Juan is the man, I called in with a million questions & Juan was able to answer all of them plus he never got frustrated from all of the questions that I asked. Very professional, as soon as I pulled up he already knew who I was! I sat in my car for the entire time my car was serviced! Definitely recommend!

Juan is exceptional. You have a stellar leader there. The team works together seamlessly and are really nice and funny! Will recommend this store to all my friends in the Tampa area! My service was done quickly, effortlessly by true professionals and was affordable. My car felt brand new! Fantastic!!!

So...I was hoping I didnt have to write this review but the lack of communication and response to my complaint forced me to.DO NOT take your car to get your oil change to this location unless you want to wake up to find your driveway/pavers are ruined by oil stain because this location forgot to tighten the oil filter after an oil change. There is a lack of quality control to prevent this from happening.I called the location twice and spoke to Juan and have not gotten a call back from him or corporate to fix the damage caused by the oil leak caused by improper installation of the oil filter.Save yourself a headache and go to another location. I dont want anyone else have to go through this.We take our cars to get serviced at oil change locations trusting what gets done under the hood is being done correctly.

If I can't make it to the dealership. Jiffy lube has been my go-to place for an oil change. I have been to different locations, and they are always quick, and courtesy. Another plus is you can always find a coupon.

Been going to jiffy lubes for quite a while. Decided to give this location a chance and get a oil change from them. Get home and my car is making a funny smell. Open the hood and oil is literally all over the entire engine bay. Seems as if they poured a couple gallons all over or the technician just didn t know how to fill a oil reservoir. I try and clean as much as possible but still getting that burning smell. Two days later after even barely driving the vehicle my engine check light comes and my vehicle traction control light comes on as well. Take it back to the location and they said I have a oil leak all of a sudden on the timing belt cover and my transmission has issues all of a sudden. Manager sounded not knowledgeable on the situation calling the vehicle traction control squiggly lines. It was literally two days. I know there s coincidences in life but it s a Toyota and I ve never had issues with Toyotas. I would highly recommend avoiding this location to protect your vehicle.Thank you and stay safe

I had the best time during my oil change!! The guys there explained the difference in types of oil, window shield wipers and how often I should get an oil change. So helpful thank you Jiffy Lube !

A little expensive but the service was excellent and quick. The Service guys were wonderful. I would definitely recommend this location on Dale Mabry, south of Kennedy.

I got my oil changed yesterday. I got a chance to check it today. Way too much oil in it. This isn t rocket science. Now I have to be inconvenienced on a work day to go back and have them take some out. Ridiculous

Shawn was very helpful and knowledgable with all of the products he helped my girlfriend and I with. We got a Full Synthetic oil change and we got or Headlights restored in 5-10 minutes while they did the oil change at the same time :) Our experience was 10/10 and I highly recommend this location Jiffy Lube. Shawn & Coworkers were extremely hard workers and really showed they cared about the customers experience. thanks for the brand new looking headlights guys!

Shawn the young man with the red hair was excellent. I stopped by on My lunch break on a Thursday and I was in and out rather quickly. Additional services were recommended but I was not pressured. I will be back Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

It doesn t matter if I have a Jiffy Lube right next to me I ll travel to go to this Jiffy Lube the employees there are phenomenal, I ve been going for at least the last two years and I take other friends cars there

I needed a diagnostic went to Dodge and spent three hours waiting for a diagnostic so I left went here to Jiffy Lube and had a diagnostic in 10 minutes. The guys were really nice and helpful and went over everything with me just all-around great e experience

Juan X., Dania S. and Ronald B. were my attending technicians today and it was by far the best, fastest and most informative service I ve received while getting my car serviced anywhere. Juan answered every question I had and was honest in terms of what he would do if it was his vehicle being serviced. Which I appreciate as a business owner. The rest of the guys were quick and efficient with completing the laundry list of fixes my vehicle needed. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, didn t have to break the bank and every employee I came in contact with was as kind as could be. 10/10 recommend!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

Juan and his team are amazing. They helped me with my oil cap that fell in the engine bay. When I came in I was at wits end. But Juan and his team found it and were done in less than 5 minutes. If you need help or a quick oil change, filter change etc do not hesitate to stop here.

The overall experience was outstanding--far exceeded my expectations, and (most importantly) was everything that other reviewers had said! Dania, Alexander and Anthony went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, comfortably, and quickly! (Other reviewers had mentioned the A/C blown into the cabin for comfort while the care is off - which was a great touch - but service was so quick it almost wasn't needed...!)Any hesitation or reservation I might have had before this appointment were not warranted; it's everything you would want it to be, with none of the "discomfort" that one might be concerned about when going for (otherwise) routine auto service!Service: Oil change

First ever visit to a Jiffy Lube. There were 3 cars in front of me, but I was out of there in what seemed like a very short span of time. Very impressed. My dealership's service center wanted just about double what I was charged for the transmission fluid service. Glad I stopped in today!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

There are several Jiffy Lube shops near my home, but I drove all the way to Tampa to get serviced by the Jiffy Lube at South Dale Mabry Highway. Shaun/Shawn is always very courteous and professional, and he and Ann/Anna were very efficient. This is now my go-to Jiffy Lube.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Love this place! Super friendly and actually care about the customers. They won't let you drive off without letting you know what's going on with your vehicle. They gave me recommendations instead of just charging me and taking my money. I've been coming to jiffy lube for 15 years off and on at this location and never had any issues. Thanks for the exceptional service!!! If I remembered the two gentlemen's name, I'd post here for recognition on the day of my visit.

Came to this location to ask about an oil change. Didn't seem to have the best and brightest as far as the staff that day, but the manager on duty was extremely helpful. Took time out to answer my Groupon questions. Even came out to my car in the parking lot to help me determine what oil I used. Thank you Sir, you need more like yourself up there!

Stay away. I don t normally write reviews but this was an awful experience. The team member automatically used the most expensive type of oil (my car does not require) and did not tell me until the service was complete. They also included a $10 oil disposal fee which was not communicated. In addition, the team member told me that my battery was on 0% and needed replaced that day. He proceeded to tell me that itwould be unsafe for me to drive off their lot. I left and got a second opinion on my car battery, in which I was informed has 70% left. I feel taken advantage of as a young female and am disgusted by this experience.Service: Oil change

I usually use a different Jiffy Lube, but happened upon this one. All I can say is - IMPRESSIVE! The customer service here is top notch! I won't be returning to my former Jiffy Lube. Amazing! Juan, Dania and Robert did an excellent and speedy job doing my oil change and replacing a bulb that was out. These people are honest and trustworthy. At most auto service centers I don t expect above and beyond service, but I got that today at this jiffy lube, and will definitely be coming back to this specific one because of it.Service: Oil change

I have taken my 2013 Honda Civic here for over 5 years and I have never had a bad experience. My most recent experience, today, was indicative of the last 5 years. I pull right in, if there's no wait. I'm greeted within seconds of arriving. I had my oil changed and tires rotated. They let me stay in the car and provided air conditioning while my car was off. Otis couldn't have been a better guy throughout the process. He was very personable, thorough and honest during the whole process. He was also, most importantly, quick. I was in and out within 30min. Otis was very transparent and I always knew what was going on, and what the next steps were. All of the guys I had working around me were great people, and diligent employees. I can say that I actually had a good time taking my car in. And that is pretty rare when you're getting work done on your car.
