They told me on the phone that they had my tire. I get there 10 minutes later and he says they don't have it. Then was VERY rude in asking me to leave.I definitely would NOT do business here.

Came in with a nail in my tire and needed a plug. The guy that fixed it was nice but forgot to put my hubcap back on. I brought back my car to ask them to see if they still had my hubcap. There was a pile of hubcaps. The man that was there was not any help at ALL. He was Extremely Rude and Unprofessional ! He refused to even speak to me or look for it. The Police were called and seen what I was talking about. The man acted like he suddenly didn't speak english. Told the officer I must've hit a bump and lost it.I will definitely be contacting the BBB and would suggest that EVERYone steer clear and go somewhere else.

Avoid this place at all costs! Terrible customer service from owner. He s rude and disrespectful. I went in to fix a flat for a brand new tire I bought literally a week prior and he tried to hustle me saying it s an old tire and can t change the flat. I told him it s a new tire and just need to fix the flat and he refused to provide the service I requested and walked away from me. I would NEVER EVER come back to this place! He also had a poor sweet dog there with a chain to protect his shop instead of just getting security cameras and alarms like everyone else. Luckily when I passed by driving and saw the dog was gone, looks like someone called animals services on him as they should have!

Your experience is dictated by your attitude towards service people. I tow racing sailboats around the country. Had a nail in a tire...I decided I needed "newer" tires. Pedro, the owner, treated me with respect. Had 4 tires (70%) installed on my truck in about an hour.Plus the Cuban coffee is the best I've had!If you show kindness to your service providers, you'll get kindness. Karma works both ways.

We were next door at the nursery and the owner/manager came over and yelled and screamed at the owner of the nursery for having cars parked at his shop. The owner didn t park the cars there, the owner didn t tell customers to park there and he continued to yell and scream. He scared young children at the nursery and caused a huge scene. Patrons were about to call the cops because he wouldn t leave. His shop was closed. No one parking there was causing him to lose business. I know people shouldn t park there but yelling and screaming and scaring people is no way to handle it.

This place is a joke. I came in with a flat. The tire tech was eating made me wait to check if he even had the tire then he proceeded to tell me if it wasnt cash i needed ti wait for a hour cause the other guy went to get a hair cut.Then i say change the tire i am running to the ATM he says no until you have the cash in hand. Them he calls the owner who says he had to run a errand if i want to wait great if mot too bad take my car somewhere else knowing i rolled in here on the run flat.Very unprofessional and if you can avoid this place do so at all cost.

Horrible service. I purchased two new tires on Amazon and came in there to install them, and the guy, which I believe is the owner started yelling at my saying a bunch of nonsense like he also wants to have good cars and a bunch of other stuff, because I didn t buy them there. Haha he refused to install them or provide any service telling me to go install them to where I bought them. Initially I thought he was joking but he was not, he was truly upset. He said he was tired of the same thing (people buying tires outside of his business) and that he also needs to pay his bills. But how can you pay your bills refusing to do such a simple service of installing 2 tires for $50-60 bucks? Smh. A lot more was said but reality is, that s really poor service.

Cubano loco! I had a flat tire/ nail and arrived 40 min before closing but this guy started complaining and yelling VERY loud for no apparent reason that he was very tired and hungry and wanted to go home and told me to stop Cuban to keep coming to America After 10 min of weird complaint I left w/o any service

This guy is a joke, no education, no professional at all, he's best qualities is lies to customers, he gives me a price for 4 tires at $98.00 each including mounting and then he change the price for $118 and told me that this is America, very very rude guy, avoid this place please and you save your self a problems
