Fantastic service! Having a completely broken auto window in your new car is risky business in rainy Florida. I called early morning, Angel was very knowledgeable and courteous, and despite their booked up schedule, he was able to fit me in and get my glass replaced same day. After an unsatisfactory experience with a national glass company, we sought a local business to replace our driver's side door glass. From the initial call to the final payment, the service was exceptional. The team went above and beyond to ensure our visit was as swift and smooth as possible. Both Angel, the manager, and Michael, the installer, were outstanding to work with. I highly recommend this business for their first-class service and professionalism.

Mike's Auto Glass was a recommendation from a Tampa car club. They said it was the best place to go, so I called solely on the recommendation. Let me tell you, this IS the place to go! First Angel is top-notch, professional, knowledgeable, and a plain nice guy! Treated me likeni knew him when I called not like another customer. He was bale to order the correct windshield for my son's Subaru WRX and get me in within the week! The car came out like it rolled out of the factory. And if that isn't enough, the place is easy to find, super clean, and has a beautiful waiting area with coffee and wifi! I tate them 10/10!

Outstanding service always. They have always been extremely friendly and very accommodating to my needs, even when I bring them classic cars. One conversation with Erik in particular and you know you are talking to a specialist that knows auto glass. They've done several jobs for me on my old cars and always do an expert job. I called around for a replacement price on my drivers side window. Mike's gave me a competitive price that I decided to accept after 4 other phone calls.I gave a deposit for the purchase and delivery of the window. We made an appointment and I will finish this review and rating upon completion of the job.Thus far everything has proceeded as one would hope. The place is clean, looks new, large and has plenty of parking. Fingers crossed.

Customer experience bar none is at Mike s Auto Glass. From start to finish, Mikes Auto Glass set my expectations: From Rita, Angel, Claudio and rounding it off with the expert, knowledgeable detailed work of Michael, it was like eating the best empanadas from home!! I knew what to expect and they did not disappoint!! These are professionals!! Period!

Amazing customer service! I was greeted and welcomed as soon as I walked in. The staff was extremely professional. They ordered my vehicle's glass and called me back as soon as it arrived to schedule the appointment. Mr. Claudio was outstanding and the installation by Mr Brandon was exceptional. I'd give them 10 stars!!!I did a bit of research on the sunroof problem on my 2012 Expedition.When I got there for my appointment, the greeting was excellent. I explained the problem and handed some fragments of what broke in the mechanism. He instantly diagnosed the problem, and it was 100% in line with what was expected!!! Confidence in bringing it to Mike's Auto Glass soared.From the beginning, I expected it to be a diagnostic visit to get a quote. Then Eric tells me that the rail is in stock and it could be installed today...A Ford dealer told me it would take a week before they could even diagnose the problem with no promise as to when repair would take place.From manager (Mr. Angel) and front office staff to the technicians with hands on the work, all of them were very pleasant and informative.Eric was incredibly efficient and kept me updated on the progress via text/ photos. The installation was completed ahead of schedule. Another pleasant surprise!Again, I'd give them all 10 stars!!!It's truly outstanding service and very fairly priced!!!

Had a crack in my windshield and of course Geico referred me to Safelite but there was no way I d take my car to Safelite. Instead I was referred to Mike s Auto Glass by BMW and they were phenomenal in their efficiency, communication and customer service. I would 100% recommend!

I highly recommend Mike's Auto Glass they definitely don't need my review but I must say Thank you! they went above and beyond to help me get my sunroof fixed with same-day service I couldn't be more pleased with the service that I received from Angel and extended team thank you so much again!

Mike's Auto Glass went totally above and beyond for me today! My rear quarter window was broken and I came in for my appointment for the replacement to be installed. The replacement glass that had been ordered unfortunately turned out not to be the correct model.. And the right glass apparently would have taken over two weeks to get in! Instead of turning me away, the employees took the time and care to source me the correct glass locally and then an employee went and picked it up. I walked in a few minutes before 3pm and even with the issue, they had me out before 5pm! Truly exceptional customer service!!! The reception employees were also very friendly and helpful and the shop was very clean and comfortable to wait in. It was stocked with complimentary water and cofee and free wifi and even the restroom was very clean! I am soo thankful to have been referred to this business by a friend's husband who is in the auto industry. I have since told him to continue to recommend Mike's Auto Glass and I will be sure to recommend them as well! 5 stars!!!Service: Glass installation

