance the chance is now gone. thanks but no thanks if I can give them a zero I would.

Ask for David! I called ahead to see if they had the fuel filter I needed, and upon arriving he had it along with every accaessory I could possibly need for install lined up and waiting. By then end of the visit I was so confident in him I just had him pick out the best deal on marine batteries for me and ring it up. As it turns out, what he picked was the best deal in town. Bravo O'Reilly's, for your deals and for hiring guys like David!

I don't have a set parts store because they are all practically the same in prices. However, I tend to shop here the most because they almost always have what I need and the customer service is hands down friendly and knowledgeable. Only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because it never fails with the hobos and beggers that wait for you to pull up and they hide on the side of the building. I know it's not directly O'Reileys fault, but something has to be done.

Terrible experience. The customer service associate lady with the bugged out eyes and short hair cut has a terrible attitude and was very rude and short with my husband and myself. She tries to make things overly complicated. Go in to make sure the part I ordered is the correct part before it gets there. Undoubtedly that's impossible to do with her who insist it is the right part so the part gets there I pick it up get it home ITS THE WRONG PART! Go back in she looks it up and none of the parts she is looking up fit my vehicle but she insist they do when they clearly do not. I ask for the refund on the part that I paid for on my debit card and am told it will take 7 damn days for it to go back on my card and I can't get cash. Needles to say I will not be going back there. I found the part myself on O'Reillys website and felt as if they should of paid me for shopping with them

Yesterday I needed wipers for my car, and in the pouring rain the store manager, changed my blades. I even offered to wait until the rain subsided but he would have none of that. That is customer service at its best. I work out of my car and needed a service and O'Reilly's hit a home run!!!

My car broke down I called 8:30 and they said would have to order the parts and it would be their at 11. Brandon called me at 11:18 to tell me the parts were in. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Plus the same parts were 20 dollars cheaper than advance and better quality also. Thanks guys

Was dizzy and over heated.Miss Ann determined immediately my needs,and provided cold water& a chair to sit on. ON top of determining the battery from my car to being bad This young lady went above and beyond the average service expected! Thanks Ann!!
