In the event that you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing your automobile repaired due to collision damage, I highly recommend Joe Hudson's! This was the absolute best experience that I have ever had with a repair shop. I was absolutely dreading the process just based on previous experience with other companies. However, they were extremely accommodating and worked quickly with my insurance company. I never had to call and check on the progress once. They kept me in the loop via text and phone calls. I was able to get picked up by the rental car company (who they called for me), and I was able to leave the rental car when I picked up my car without any inconvenience. Overall, the service, quality of work, and turnaround time were outstanding. I hope that I won't have a need for them again in the future, but in the event that I do, this shop will definitely be my go-to place!

I was referred to Joe Hudson by my insurance company after my accident. Have to say they made a great call because I am thoroughly happy with this company. Everyone was professional and courteous. My repairs were completed in a timely manner and I was updated each step of the process. To top it off, my vehicle was returned cleaned inside and out. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a body shop!

My truck was in a finder binder in the parking lot at Publix 7/2023, which was not my fault. The person hit me I went through her insurance, so I wouldn't have to pay. I was informed to contact Joe Hudson Collison on 301 & Adamo drive Tampa Fl. I was pleased at the service at first , with the fast service of what needed to be done to repair my brand new Nissan Pathfinder 2022 . Estimated I need paint and bumper replacement, So the paint job was done only. I needed my truck back after 5 days because Joe Collison wasn't sure when the bumper would arrive. Conract Joe Collison in September 2023 to check the staus of bumper . I was in informed they will call me back with the staus, call was received the same-day and voice-mail was left by a man stated your bumper was received but arrived damaged . This was September 2023 we will contact when it comes in. I haven't heard anything about my bumper since September 2023, only a voice-mail . Here it's January 22,2024. No calls no voice-mail. I don't like how business was done here very unprofessional be a person of your word, I wouldn't recommend no family member or friends to Joe Collison on 301 & Adamo Tampa, Fl. I have no choice but to take this as a loss, by not receiving my bumper, because I refuse to be lied to . The insurance company Allstate already paid them, so that's probably why they can careless about my service anymore. Just be aware of true scams there out .

Joe Hudson Repair company was great solid 10 all around. Extremely professional from customer service (helping with paperwork, notification of what needed to be done, status of repair) to actual repair of car (can t even tell there was any type of damage) to seamless transition from/to Enterprise, car rental. If circumstances arise and would need car repair, would definitely use this company again.

I was referred here by the insurance agent after being rear ended. I had a pleasurable experience and would recommend to everyone. They kept me updated during the entire process and the turn around time was quicker than I expected. Great facility & customer service. Thanks guys!

I would not use this collision center if you expect any timely effort to get your vehicle repaired. 11 days+ and they haven't even begun checking for parts availability for repair on my vehicle after my estimate. Furthermore, the estimator ignored my concerns about the drivability of the vehicle for safety. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere.Update:That's not the issue here, you haven't even BEGUN checking for parts. Meaning you've done NOTHING on your end. Details matter, you need to do better.

Words can not Express the way I feel about Car Guys on Adamo Dr. They have went above and beyond from day 1. I could not have asked for better service. Staff is very friendly and everyone is happy to answer any and every question you may have. Riley the manager was wonderful and is a perfect example of how a manager should act. He has sent emails and text messages on every update done to my car and crystal clear pictures were provided to me as well. I was treated like family and that's what really sets car guys apart from other autobody shops. I can literally write a book on my experience with this shop but I'll just let the pictures speak for themselves..These are before and after pictures (My hood is not unpainted, it is carbon fiber and supposed to look like that. Just incase anyone wants to know)

Wife's car was "ugly" according to my wife since the accident but Mitch at Joe Hudson's Collision change the way she look at her "beautiful" car now. Good service and great correspondence with text/phone calls regarding updates.

Used for an insurance claim. Took over a month to get in, but that wasn't their fault, a lot of accidents. They were informative, knowledgeable, available, and courtesy. They had a link for me to follow their progress. They did an excellent job with repairs and communicating with my insurance. A day after i picked up upon completion, it was poring rain. When I turned on my windshield wipers, one shook and stopped working. I called them. They told me to come down as soon as I could, and they fixed it right away and extremely fast. We will definitely use them if needed in the future.

I ve seen many reviews which made us skeptical of this business after the fact. But after having experienced first hand their customer service (thanks Randy and staff) i can say that they restored our car to just like brand new condition. The delay in parts did wear on us a bit but it wasn t their fault. I m in the services industry so I understand when significant parts delays occur out of their control. Took about 3 months total. Tesla parts have had a reputation for this even before the pandemic. The staff was more than considerate when i made frequent requests for status, never becoming impatient with our inquiries. So do not lose heart when you see a bad review or two on various platforms. They are a safe bet for your repair needs. Thx again Randy, Jay and team.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The work they performed in repairs was top notch. The issues I have 1: Lady on the phone said there would be no out-of-pocket cost. The insurance covered it all. She lied, It was $1500 out of pocket when I picked up the car. It took almost 40 days to repair the vehicle.2: I received a toll bill in the amount of $123.65 When I tried to call To ask a question to the dissatisfied customer number to contact Wendy Patrick, she was unavailable and the voicemail box was full and cannot except any other messages. Same thing when I called the actual collision center number. mailbox is full and cannot accept any messages at this time .All of these toll bills occurred during the 40 days the vehicle was in their possession!I understand they may have had to drive the car for some reason. But I should not be responsible for the toll bill they incurred by driving the vehicle.