The rear view mirror on my Audi Q7 fell off and Mike s Auto Glass reinstalled it without any problems. The staff is simply amazing! From the first call to the completed repair, I was treated with respect and integrity. The facility is clean and well maintained with a comfortable waiting room. I will definitely recommend y all! I had my windshield replaced within one day of my phone call. I had an aftermarket glass that was approved by my insurance installed by a Mr. Eric Herget and let me tell you what he did for me.The glass came with a generic Go-Pro mount and Eric went out of his way to cut both mounts off and install the factory one with the logo on to my new glass. He also transferred my sun pass sticker and installed brand outer new side moldings and a new seal. The truck looks like it s never been touched. And it was done so quickly, I honestly couldn t have gotten better service if I asked for it.10/10, would recommend.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Based on a similar issue a customer had and her very positive review, I scheduled a appointment for an estimate on my sunroof.I went to a Mazda dealership, spent 4 hours waiting and was charged $120 fee. Their conclusion was that the entire sunroof needed to be replaced for $4000.I went in this morning at 8:30 and left before 9. The sun shade was off track preventing the glass panel from moving. They only charged $40.We expect to be taken advantage by some shops. I m a very happy customer and appreciate what they did for me. I will always go to them when needed.

Super friendly, professional, clean, and efficient!I came to them with a broken window regulator. They made time for me, same day, twice! Took my truck in to get a windshield replacement and had a seemless experience. I accidentally missed my first appointment, which they gave me zero grief about. Rescheduled, brought my truck in and was quoted a two hour wait for the windshield replacement. They completed the job in just over an hour and had me on my way. Didn't catch the name of the woman I spoke to on the phone but both her and Angel at the front desk were friendly, professional and very helpful.

I came in because water was dripping from my dome light. Turns out the drains were clogged. I spoke with Angel and Claudio who were awesome, and are also believers, we talked about Jesus while Mike fixed my car. I got to meet Mike afterwards and he was awesome too. I was there less than 30 min. I highly recommend this business.

I needed a rear windshield replaced due to faulty defrost wiring. Angel facilitated my request. He was very professional and concerned with providing me the best and timely service based on my needs. We scheduled a day once my glass arrived to the shop. I was able to get my glass installed and catch my flight all on the same day. Great experience! Great service! Bill Currie Ford wanted to charge $4,400 to replace the motor and frame of my sunroof. The glass was not broken. I called around and found Mike s Auto Glass. They quoted me a price of around $780 to fix my sunroof and put me in touch with Sunroof Express to purchase the part, also around the same price. Sunroof express ships directly to Mike s Auto Glass. When I dropped off my car, I asked if they could take a look at my side view mirror which I had taped because the prongs to hold it appeared broken. My sunroof was fixed in 24 hours and the cost was $500. They fixed my mirror and did not charge me. The prongs were not broke , I just didn t know how to pop it back into place. Angel at Mike s Auto was GREAT!!! My entire experience from customer service to saving me a lot of money was priceless. When all was said and done, I paid $1,280 out of pocket compared to the $4,400 Bill Currie wanted to charge me. I saved $3,120 thanks to the people at Mike s Auto Glass who understand the working class and don t try to overcharge you. Thank you Mike s Auto Glass and thank you Angel. My rear view mirror fell off the windshield and I called my service station who would not make this type of repair fearing damage to the windshield. I called the dealer who didn't make these repairs, however, referred me to Mike's auto glass repair. What a break for me, they were fast, professional, and extremely courteous. After researching vendors for my project and reading the reviews for Mike's Auto Glass Tampa I called in and spoke with Angel over the phone. Angel was very helpful on the call and as a result I went in for an in-person review of my vehicle. In short I needed to remove and reseal the windscreen on my restored 2002 Chevy Silverado as well as replace the top molding/trim which was weathered and rotted out. Angel and Mike worked with me to price out the work with contingencies. They made arrangements to have a backup windscreen shipped in for the job to be on standby just in case my original windscreen broke when they pulled it out - it's been on there for a bit. :) They were able to complete the entire job and we didn't even need the backup glass. Great service and great facility. I'm very pleased with the results and would drive over from St Pete again to work with the team at Mike's without hesitation. Thanks Angel! Thanks Mike! I had my car broken into and the jeep dealership wanted to charge me 1,000 for a new window and a 100 dollar glass cleaning fee. Took my car to Mikes and they went above and beyond to help me at a fair price. They returned it to me same day and even the interior was spotless.
