I would absolutely come here again. They have excellent customer service, very nice. Carmen was able to get me in same-day and it took less than 10-15 minutes to get me in and out with a new tire.

I had a flat tire today and needed to replace it ASAP. My spare was good but I just didn't want to be driving on that all week until I got paid. They helped me out and I was able to get a good tire until I can go ahead and purchase all new tires. Now I have a decent set of tires for now. Thanks

These guys were the absolute best! Total hidden gem. I ran over debris on the highway and had to have my car towed here. Incredibly fast, great prices, helped me with a new rim, everything you could ask for. The only place I trust.

Went to Miami tires because I needed to replace a tire and I was instantly greeted with hospitality. I didn t wait long to be serviced, in addition the customer service felt extremely personal and welcoming, will definitely recommend anyone who needs tires to stop by and will be coming back again for future replacements

Visited yesterday because I came out to a completely flat tire. I filled it with air and went straight to Miami Tires based on Google reviews. The two gentlemen that helped me were so courteous and nice. He told me that the plug on my tire that I got the day before (in my hometown, not with them) had come out and it needed to be patched from the inside. That's exactly what they did. The tire was fine for the rest of the day and I'm confident it'll last me a bit longer. As a single woman, I typically get a family member to help me with auto trouble since there's people that will take advantage of a woman's ignorance when it comes to auto/mechanic stuff. Fortunately, I didn't feel that way at all and the customer service was great. Thank you Miami Tires.

Carmen helped out and got my husband and I out of a last minute possible jam before our anniversary drive to St Augustine! The price was more than fair and had a new tire put on and back on the road within 15 minutes! Truly a blessing and honest owner who added some insight and an illustration to recommend a wheel alignment (avoid wasted money on new tires that won't fix the wheel alignment issue),Professional, customer focused and efficient service! Excellent- convenient- fast workers. What I thought was going to be a frustrating incident on vacation, wasn t. Got me back on the road within 20 mins, at a great price. Absolutely no hassle. Would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service and fast workers. The owners were very nice and greeted me personally. And an employee even took the time to teach me about my car and gave me tips on what to do to fix problems on my car that didn t even profit them.

Lost one of my lug nuts and stripped another. Then wanted $80 for a used tire. Didn t get me another lug nut. Then the lady at the office said you re supposed to change them ever 5 years

Quick and Easy. Great customer service, Carmen was wonderful and made sure I was taken care of. I was shopping around looking for used tires, Miami Tire shop was one of the only ones that actually answered the phone. Definitely will be coming back for all my future tire needs! By the way for a used tire its almost like new and has more than enough tread!

Carmen and her team were amazing! No one in Tampa had a new tire for me and I had to get back to the Lauderdale area. She had a slightly used tire that was in great condition her installers were waiting for me and I was in and out of their shop in 20 minutes. I highly recommend Miami Tires! Great people, great service.
