Joe is the best in the business! I went to him after i got rear ended, and could not have had a better experience getting my car fix. Joe laid out and explained all options and possibilities prior to doing any work. He made sure i was okay with what he was doing before he did it. He also made sure i got a rental car immediately! This process was as smooth as it gets. My finished car looked amazing as Joe gave it a fresh wax. Thank you so much for all the help. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!!!Service: Body & Trim

Joe was great. Fair price, and better price than all the dealers I checked. Fixed our broken passenger mirror in one day, once the part came in. Before even giving me an estimate he helped me adjust my window and broken mirror so that I would at least not have to drive around with a rolled down window in the Florida heat. Recommend!

This place is the worst in Tampa. Do not use them! Based on a recommendation, I went to them to have brakes and AC work done. They messed up and now I m paying other mechanics to fix their mess. Tried several follow-up calls and kept giving me excuses to call back and never return call.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Lowe's hardware through FedEx carriers delivered my order not once but twice in two days and I stated that I wanted my signature on receival and the order received five different signatures from owners at JVC collision North Florida avenue. I contacted JVC several times and asked them to do the right thing but I've been ignored. Lowe's has my money and JVC has my property. JVC may consider itself a pro with repairs but their pro thieves here.

By far the most reasonable prices around. The work is quality as well. My bumper had a dent, was torn, and scratched in a few places. The price to fix my bumper and repaint it was a quarter to half of the price of quotes given by other body shops. The work was done in 4 days rather than 3 because the damage was worse than initially met the eye. I was very pleased when I saw my vehicle. The owner, Joe, is also very nice and down to earth. Would definitely recommend JVC for any type of body or paint work.

I had dropped my car off for bumper repair service at 4pm Thursday. I was first told it would be ready Saturday but I had decided since I was out of town for the weekend that I will wait to pick up my car early Monday morning so that I may get to work. All of this was discussed with Joe. They had offered a good price and I felt that I would receive quality service based off my conversations with the staff, despite I had lower offers from other shops. When I came to pick up my car, I had called three times to say I was on the way and was sent to a full voicemail box. I originally planned to pick up my car around 8am but I gave them extra time because I could not get in touch via phone so I came after my first job at 11am to pick it up. I was extremely upset and disappointed to find my car bumperless in the lot. I was then told they thought they had the paint in shop on Saturday but turns out they did not and have to order it. I had informed the staff member that I had work that I needed transportation to and that this was interfering. I was then informed by a staff member it would be ready by 5pm maybe earlier. I wanted to talk to the manger/ owner Joe but he was not in. I left and proceeded to call back to get in touch with him 3 hours later. I was told that my car would not be ready at 5pm but 7pm instead and was threatened to not receive my own car back and was told a string of excuses, I informed him again of my work schedule. When I came to pick it up I was told to wait despite of my time frame that they had put me in. I was insulted by Joe and he had admitted that him and his staffed member where talking negatively about me and my background. I was told that a customer brought in a car two days after me on Saturday and that he put that customer first. I found my car's bumper paint not to be seamless. I told him I took a number of ubers to get to my jobs for the day and Joe decided to parent me and say I don't need more than one job and then persisted on knowing my line of work.I would advise people to take their business elsewhere. I would say if you do not value quality work or service then this is the place for you.

I've talked with, worked with and been around this shop a few times and have to say that the Review here that kind of talks down about Joe the owner is unfair. Whether it was a bad day for the customer, Joe or whatever, the work is good and these are really nice people.You would be well served checking them at least for a quote before going anywhere else, and if a person is going to leave a negative review without their name, and not try to resolve the issue with the shop first, I can't take it completely seriuously making a decision with my money. Frankly, I'll take a guy that's cranky on a bad day but does great work at a great price, before I want a guy to smail at me and screw up my work.

Just picked up my daughters car. Excellent work, car looks amazing like new! Excellent price! #1 Awesome owner Joey (first class guy) took care of us from start to finish.

I tboned a mercedes that ran a red light and Joe was straightforward, helped me with my insurance and hers... fixed everything better than new and I RECOMMEND HIM... may be busy but was honest and real good at what he does... rebent frame, body work, paint, headlights... all of it recommendable!

I was referred by a friend in the valet parking business that use JVC Collision, and I m pleased with the work. Don t let the curb appeal fool you, JVC s pricing and quality terrific. Honest, on time and personable.
