First of all, shoutout to the team for being so caring and patient. I have to say the team at Morgan Chevrolet is one of the best out there, much thanks to Rand, Tony and Brian for all the attention and excellent costumer service. They all stayed about 2-3 hours after closing time helping me out with my deal. Very great selection of vehicles, friendly staff and clean establishment. Very satisfied with my visit here and a proud costumer.

Very disappointed, when I arrived for my oil change they told me I would have to leave my car over night due to " electrical errors". So I had to arrange for a ride out of there and and transportation to pick up my kids and get home. They advised they would wash & vacuum my car and check everything out. When they called me the next afternoon to tell me my car was ready for pick up, I arrived and no one could get a hold of my service manager. They couldn't check me out because the paperwork was not done. When he showed up, he said they couldn't find anything wrong with my car. I finally got checked out and went out to my car and no wash or vacuum had been done. I didn't want to waste anymore of my time there and left without services promised.

My hard working father bought the car he s been wanting for a while now, he s so ecstatic. The car buying process was quick and easy the sales people from Daniella G and Josh were ever so helpful and showed genuine excitement for him as well. Daniella and I communicated back and forth for weeks before we were able to come in. The car is a beauty, low mileage, in perfect shape a beautiful Chevy Camero Lt with a roar that any car lover would appreciate. If you re thinking of buying a new vehicle this is your sign. You too deserve the car you been eyeing. Just look at this beauty.

Me and my fiance came up with really inadequate terms. Only $1000 down, poor credit, and not too much history behind it.Tyler rock was our sales representative and he was excessively knowledgeable about the car we wanted, the warranty, and helped out with loads of other problems me and my better half were trying to figure out.As I said not the best of terms but Gian G Vizcarra took care of us to the fullest extent, we can t express how grateful we made the decision to come to this dealership.

Just bought a 2017 Jeep wrangler unlimited with Tyler rock. Tyler was amazing throughout the entire experience. He made everything from seeing the vehicle to purchasing it carefree and non pressured. We went back and forth on the price for a few days and he was always helpful and genuine in trying to make sure I was taken care of and got exactly what I asked for at the best price possible. He honestly went above and beyond for me. Never lied or tried to sell me on anything. Genuine guy. Ask for him if you re looking for a new or used vehicle.

My advisor Madison G. And my mechanic Eric Ledwith were both awesome!! They went above and beyond to get my car fixed for the best reasonable price!! I am on a fixed income and when Chevy wasn t going to pay for the repairs (because I was 300 miles out of warranty) even though I paid $20,000 for the extra warranty when I purchased my vehicle, Madison worked very diligently to get them (Chevy ) to help me out!! These two individuals are the reason I would ever come back to Morgan Chevrolet! Thank you Madison and Eric for your truly great customer service!!

My husband and I traveled to Morgan Chevy in Tampa from Tallahassee to get a Chevy Silverado. Our salesman, Tyler, was so professional, gracious, and all around good guy. We love our new truck and we highly recommend Morgan Chevy! Tyler deserves a raise he s awesome!!!

Tyler Rock provided excellent, reassuring, professional service. Great salesman. Thorough without being pushy. Informative without shoving numbers in your face. Only reason for any stars.Whoever was sent in after him, I presume some sort of sales manager, was rude and abrasive. The first thing he said to me was that I look extremely young. I'm a woman in my mid twenties who had already purchased a vehicle from them 2 years prior. No reason to comment on my age or appearance. He went on to belittled me by huffing and throwing his head back over and over when I didn't understand something he said, and then told me I should never come to a car dealership by myself again. It's uncomfortable enough coming into a male dominated establishment as a woman, but the comments were inappropriate and rude. They actually offered me an excellent deal that I ultimately turned down because of his demeanor.

I got my 1st "dealership" car at Brandon Honda in 2021. That was the worst experience I have ever had in ANY customer service based business. I told myself I was never going to go back to a dealership again. Times got hard and I needed a more reliable car and unfortunately my Ford I got used was just not it anymore. I bought it with problems but I was in a bind then as well. I talked myself into going to another dealership to try and trade my car and get some better. Unfortunately we couldn't do a trade but the effort and dedication your team put into making sure I got into a better vehicle and the care they showed was absolutely amazing. Will never step foot onto another dealership unless it's you guys. From the beginning of this process to the end was so pleasant and so easy. You guys are absolutely amazing and I'm telling everyone I know to come there for their car. Thank you so much for everything

We finally purchased a new Chevy Bolt EV after nearly two years of coming in multiple times to kick the tires! All of our interactions with Morgan Chevrolet over the past couple of years have been very positive.We shopped around quite a bit before finally going with Morgan Chevrolet. Marcos, our salesman, was very knowledgeable and patient with us. Many other salespeople we talked with had very little knowledge about the Chevy Bolt or EV's in general and some had no idea what one-pedal driving was, let alone how to enable and use it. Marcos was able to answer all of our questions and spent considerable time with us afterwards setting up On-Star, CarPlay, linking our phones, etc.When we spoke with the Sales Manager, Gian ('G'), I showed him a competitor's offer. 'G' took the paper, wrote down a counter-offer, and in two seconds (literally) gave us the best offer we had received anywhere else. I was almost confused... I mean, what, no haggling?Even in the dreaded finance office, Caleb the Finance Manager made the experience quick, intelligible, and entertaining.Bottom line is we had a very positive & stress-free experience and would definitely recommend Morgan Chevrolet if you are in the market for a new car.

