I took my 2020 high country Silverado, and their diagnostic was that the spark plug cable and coils need to be replaced, they charged me $1,400, and then called me once it was ready, I picked it up and my truck didn t even make it to Columbus before it shut off again. I took it back they neglected my refund and said they were going to fix it again, I pick it up and the lights on the dash started popping up and my car still has the tremble problem. An absolute rip off, I understand that majority of there s auto repairs do well with older models and can t keep up with the new vehicles and the new technology, but this is outrageous, they should be honest and say they can t do it instead of making me waste money on something they can t do properly. Now I have to take it to someone else and spend MORE money.

I've been using Morrison's for over 10 years now. They have never steered me wrong, and are so exceptionally helpful. Whenever I've had things pop up they are very quick to diagnose the problems and give me options. I never feel pushed to do anything, and they have helped me prioritize problems when I couldn't afford to fix all of my cars issues at one time.I cannot say enough good things about them, truly.

Tony has been my mechanic for years! He has always taken great care of my car! I've had several problems with two cars and his team is the most reliable and helpful. They've taken care of several issues like my battery on my 2014 Nissan Versa and my 2005 Suzuki Verona was a disaster, but they always solved it's problems.I wish I could remember the issues on the Suzuki. First time there today. I took my 2022 Acura in for an oil change and tire rotation they knocked it out in less than an hour and was impressed by the price. Plan on taking my other car there for more work! The people there are very polite and had a great experience.

If you are looking for fair and honest automobile repair this is the place for you. Tony and his crew are very knowledgeable about old and new technologies. They have completed several repairs on both my 2022 Dodge Durango and 1987 Jeep CJ7. Prices are genuine and no surprises when you pick up your vehicle. There is no uncertainty during the repair if other issues arise you will receive a phone call right away.

Had a starter replaced at Morrisons and had to come back because it was faulty. Morrisons replaced the part under warranty (no additional charges), it s been running smooth ever since. Quick service and care. Thanks to Tony for solving my issue.

Tony is amazing, polite, and overall extremely knowledgeable. I ve been to a lot of other mechanics in the past, and Tony and the crew are my number 1 pick for as long as I live. Transparent and fair pricing, along side, prompt service, and constant communication set this establishment apart. I came here in desperate need to get my car looked at I explain to the owner what was going on? He said it shouldn t be a problem. I worked at the Humane Society so I came and picked it up on my lunch break explain to me the part what was wrong and said he ordered a new one to fix it. couple days later the problem start back up again in my car I took it back to. Morrison he said he couldn t do anything that day he said run it for a few more miles to come back if it still continues to have that problem, then brought it back the following week when I have free time off work explain to him my car still having problems , it s getting worse. I left the car with him. He said he fixed a wire and didn t explain nothing else. All he said was don t be shocked if this may happen again the following week the problem started again. I took it to Pep Boys. They show me the part he claimed he fixed all he did was wrap tape around a part basically doing a Band-Aid job. I wasted $500 with him for him to do it being a job, I wouldn t waste your time here if you re in desperate need and looking for an honest discounted mechanic. !!!!

They did service in the past that i very much appreciated. This time I had them diagnose and not agree to their over $300 in labor pricing so have to get the repair elsewhere which they are now charging over $100 for the diagnostic which was not provided in writing. Feelin like my Car held hostage

These guys are great. Kind, courteous, prompt, and priced way low. Tony is ready to help, and Rick provided great communication services. They really helped me to get out of a rough situation and back on the road, ready for work. In and out! He even had me back in and got my A/C fixed after he replaced my coils and fixed a leak. A very thorough and excellent service/value. I will highly recommend these guys. Can't think of one complaint! They even sent me home with Christmas cookies as appreciation for their customers. Wonderful people!

I had multiple places tell me I needed to change my entire rear differential. Tony found the real problem, a broken driveshaft bearing. Tony is honest, genuine, knowledgeable, and easy going. This will be my main mechanic in Tampa going forward. Thank you for a wonderful experience. It's so hard to find a repair shop you can trust. My elderly grandmother came into Morrison's to repair her AC system. She left the car to be worked on and later that day received a phone call from Tony. He said that he was able to repair the AC but that the car wouldn't start now. My grandmother brought in the vehicle in working condition and has had no prior history of ignition problems. Tony claimed that it would cost extra for him fixing the car to ignite. I called him and said how were you able to make sure the AC is working if the car doesn't start? I also questioned him how was he able to move the car into the garage to be worked on and he said it was luckily able to start for him then. After, Tony worked on the AC now my grandmother's vehicle won't start and he's not claiming any responsibility. If someone brings a car into your establishment then you must return that vehicle in the same condition it was brought in. Now my 73 year old grandmother is left without a vehicle because he refuses to fix what him and his team broke. We are beyond disappointed and shocked at the poor customer service from this auto repair! I highly do NOT recommend anyone to give Tony any business whatsoever. This has been a nightmare of an experience and we must pursue legal action now. Please BEWARE of malpractices at this location!Service: Air conditioning

Have been going to Morrison's for over 10 years with repairs done on 3 different vehicles more than a dozen times, ranging from simple oil change to complex diagnostic analysis on A/C, engine, etc. Even though they tend to stay busy, they agree to do a quick estimate and repair, generally within 24 hours unless rare part is ordered. Prices are quite reasonable and Tony the owner does a wonderful job of explaining what he finds and offering estimates. On more than one occasion, he has done minor fixes free or recommending not having expensive cosmetic repair done on my aging clunker truck. He just finished replacing compressor and other parts on auto air....better than dealership and specialty shops. Thanks for reliable service.

Morrison's provides the one thing most auto maintenance facilities don't provide. They actually talk to you. Explain what's going on, give you options, and let you make the decision what's right for you and your car and your budget

I was having problems with my transmission and took it here for service. They were very courteous and professional. They looked the car over thoroughly and told me I needed a new transmission. Instead of quoting a price and doing the work, they informed me that the transmission should be fully covered by my car dealership, and it was. They were honest instead of taking advantage of me for a sale. Many women feel intimidated at a repair shop but Tony and Rick showed me the issue on my car and explained everything without sounding condescending. Good guys.

Zero stars. Any body ever wonder why they can't keep any techs around? I worked there for about a month. Not only is the place a total mess but they are always selling stuff the customer doesn't really need. After quitting they paid me 170 dollars for 45 hours worth of work. They claim that I deserve this because I had to start my new job immediately. And wasn't able to give notice. Also if you leave a good review on here they give you a free oil change. So be cautious about taking your vehicle to these guys because of what you read on here. Most of the reviews are because of that. They will hose you every chance they get.
