I wish I could rate this business 0 stars. I m not one to post Google reviews. However, this business unprofessionalism has called for it. After coming here for new tires and a rotation, I noticed damage to my one of my rims. This was disguised with the glue from new tire installation. The back left tire was rotated and not exchanged so there should have been no glue at the seams. Likewise the damage occurred at the seams and again near the lug nut associated with not using the correct tools for my vehicle and possibly being hit with an impact gun. After noticing this I brought up my concerns to the business. Instead of taking responsibility, I was taunted, laughed at, and told I must have hit a curb. They stated they ve never had this happen in 10 years even when exchanging tires and doing rotations on Maseratis . I can assure you no one has taken their Maserati to this low quality shop. These damages were not present to the vehicle prior as I am very detail oriented and provide routine cleaning to my rims/apply tired shine to the tires regularly. Disappointment is an understatement. This business represents the old fashioned model of the car maintenance industry by attempting to take advanced of its customers and not owning up to their own faults. Will never take my vehicle back to this establishment.Service: Tires

The family that has owned Northside for over 40 years are some of the nicest people you ever wanted to meet. If you want top notch service and fair price on parts, then Northside is it. Northside 4x4 is probably the best shop in the southeast.

If you want it done right call Northside and ask for Adolph. We wanted a lift but didn't want to sacrifice the ride. We have a 2014 F350 Longbed. After speaking with Adolph here's what he installed: 3 1/2" SST Lift Kit, Trail Ready HD Beadlock 20x9.5 Wheel, Nitto Ridge Grappler 35x12.5, Bilstein shocks. Honestly, truck rides better than factory set-up. Couldn't be happier!

Very pleased with the 5' suspension and new tires Adolph and the guys set my Chevrolet 2500 with. Extremely meticulous and conscientious about their work. Would highly recommend to anyone getting a lift and tires. Top notch service with the right prices! I have had several trucks worked on and tires replaced at Northside Tire and 4x4. These guys know what they are doing and have provided excellent service to the Tampa Bay area for almost 50 years! You won't find better service at fair prices anywhere else! I highly recommend Northside Tire and 4x4 for your trucks! Thanks Guys!

This is the first lifted truck I've ever owned. The owner, Adolph spent a good deal of time explaining everything I needed to know in owning one. He was awesome and I am very appreciative of his time and knowledge. Northside is going to see me again as a loyal customer.

I m traveling out of town; An RVer from the Midwest. Google searched tire rotation near me. Adolph and his crew took my phone call, had me come in and it was done in 1 hour time. How they made me a priority on a Friday afternoon I ll never know, but I m impressed. Communicative, thorough, and didn t skip any corners. Even added anti-seize to my lug nuts, and checked out my brakes which they could have easily ignored. Worth the money. 10/10. Thanks guys.Service: Tire rotations

Adolph is the man. Look, it doesn't take much to get my business. Courtesy, willingness to listen, take care of my stuff. He checks all those boxes. Truck rides like a Cadillac after a simple rotate and balance. I will be rebuilding my front end in the near future and will take it to North side 4x4 no questions asked. I am now slightly concerned about writing such a good review before my quote is finished. haha

Ok I have had my own business for 30 yrs and every time I would give someone a estimate I would tell them to get 3 estimates. I always did this so they could compare and see that I was competitive and fair . I did my research online to find someone to put a lift in my new truck . 2018 chev silverado high country . I pick 3 different shops with great reviews and I went to northside first because it across the road from my gym . I walked in and the first guy that greeted me was the owner Aldolphe . I told him I wanted a 7 inch lift in my truck . So first off he asked me if I knew if chev would cover my warranty if I put in a 7 inch . I had no idea . He told me to call and ask what I could do because you don t want to lose your warranty on a brand new truck like mine . He told me they would have to cut out a couple parts on my front end to install a 7 inch so that would most likely void my warranty. So I asked what he thought I could put in without cutting anything out of the front end . He told me a 4 inch . He looked it up on line and made a couple calls about it to double check the product from the company that made the kit . He gave me a good price on doing everything and I asked when he could do it and how long it would take . He said in one week from today and I ll need the truck for 1 day but it might take 2 days so be prepared for that . So I left and called chev and asked what I can do and he was right . 7 inch did void the warranty but 4 inch was fine . So next day I stoped back in after the gym and booked it in with him . I only have the one vehicle so I asked if he could run me home and pick me up before and after work was done and he said no problem. So usually I would get 3 estimates but there was no need after dealing with Aldolphe . He is as honest as the day is long . You need not look any farther then Northside. I will definitely get more work done there in the future . Thank you so much buddy and thank your staff as well . I m so happy . You guys rock .

Visited this place on 4/26/2018.I asked the person at counter who was on the telephone,if they could ck my Truck undercarriage because of a suspicious noise.The person was rude and didn't even get off the phone.He stated do you have an appointment? I responded no! He stated you need an appointment and it will cost you $100. to ck the vehicle.I feel this is terrible Customer Service and rude to a potential Customer.I will be buying some wheels and tires in a few months,but it sure won't be from this place.