They did fix my car nicely and were always calling me giving me updates. I was just upset with how long I had to wait for them to begin fixing my car. Took a little over 2 weeks before they began work.

I ve never posted a review about the company. But I feel that it is necessary for me to let everyone know about this place. Mike was the gentleman who helped me and he is a fantastic individual. These guys went up off and beyond expectation to make sure that me and my wife were satisfied with our vehicle. We were recommended through our insurance company. And we are glad that they are working with these guys. Thank you Car guys! You guys rock

A 1-week job took over a month to complete. We only needed the front grill replaced and because it was driveable we scheduled the job out a month in advance. We drop off the car and the next day are told the parts aren t in (even though they had a month in advance to order them and didn t have the decency to tell us the Day before to hold off on dropping off the car) After a few weeks with them we are told it s being detailed and to pick up the car that afternoon. I arrive and am told that the front radars are giving an error. Shouldn t that have been addressed before it went for detailing? Two week s later and it was finally done - over a month s time! And be careful when finalizing the work because it was a good thing I went through their paperwork and noted they didn t account for me paying the deductible.Service: Body & Trim

Mark and the staff at Joe Hudson s made the experience of repair to a wrecked car tolerable. All of the staff (especially Mark) kept us informed and assisted my wife and I during the entire process.The staff was competent, very polite and helpful from beginning to end. The service and staff were terrific. Very thorough and efficient. The girl in the front office that has to deal one on one with each and every customer was absolutely wonderful! She was very professional and considerate. Nobody wants to be at a collision center having their car repaired but every single staff member was extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend!!

This place was amazing. Not only did they do a fantastic job getting my car repaired but they got it back to me a day earlier. They were even willing to work with my crazy work hours (I work at a hospital) to get the car back to me. The work done on the car looks great and they washed/vacuumed the entire car. Just amazing. Rylee E. Has great customer service skills and will work with you from estimate to delivery of the car. Keep up the great work!

They've fixed my car wonderfully. I love the way they've updated me on its progress. They recognized further damage than the insurance company originally assessed, contacted them, and then proceeded accordingly. I'm pleased.Furthermore, there's a wonderful website in place called JW.ORG. It's non-political and family friendly. It points to the time when tragedies that have resulted from traffic accidents will be a thing of the past.

I was 100% satisfied with my experience with Car Guys!They were very friendly, extremely professional, and their work is unbelievably high quality. My expectations were truly exceeded when it came to the final product, after Car Guys fixed the vandalism damage on my truck.Throughout the entire process, Car Guys really made me feel like they cared about my truck just as much as I do. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family!To anyone reading this review; YES, they can fix your paint job and make it look like your vehicle rolled out of the factory brand new!Huge shout out to Rylee for making sure I was taken care of in every way!!

Absolutely the best place to have your vehicle repaired! Getting one's car repaired is typically a daunting and highly stressful process. Not here!! From beginning to end the folks here made my experience stress free and so easy. The quality of the work was amazing. My car looks perfect. I hope I never have to have my car repaired again, but if I do, I know where to go.

Had a fender bender with my Mustang and took it here to get fixed. Repairs were done quickly and the staff were pretty friendly from beginning to end. When I picked my car up they had cleaned the outside and left the inside spotless, and it looked like I had just gotten it from the dealership. Definitely recommended if you need a repair done

The employee that did the inspection of my automobile told me straight up that once I left my vehicle with them I had no say about where they sourced the parts from and they do use junk yards. As we talked more he informed me that if there were a problem with the part after the repair I would have to take it up with the junk yard.I decided to take my automobile to Weldons Body shop in Plant City. So far Weldons has been wonderful. I would highly recommend them.

Wonderful experience, starting with the young lady at the front office make my situation easier sending me the paper through email for me to sign. Thank you for that, then once my car was there for repair the have been texting me every step they was doing with my car. Thank you for that, then I have a phone to let me know that my car is getting clean for me to go get it... WOW, WOW WOW, the best company with amazing work team

My car was repaired and completed a day early. They did exactly what they said would be done! They were even able to get with my insurance to expedite my claim promptly. I highly recommend Joe Hudson's Collision!

Update on 12/3: Rylee from Collision Center has reached out to me and apologized for the way this has been handled, and has told me this is not how they normally do business. They have agreed to do the repairs without paint, and are keeping me informed of the progress. Thank you for making this right.I will update this review once more when my car is finished and home.------------------------------------------------------I currently have a vehicle at this location for repair. I called the shop before I had the car towed there, and was informed that they would be working with me directly, that I would receive the estimate, and that any repairs would be discussed with me before they gave the estimate to my insurance company or any work was performed.I received no contact from them, other then a quick reply to an email I had sent a few days after my car arrived at the shop, asking if they had a rough estimate or an ETA for the official one. I called the shop a few days after that to explain that I do not want my car to be painted. The car needs a full paint job, which I have been planning to do early next year, and I don't want to have it done in stages. I was then informed that they were beginning work on my car and had even ordered parts for the repair.I was never informed that the estimate had been completed. I have not authorized any work to be done, other than what is necessary for the inspection and estimate process. I do understand that they need to work with my insurance company, and I appreciate that they are willing to deal with them directly, but they do not own the car.It seems like there is some kind of deal between them and insurance companies, or at least Progressive. I do admit that my insurance adjuster was who recommended them to me, but I did some research, and it appeared to be a reputable shop. Unfortunately, I believe that reputation may be from the original, locally owned shop Car Guys. They were bought out by Joe Hudsons Collision Center earlier this year, and it seems that perhaps more then the name has been changed.I will update this post once everything is resolved, and I have my car back.
