What an amazing experience at this dealership! My wife and I were recommended to reach out to Angelo the sales manager. We were looking for an Acura MDX and had shopped even the BMW X5 and Mazda CX90. Some may not compare the two, but I can tell you that they sold us on the Acura MDX TYPE S. Angelo introduced us to Brittany Williams an amazing, very knowledgeable sales person who knew this car inside and out! We test drove a brand new MDX and Brittany ended up letting us know. They had just taken in a 2022 with only 10,000 miles on it in pristine condition that just came in.! This was the one! SOLD! This dealership is top-notch with Customer Service sold us what we were looking for and nothing more!! I highly recommend Brittany Williams and their team at Maus As they are family owned and truly take care of you! Our car was clean, detailed and windows even tinted saving us a trip to come back out ready for pick up! My wife loves her new MDX And we couldn t have made a better choice using the dealership I highly recommend them!

I think my visit to Maus Acura is the first time I had a positive car buying experience. Alex and team were great, they were friendly and wanted to win my business but without being overly pushy. They were responsive to all of my questions and maintained an appropriate amount of communication while I was shopping around. I walked away feeling like I got a great car at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!

I recently had a fantastic experience with Acura and their dealer service, specifically with representative Kevin. From start to finish, the process of getting my car maintenance done was smooth and efficient. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, making sure all my questions were answered and that I felt confident in the service being provided. The dealership s facilities were top-notch, providing a comfortable environment while I waited for my car to be serviced. Overall, I m thrilled to be part of the Acura family and highly recommend their services, especially with representatives like Kevin who go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Salesman Jason was awesome. Took his time, explained everything, listened to my needs and the manager and him were able to get me a beautiful car. Highly recommended. U can find an Acura at a lot of places, but stellar customer service is rare. I'm definitely a customer for life

In all my years experiencing buying and leasing cars this was the easiest and most pleasant one of all. Ashley was a wealth of knowledge, answered my every question and made this whole experience painless and actually pleasant. I sped through the financial part quickly and Alex introduced me to my new MDX and set up just about every thing that needed to be set up in the new babe! Lol! Kudos Maus! Job well done!

Kevin was really good he made sure had pictures of all the service that I need such as my break fluid was dark and me sent me a picture of it. I really like how they was able to accommodate me with a same day appointment. My service was quick not an all day thing. I also love the fact that you can communicate with your device guy via text that s so easy and convenient. Thanks Maus you guys are the best!!!

Antonio is amazing! He is super easy to work with and has a great personality. I always have a great experience when I go to Maus Acura and Antonio is my service advisor. As a female I m always cautious to ensure I am not taken advantage of by car dealerships and their service staff but Antonio has been nothing but a great person and I trust him with my Acura. He is honest, transparent and gives me all the details and allows me to make an informed decision.

The service advisor, Antonio, was professional and courteous. There were a few negatives about my service appointment: Maus Acura now charges a fee for paying with credit card, which is a poor customer service policy. Also, I would prefer a person explaining additional service recommendations instead of text communication. Automated service appointment scheduling was not a good experience.

Robert, my service representative was very polite and effective in assisting me with scheduling a service appointment - including finding me the best price for what I had done to the vehicle. I chatted with Lee as well who helped pass the time with some good dialogue. All the guys that work there give off a positive, friendly and respectful vibe. The coffee and donut hit the spot too - as a little post workout snack.

Service appointment went smoothly and efficiently. All employees were attentive and respectful. I was extremely disappointed to see a 3% service charge added to my bill to cover the credit card fee. This should ve been disclosed earlier in the appointment. Vehicle service can be a big ticket item and would ve required planning in advance to pay with cash or check.

From the first call to Angelo, to the sales team member Brittany, to Alex for the financial and contract details, this team conducted themselves in the most professional and courteous manner I ve ever experienced at a car dealership. No time was wasted on their part or mine, all questions were answered in an honest and direct fashion, and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Other dealerships should certainly model their sales team game plan after Maus Acura of North Tampa if the interests of prospective customers is their goal. Well done!

I had a great experience with them all. Everyone was so nice and genuine and they all was a pleasure to work with. everyone there are very knowledgeable on what they are selling and I m happy I was able to make a deal with them over other dealerships who I had visited prior.

No value for long time customers. All my maintenance for my Acura has been at this dealership. Each time the experience gets worse. From the misleading coupons , no straight answers and not very knowledgeable advisors. My most recent visit my Acura stalled out, although I have the extended certified warranty, they determined it was a software issue they could fix but I would have to pay the $199 diagnostic fee. I decided to do all the schedule maintenance since the vehicle was already there, I also asked if they can look into the know issue about the CarPlay disconnecting , they advised Saturday is the busiest day I would have to come back. So they had time for my transmission fluid , oils change and tire rotations all items that generate $$$.in other words we make no money of that. And to top it off they now charge a 3% credit card fee. Incredibly disappointing with the entire experience. This service shop is out to make money and do not value the best interest of long time customers.

My service Advisor today, Tony, was exceptional. A very professional and courteous man. He did not try to sell me services that were not necessary. When I had a competitive price elsewhere for replacing my Wiper blades, Tony matched the price. I was happy I was able to get all the work done " in one stop" - The waiting area is always full of refreshments and is well stocked, and outlets for customers devices are plentiful.

Always excellent service at Maus. Pricing and detail of service explained. Robert is awesome and very detailed and understands my concerns about my vehicle and ensure that the problem is fixed. Also advises/explained for the next service. Thanks Robert, keep up the excellent service. The Mechanic on my vehicle was also great, he actually came to me and explained what he did and my vehicle is working now. Thanks to both of them as I was very concerned about my vehicle . I feel safe now driving my vehicle.

Maus Acura provides extraordinary services to their customers. I started getting my vehicle serviced her in 2023 and their attention to detail, professionalism, knowledge and concern for your car maintenance needs are top tier. Kevin was my tech advisor during my last service on February 19, 2024. Kevin was excellent keeping me advised on each steps that was taking place with my vehicle. Kevin answered all questions and explained any concerns I had about future maintenance. I highly recommend Kevin and the Maus Acura for your service needs.

Got a timing kit replacement a few weeks ago on my 2005 Acura TL which has over 300,000 miles on it, yes OVER 300,000 and still runs perfectly fine. Kevin was super helpful and made my car a priority. They knocked the job out so fast I think the techs are magicians. It was also super cool to meet Haku (those who know, know) in person which was a nice surprise to see him there. I'll definitely be back for more service and a new Acura soon enough. Hats off to the team there.
