Disregard the user "D Q" with no profile picture. He's a whiny baby who gives almost only 1 star reviews. Some people are just salty sad humans who've nothing better to do in their mom's basement. This store is amazing and the employees are super helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend going here for any parts needs. Herman, Gio and Matt are a big help!! Thank you.

Great store! Mathew the manager was super helpful & insightful. Dude really knows how to multitask. Y all gotta pay em more.Make sure when Mathew gets that promotion y all let em know. Mo money mas problemas

As a dude learning about cars, I hate how judgy a lot of auto part employees are, but not Herman. He walked me all the way through on what I needed, helped me find everything quickly, and even gave me some knowledge on how to install my parts. Keep hiring people like Herman, and I ll keep on coming back!

Looks like the people working here hate their lives. I was given a rusted part as new, went back to exchange it immediately, and the guy did not seem happy about it (seemed annoyed). He also mentioned that Echlin owns or manufactures Motorcraft parts? Stop spreading misinformation. I also gave him a specific part number and he said do you want the heated or non heated part? I said do they have different part numbers he said no, and they clearly did. SMH, at least I knew I needed the non heated part. Be careful here! Check your parts before leaving the store and pay no mind to the negative energy surrounding this place

Went by there a couple days ago on a hunt for an impact sensor for my car, Gio was incredibly helpful and knowledgable with trying to track the part down, the lady at Autozone didn't even bother to look up the part, she just said they didn't have it once it didn't appear in there system. Gio took the time to figure out the numbers online and trace them back to your system. Even though you guys couldn't get it, he gave me the part numbers i needed and some places to look for it. Needless to say i found it and resolved my issue. I will be coming to NAPA from now on when i need something or help. AutoZone take note! highly recommended, Thank you.

went to purchase parts at this store, tie rod ends for my 2002 Tacoma. The salesman, an older white man with a mustache (did not get his name), gave me the wrong parts. He gave me two drivers side tie rods. I questioned him while in the store he assured me it was correct. I was about to leave, but the parts looked wrong, so I went back in and questioned him again. He said parts verified in the computer as the correct ones and it would fit. I installed the parts & they did fit but the one on the passenger side when turning to the right hit up against the rim (damaged rim a little) I had to buy another tie rod for the passenger side to the tune of $65. Your customer service person needs to learn how to read the computer and listen to his customers.

Corporate Store and the guy doesn't really seem to care if he sells parts over the counter or not! Personally, I felt he had a REALLY bad attitude

I Order Online for 2 Hour Delivery and Never receive. They Not call, No Messages anything. When i Call the manager he told me they don't Have Anybody for delivery. I dont understand why they offer 2hr delivery without Staff. Also the Manager every time i go there, he has bad actitud.

Very rude employee when I called to verify this store had the part I needed after already going to two Napa locations that verified they had the proper car cover when neither location had it... Instead of dealing with the third locations rude person face to face, I went to Auto Zone and got what I needed.. Napa, seems to be in need of customer service training for employees.. I wont be returning to find out..

Went in to get some parts last week. Employee ordered the wrong parts and when i tried to return them they refused to give me all the my money back because shipping is "non refundable" even though they ordered the wrong part. If you need some parts and they dont stock it in the store you have to gamble $10 and hope they order the right parts. Not worth going to these stores anymore, your better off just ordering your parts on line so you can actually see what your getting...As a follow up on this review. After posting this i have opened 3 tickets with customer service, first ticket i called and submitted a ticket, i was told the manager would contact me in 2-3 days to resolve the issue. It has been almost 2 months and i have not recieved a call. I then recieved the below response from the owner. I emailed customer service and my ticket was closed with out contacting me. I then submitted a 3rd ticket requesting to open my initial tickets and the third ticket was closed with no response... i stand by my initial review. I would also like to mention napas main competitors autozone, advanced, and orileys don't charge a shipping fee and are often better stocked. Don't waste your time here you're better off going somewhere else.

I called and had some man be condescending for no reason, why are you answering the phone if you re going to be rude with no justification. He talked under his breath with me on the phone because he had to do his job and type some keys. I went to O Reily s and paid 3x as much just so I never have to return to this place.

Mike and jr are both AWESOME. We got stranded here when our battery died because, surprisingly we needed a new alternator! They helped us charge it and got us going! Great conversations and thank you for all the help!

Rude guy emp # 21 mass actitud a was there at 7:35 the door was open and he told me the store open when I am ready is not the first time that this guy shows actitud with clients at the store and when I was waiting for my replacement battery I shows the same to another customer I don t think the he should work at this place

Told the gentleman the part he was selling me didn't look the same, insisted it was correct, approximately 30 minutes later back in the store to return the wrong part that he sold me and had to wait 3 days for a refund will never go back again .

Bad customer services. The employee has such a bad attitude, I don't think the owner ever read the reviews , since the reviews are bad and it's always the same complain , NAPA should spend some money on training employees or get rid of the problem for once.

Tommy, is wonderful! Very nice, curtious, and professional. He's the reason I will return and recommend to my friends and family. He went over and above the call of duty. He deserves an award for his hard work.

Gave me the wrong radiator cap I bought the most expensive one the one that locks down and still did not work have to waste my time and gas just to return it. I will never go to the Napa on North Dale Mabry ever ever in my life again and to top it off Mystery Oil or should I say Marvel Mystery Oil they charged me $7 with tax at Walmart it's 3.77 beware do not ever buy cleaning products or anything for your car from Napa besides parts and make sure they get the right part have them double-check or triple check these guys are total idiots.

I did not get his name but the gentleman who took care of me was very helpful and knowledgeable and very professional. He helped me get what i needed for my car and i will definitely go back there again.

I bought over the Father's Day weekend an air pump to inflate tires it was a good deal it was on sale for 999 and everybody else sells them for $30 Napa was very nice. I would go back and Shop there again

Excellent team there! Above and beyond. I wasn't looking for help, but Chris sought me out, helped me make a better oil decision and even helped me outside. Outstanding! I wish more places were like this!

I needed a part on a Sunday Morning, I called and spoke to Yosef (I hope I spelled his name right) he went the extra mile for me, he didn t have the part in stock but checked around, found it at another NAPA and picked it up within an hour I picked up the part and installed it an hour later. The car belongs to my daughter and we fixed the A/C discharge hose and got the A/C back up and running. Yosef saved this father and made my daughter VERY happy. THANK YOU I m now a NAPA fan !

Terrible customer service, Jeff the store manager is about as rude as they come, if possible I would like for a contact number to his supervisor so I could explain exactly what this guy said and did, needless to say I will never give this place my business again I got my part that was under warranty and then drove 30 minutes to another store to buy my remaining parts just not to give this guy my business.

Absolutely horrible customer service. You will stand forever waiting on somebody to either come to the front or to even acknowledge you are there. This happens every time I go to this Napa.

Excellent service. Chris was very helpful. He double checked to make sure the axle I was getting was a match for my vehicle. Some places don't do that.
