These are crooks. Do not take your car to these people.. it took them 26 days to diagnose my car.. now my Mercedes needs a whole front end and radiator.. when I called them they said it was the tow truck faults.. set the video in the video does not match they're liars.. I'm in the process of suing them right now.. my car had no body damage when I get it back almost $6,000 worth of work needto be done to it

I love this place. My dad found this great shop a few years ago and I'm so happy he did. It's family owned and operated. They go above and beyond for customers. I trust them completely with our cars and maintenance. The pricing is fair and they don't over charge you either. I highly recommend them.

Very knowledgeable about all things Mercedes. Very friendly. Not at all like a mechanic shop, makes me feel like a friend's friend recommended em and they are are looking out for me. Awesome service. Transparent pricing and service. I'd send my mom there.

Do not trust this shop. They might have a clue how to fix Benzes from the 50s and 60s but nothing later. Their special tools from Benz are lacking and they cannot do heavy work such as removing heads and/or transmissions. They know nothing about air suspension so if you have a 280 or 300 SEL (W108, W109, W112 etc.) you are SOL...

First of all I have a 17 year old Mercedes, I am happy that I found someone who would be honest about what it needed and help me find the parts. It took a long time to fix but not because of the business just getting parts for a 17 year old car takes time.... understand that when you have an old highline car, its not cheap or fast to fix... I feel I got a fair price for what had to be done. They were nice to me and did not treat me like a stupid woman.... I would recommend them to anyone...

I am a former high line mechanic and 30 year Mercedes owner that wouldn't consider taking my Mercedes cars to anyone but Ledbetter's should they need service I can't perform. I've used them sporadically since the 1990s, and I can remember when "Dad" was still turning wrenches. I can recall how excited he was when I used to bring my 1962 300SE in, as he rarely saw cars that old at the time.Super honest, very thorough and detailed, never high pressure about repairs. While the place leaves a bit to be desired as far as appearance, that has absolutely no bearing on the quality of service they provide. And the chickens are kind of cool if they're still around.

worst shop i ever went to in my life. i took my mercedes 2005 for a new computer and they took 3 months just to tell me that it had another issue. if u love your job and your car dont EVER!!! bring your car to these people !Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

Bought in my 2000 C230 Kompressor, AC was not cooling Courtney and Nathan made the correct diagnostic had it repaired and is working great.HIGHLY recommend this family owned business, honest and professional service .

I'm so glad I found Ledbetters for my Mercedes! Nathan is fascinating to listen to and should have a talk show because I have never had "car talk" explained to me so well and so thoroughly at the same time. I feel confident about the work plus I'm supporting a family business. I plan to continue bringing my car here and recommend this shop to anyone with a Mercedes Benz.

Worst scam EVER. Brought the car in for timing chain. 4 thousand dollars and 10 weeks later I got my car back with 500 extra miles on it and a torn drivers seat. They said they did a head gasket but the car only ran for 3 months. I decided to do the job myself this time and low and behold...... this head was NEVER REMOVED. SCAM SCAM SCAM.TAKE YOUR CAR TO MERCEDES OF TAMPA BAY. THEY'RE BETTER, QUICKER, AND CHEAPER. It's a 3 generation shop. Grandpop must be embarrassed grand son is the mechanic now and he had to you tube how to do my job. Never been to Germany and doesn't speak it either. Boo.

I had a check engine light on my 2001 SLK230 so I went to Ledbetter's to have Nate diagnose the problem. Nate was able to diagnose the error code to a specific sensor. He replaced the sensor and cleared the codes.I was very pleased with the personal service I received.

Ted was great and took the time to hear the story of my car and it's problems. Don't look for polished floors and if you want a Latte better bring it with you.

This is the only place I have and will ever take my Mercedes for work. Both my dad and I have been using them for decades and have never been disappointed in their service, professionalism or prompt attention.

Terrible place never take your car here left my car up there for days didn't fix anything then charged me 500 for " information" charged me 100 dollars a hour to give me a bunch of papers with error codes worst shop ever they don't even have the right equipment to fix the cars try to send my car somewhere else to get checked out
