I had a sun faded 2014 Chevy Cruze. Where are the clear coat was coming off and the paint underneath was faded. The car was old, but only had fifty thousand miles and it needed freshening up a bit. After explaining what I wanted.All I needed was the cheapest paint job which was Less than nine hundred dollars. Well when I got the car back I was very pleasantly surprised. There was no overspread anywhere. And the paint job turned out very very good. Was it perfect no, but the paint underneath was in rough shape? Anyways this improved the appearance of the car by ninety seven percent I would say. Was the paint job perfect? No, but it improves the car greatly. And after all I only paid $900. And the job looks very, very good. And after paying $900. I think it improved the value of the car by over nine hundred dollars If I was going to sell it but I am not. Thank you Maaco very very much for your great service.I was going to go for a paint job that costs it $1200. But I explained to the guy giving the quote really what I was looking for and he was honest and helpful and said that the $900 paint job would get me where I needed to be. Very honest and very helpful folks over there. I totally recommend them to anyone. And I will use them again if I have the need. I just could not be more pleased with the work that they have done.

Jeremy was awesome to work with! He handled all the back and forth with the insurance company, which was a hassle. He also provided regular updates throughout the process. I would definitely bring any car of mine back here that needed body work.

NEVER go here! When they do an awful job they will not admit it nor will they fix it because they don t care. I was told that their taping people were great and it would be at least three weeks without my suv if I wanted to remove doors so I decided to trust the person who told me that their taping people were the best. So I could only be without my suv for 2 weeks (that s already a long time) I also paid for them to fix three minor scratches from rocks (which they did not do) if I wouldn t have pointed it out they would have charged me still told me I could leave it again to get it done ( so again without my suv that was already supposed to have been done in the 2 weeks) not to mention they claim every batch of color can mix different so if that s the case and they only painted the the parts they were redoing I could have a different color door and bumped no thank you.. you already F d up!!! Got paint all over my tires/ rims and lots of other parts some in my door was already bubbling and missing (oh and the fix for that was no better looks awful) where they over sprayed on my front grill they fixed partially and it looks horrible! Dirt under the paint, running paint, paint where there shouldn t be and paint missing from where it should be! RUN far away from this place! They will be nice to you in order to get your business once you tell them your unhappy and show them their mistakes they become combative. Attached are just some of the pictures and problems there was not one part of my suv that didn t have a problem not to mention the color was wrong but I didn t bother to get into that it was I was mad about the quality of work. They charged over 2k to mess up my suv. And said they were very proud I dealt with Jeremy the guy in the office who writes up estimates then says take it to any other dealership they will tell you it s great work feel free to be the judge based on the pictures I would be embarrassed to send they kind of work out but not him proud and cocky!If anyone sees the owner s reply to my post above the phone number given goes back to the same maaco that refused to help or do anything while I was there (I called) so do you really think they are going to do anything for me now?! NO it s just so anyone seeing this bad review thinks they will fix things! DO NOT go here! If the owner wants to make things right my name and number are on file I picked up my suv on Sept 1st. I ll let you know if they do anything to make it right.

The employees at Maaco were very helpful and friendly. Most importantly to me was the fact that we dropped the car off on Monday and picked it up on Wednesday as promised. And at a decent price too! Would highly recommend Maaco to anyone needing a paint job on their vehicle.

I had an awesome experience at MAACO Tampa, on Palm River Rd! From the first estimate to the completion of my vehicle, was top notch! Jacob and Jeremy were professional and very informative during the whole process. Even the office manager (dont know her name) was professional and informative. Jacob was my primary contact. He kept me updated on any changes from the original estimate, helping me make well informed decisions. Hats off to the painters! Except for a little overspray on some of the rear bumper trim, the paint looks awesome! My car has been restored to showroom ready! Thank you all!

From the get-go I had a great experience here! My brand new Kia was t-boned and after a little over a month of repairs, my car was returned to me like it was brand new again (: Great communication from Jeremy along the way and the process was painless. A most excellent experience.From the beginning, the staff was kind and instructive. Never pushing for sales... Just explaining and answering questions.- I will put it this way, I was planning on doing the most expensive paint job and after having everything explained and their opinion shared, I choose one level down.It's a busy place. Month lead time with two weeks from then to complete work... However...The paint job is excellent! A complete color change for my daughter's car. They had to sand of the peeling coat, fix some door dings... The car is beautiful.With clear instructions for the next four weeks on paint care (as it cures) my daughter LOVES it. I love the quality of the work.

Jeremy and the folks at MAACO brought by 2000 Isuzu Rodeo back to life. Despite a couple of hiccups (out of their control) they made everything good to go. I have an older vehicle that needed the roof and rear door painted. They did excellent work and the match is good. Professional, hospitable staff as well. You're also had a friend get his older Toyota painted there as well and he was very happy with the work. According to office manager, they've had most of the staff for quite some time, which is a good thing to know. That implies thatthey know how to retain talent and they're a decent place to work as well

Received my truck back with scratches and a chip on the repairs and newly painted parts. Work was delayed. Received my truck back with a tire cap cover broken that was nowhere near why the truck was getting repaired. Back left tire but repairs was the front bumper. And my truck was driven while the shop had it. New broken part costs me money as well.

I needed a simple fender bender repair and they didn t complete the process getting a smooth finish of clear coat. They offered to make it right if i were to bring back my vehicle, but they already had for a week and a half

Was heart broken when my brand new Kia Carnival was rear ended. Dropped it off at Maaco and was nervous how it would fair being so new with so much technology. Picked it up today and was SO HAPPY with the results. Jeremy in the office was happy to update us with the progress. The guys there found more damage then expected and they were able to order the parts and get it done without any issues. Not only was the work great the communication was too. Hope we won t need to come back anytime soon BUT we have a guy if we do.

These guys were amazing, got into a little fender bender and my bumper was rubbing into my tire and they literally helped me pull out the bumper like if they were family. Good place to go if you need honest work done

I've now used this Macco location twice. Both times I was very happy with the results. The work was done to my truck grille insert. The quote was given (in person) and a few days later I received the call that it was ready.

Ok paint work but they Lied to My son about not being able to find a rear spoiler for less than $600 ...$159 delivered from Amazon and the rear trunk pistons for $22 a pair at Amazon verses their $126

Jeremy was AMAZING. I went in to get an estimate on fixing some scratches to the side of my vehicle, and he evaluated the damage and gave me all my options based on what my priorities might be (money v aesthetics). In this high expense year for me, I was so grateful for his honesty and care for the customer.

This was my first time ever having work done on my car so naturally was skeptical. However the guys over at Maaco were super helpful and made sure I understood what was going on. I had my rear bumper fixed after being rear ended. It looked as good as new when i pIcked it up! Not to mention they said it would be 2-3 days but they were finished in almost 24 hours! Would definitely recommend.