Christian didn't give up and showed us a Ford explorer, that was amazing. All the staff took great care of my girls through the whole buying process. We had a great day and now new family car.

Went here & bought a new 2024 chevy silverado 2500. Customer service was incredible, best car dealership experience we ve ever had. We ve bought a few cars in our past and nothing was like this experience. From calling ahead, driving from Orlando to Tampa, to arriving-Tyler Rock was a great salesman & relatable. Humble, patient & kind! Very impressed with his help & happy with our purchase! 10/10 recommend!

Daniel Miliano is the guy that you want to see if you need a vehicle.Upon my arrival to the dealership, he greeted us courteously, we quickly explained what we wanted and he showed us what he had available. No extra questions, no trying to upsell stuff. I explained what we wanted and we did not want and he was honest. Needless to say, we bought the car that we liked.The experience at dealerships is usually stressful and upsetting. There are always hidden fees that come at the time of signing the paperwork. That was not the case here. The price that we negotiated was the price that we signed up for.Thanks Daniel for your help!

Danny was instrumental in making sure I left the dealership satisfied with my decisions first and foremost. I could really tell that what I wanted was prioritized over making a sale and I appreciated that most. I was there for a few hours, and each department made sure that I was satisfied, and aware of all options before finalizing anything. 10 stars!

TLDR - I was charged $90 for a standard oil change!I have two GM vehicles for a decade, always had them services at the Chevrolet official dealership.Never in my life I paid over $70 for an oil change!It was always less and always got a coupon applied as a loyal customer to the dealership that save me a few bucks.Leave the coupon, that's pure courtesy and relationship, I called other dealership to see if prices went crazy and 2 other official GM dealership confirmed their price is $70.99.With all due respect to Freddy's courtesy in the past, this is a total rip off and I will take my cars somewhere else from today on.

Prior and visiting Morgan Chevrolet, I visited and contacted four other Chevy dealers, but when I got to Morgan s I could tell that I was at the right dealership, from the first phone call, to the video introduction from Saysha, to being there in person, the experience has been nothing short of amazing. I m happy that I got Saysha for my sales associate, she is such a classy young lady with a great heart for her customers. She answered all of my questions and helped me pick out my 2023 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT.Thank you Saysha. I do hope that Morgan Chevrolet know that you are an asset to the company, and I hope that your hard work, professionalism, and dedication are being appreciated and recognized by leadership. The front desk associate was unprofessional, audibly cussing and eating Doritos. I made an appointment and still had to wait an hour with unhappy customers arguing and being downright crazy, threatening to kill people. I know you can t always control what a customer does but this behavior was indicative of a business that is completely doesn t care about the other paying customers and more should have been done, instead of us having to hear this woman scream and threaten for over 30 minutes. When it came time to pay I was charged $82 dollars for an oil change. Yes it was 100% synthetic but that s outrageous for an oil change. It used to be $50. One of the service or salesmen actually had the audacity to tell me oil prices have gone up $30. Then, when the unprofessional cussing associate woman was taking my payment she said, tap or slide. In an obviously suggestive tone one of the other salesmen said I ll tap that. He said this from behind me, I turned around and he immediately became visibly uncomfortable and started explaining himself. I didn t say a word but he was clearly guilty by way of over explaining himself. He said, I just meant tap, on the machine you know? I was disgusted. I didn t say a word so he just incriminated himself. On multiple occasions I was treated terribly and most importantly, disrespectfully. I never make complaints for people who are providing me a service, but I will never be coming back and I think someone should know why.

Extremely happy with my truck purchase! Saysha was excellent through out the entire purchase process and was always willing to go above and beyond even after the sale was made.I had an issue with my sunroof leaking and Morgan Chevy stood behind the deal and made sure the truck was made right.They could have written me off as a deal done and sent me on my way but they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.These guys know how to take care of their customers!

As soon as I walked up the front door I was greeted by Rand who was extremely sweet and knowledgeable on corvettes which I was coming to look at. Steve later met with us and was helping out as well. I let them both know right off the jump that I was not there to buy a car only browse. They remained professional and were not pushy at all but continued to give me more information on the cars. After this experience I will no doubt come to them when I ultimately purchase a vette.

Wow! Went to get my headlight replaced and boy did I go on the right day! Madison, Stephen and Tim were absolutely amazing! They were extremely helpful, polite and professional.
