Amazing service, they made sure I was well taken of. Had a flat tire and they were able to fix it relatively affordable compared to other shops. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone that have a car. Carlos in the front desk did everything he could to help me out.

I am new to the area and had car problems my starter went and was referred to Lulu s garage and so glad I was. The owner was super friendly, super helpful, and understood me being nervous about being charged so much for car repairs. The owner assured me that I would be in good hands and let me tell you they did an amazing job got my car done in two hours and the price was very reasonable!!! I even received pictures explaining what was wrong and why the quote was what it was and they even discounted my oil change!! I found my new place!!! Gotta love when you find good people with a great business! Thank you again!

The customer service was amazing! The mechanic was very knowledgeable and relayed information in regards of the next steps I needed to take to get my vehicle back to new. I had them do a new exhaust that came out beautiful and in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this shop for all your auto needs..

WOW! I am super impressed with both the owner Victor and the mechanic Edwin. I called super worried about my car and the list of repairs the dealership told me I needed to do. From the moment I called Victor put me at ease told me the shop would take a look at my car at no charge. Super nice guys and I trusted their opinion about what my car needed. Sometimes it can be hard to trust shops and get taken advantage of. You do not have to worry about that with LULU'S GARAGE. Thank you so much for making this first experience a wonderful one.

Edwin is a great guy and even better mechanic. I had a horrible morning starting out driving to get my exhaust done to the car blowing it s water pump and snapped the belt. I was in freak state as I was so worried about my car and how it would be taken care of. Mad Hatters recommended LULUs and well . Best damn decision I ve made. Right when I pulled in, freaking out and heart racing, Edwin reassured me that he would be able to fix the water pump and my belt. After worrying so much, and when I picked my car back up every worry and concern was lifted right off my shoulders. Edwin did an amazing job and this shop knows how to treat a customer right. I bought a van that i was told nothing was wrong with it come to find out the gas tank was leaking and the ac was not working correctly i took it too lulus garage and i am absolutely 100% blown away with the service we got. They fixed everything that was broke we have a year warranty a free oil change and they discounted our bill not once but twice and the customer service was just awesome everyone was polite answered all of our questions just really nice people. When we were all paid up and about to leave the owner heard our muffler was making a noise so he put it on a lift and fixed it for free. I have had bad experience with mechanic shops in the past poor customer service they wanna charge u an arm and leg and the vehicle will still have problems afterwards. I strongly recommend lulus garage and they do every thing ac work to oil changes to muffler work with affordable price's. Thank you so much lulus garage i appreciate everything u did for my family. To keep it short and simple, LuLu's auto shop is the BEST in town. They were realistic and straight to the point in regards to my A/C repair. They told me exactly what I needed and exactly what they were going to do to resolve my issue, no unnecessary things in between. The timelyness was much appreciated as well as the owner Victor and his employees were extremely helpful and friendly during the entire process. This is undoubtedly going to be my new one stop shop as far as when it comes to my vehicles. 11/10 would recommend!

As a young adult I ve been to multiple shops who have tried to squeeze every penny out of me. At lulus they don t do that they are there to help the owner of the vehicle and understand that sometimes fixing ur car is expensive so they fix your car for a reasonable price! I ve had exhuast work done here and more then proud of the result. From the front desk to the mechanics themselves their positive attitude and great work is what keeps me coming back!Services: Exhaust, Engine repair, Oil change

Hands down worst experience I have had with a mechanic in my life. RUDE OWNER AND FALSE QUOTE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Victor started talking over me while I was describing what I wanted done. I was going to get a quote and then go somewhere else but Illiana called me back and listened and provided me everything I was asking for so I agreed and put down a deposit. Was QUOTED $1200 twice verbally but was never given a quote to sign. Every time I had to speak to Victor he would speak over me while I was asking a question, or go off on a tangent instead of giving me an answer. Fast forward 9 days my car is finally ready, I am beyond frustrated. I have not gotten a straight answer about anything I have asked since leaving the car there and experiencing some parts delays. The BILL IS NOW $2,200, I was never notified of an increase in price of parts, I was never notified that the quoted price did not include labor, I was also not notified of a $90 alignment fee. Victor handed me a receipt with the wrong lift kit that I need for insurance purposes and acted like it was a favor that he put the correct brand on it before I left. I am making an appointment with another mechanic to have them inspect the work done because at this point I don't trust anything Victor was near.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Victor was very honest and straightforward with me. My catalytic converters needed changing. He gave me a choice of converters and explained the differences. They also performed a tune up on my vehicle. I highly recommend this business to anyone in the Tampa Bay needing any auto maintenance. I have returned multiple times because of how courteous and professional the staff and owner have been to me. I just moved to the Tampa area from the NorthEast. Shortly before driving down, my truck exhaust started making a vibration noise. Once I arrived, I sought out a reputable exhaust repair shop, which brought me to the owner of LULUs other garage, Mad Hatter. I brought my truck in and the owner s brother-in-law, Carlos, greeted me like an old friend. We went over my issue and what I was looking for. My intent was to use the damaged exhaust as a reason to finally upgrade my exhaust to something louder and add more performance. Carlos had me wait to speak with the owner, Victor personally. Victor greeted me in the same way as Carlos; warm, friendly, and inviting. Victor asked what I was looking for and had me set up and ready to go for an appointment to be completed the very next morning (I had arrived at the shop late in the afternoon on this day). Once the job was completed, the truck sounded incredible, and was far-and-wide a better deal than if I had taken it to the dealership or another muffler shop. I was able to watch the process (full transparency), and it was evident that Victor s guys know exactly what they are doing. While there waiting for the work to be done, I asked for recommendations for other types of work to be done on my truck, that was unrelated to the exhaust system, at which time Victor told me about his new place up the street, LULU s. He ordered the parts I needed right there on the spot and said he would call me when they arrived. A week later, as promised, my parts were in, my appointment was set, and I was ready to go. When I arrived at LULU s on appointment day, I was once again greeted like an old friend. They did the job in half the time quoted and at a fantastic deal that I know I could not have gotten anywhere else. My family owned a repair shop back where I am from, and I can honestly say that Victor and his family businesses are hand down the best I have encountered in terms of services, quality, and overall experience, and that s even over my own family s business. These guys will be my mechanic for life, or as long as I live in the Tampa area. Where I come from, if you have an aptitude for cars, you always go over the work with the mechanic, almost as check-up to keep them honest. I called to get a quote on getting headers installed on my vehicle he quoted me 1800 over the phone and said he wouldn't do it for less than 1000 this is a complete ripoff I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this shop that is a bad way of doing business the job would take no longer than 3 hours and he wants to act like nobody is aware of going rates and he's trying to take advantage of a situation he said short tube headers are easier to install the job takes the same effort the hardest part of the job is removing the headers from the block which you would have to do with either short or long tube headers.the way the guy spoke to me was rude and condescending I'm not interested in doing business with a guy who thinks he's gonna take advantage of me I'll be happy to take my business elsewhere
