Taking your vehicle for service is never fun or cheap, but it is a must. There is a dealership closer to my house, but I have found a service advisor that makes me welcome the drive here. If you are in need of a great service advisor, ask for Alex Perez! He drives a Wrangler and takes great care of me and my Wrangler! He was recommended by another Wrangler friend when my Jeep was damaged by lightning in September 2023. After talking to him, I had the Jeep towed for him to handle the repairs (took about 2 weeks). He always keeps me up to date and answers every question no matter how silly! Last week, I needed an oil change and my 20,000 mile service. I waited at the dealership for the work to be completed. Also.... the dealership just changed their credit card payments. If you pay by a credit card, you get charged a fee (I think 3%). There is no fee for cash or debit. I wish I had known beforehand. Thankfully, I was able to pay by debit card, but I lost earning my credit card points as I did not want to pay extra for a $900 charge for all the work I had done! Hopefully, enough people complain, and this policy gets changed, especially for the higher priced fees! The one star drop was for this, NOT Alex in the service department! And I love driving my Jeep Wrangler!!!

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Jerry Ulm Dodge and have had amazing service from the sales and service department. They are always going above and beyond to take care of their clients. On my first trade-in, they were able to pay off the balance and get me the payment I needed, and in the second car we purchased, they helped us with extended warranty and gap insurance. Since then, we have taken the vehicle back for all of its maintenance as we have the package up to 85,000 miles. The service department is always busy, so make sure you make an appointment with the same rep if possible. Once they know you, they will take care of you every time. even if you go for a quick oil change, remember it will take over an hr. Good parts department and has a huge restaurant, so the wait is not as long. The waiting area has plenty of seats, a great bathroom, and plenty of cars to look at.

VERY BAD I mean HORRIBLE sales an sales guy. PATRICK is rude. Short version. My husband bought me a brand new car from Patrick. Super easy sale. My husband knew what he wanted to purchase for 31 wedding anniversary present as he told Patrick. Didn't even test drive it. We have great credit . Getting the car was no issue at all. My husband left to get dropped back off to be able to drive the car home. NO Patrick another person finished the deal. 1 week later I got a call at 9am to take the car in that day at 2 ( not from Patrick) I changed my whole day to do as they asked .I bring the car in NO Patrick. I explained I need the main key Patrick has. And other few things wrong. The paint job had discoloration and the back window divider peeled when unwrapped. Lady tries to call and text multiple times to Patrick NO response. Waisted 8 hours of my time to come back on Wednesday . On Wednesday Went back Wednesday still no Patrick. Addison the tint man looks for over an hour to finally find my key in someone else's desk. No help from Patrick as he's still not there or answering the phone or text from the front desk lady. Then hear front desk Finally get Patrick on the phone to hear . He don't have time for this he's moving!!! I am furious at this point. That's when Noel gets involved. I explained the issues and that Patrick has not called at all. And I hear him He doesn't have time. I'm so furious. Noel says he will get to the bottom of this issue and that it's a learning experience..... send him an email about the problems. Finally pick car up Saturday morning guess who's finally at work Patrick. I was so upset about the key , no phone calls in over 2 weeks. And remember he said on Wednesday he doesn't have time for me. I confronted Patrick well tried as he raised his voice, and spoke to me on a manor I thought was horrible. The finance manager comes over and I say you're going to let him talk to me like that. His response is you guys are talking. NO NO that's not okay. I started to get really upset at this point. As Patrick continues to keep talking about his issues or problems. I don't care about your personal stuff not my issue. I told my husband as he could see I was very upset. He left a message with the front desk for the general manager to call him Joey Falcon . Guess what 6 days later no call. (8 days now) But Friday Noel calls after receiving a message from my husband. He's confused because he doesn't understand the text my husband sent . He had no idea what also took place on Saturday but he's a customer service manager. Noel wants me to send an email to him with all that went wrong with this whole problem. So he can address the issue with Patrick. Addison and Jordan from the accessory department were the only people who apologized for others behavior repeatedly these young men are the example of Great customer service... I would NEVER NEVER recommend this dealership. Go somewhere else... I give them a - -100

I've been a Jerry Ulm service customer for upwards of a decade and overall it's been hit or miss. After my most recent visit I can't recommend them for anything more than a basic oil change and I don't plan on returning.I took my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited to get checked after I noticed the aftermarket Teraflex front drive shaft cv joint that Jerry Ulm installed was leaking grease. They had apparently installed the aftermarket cv joint with a plastic zip tie instead of the metal retaining clip per the Teraflex installation instructions. Instead of regreasing the cv joint and securing the boot with a proper metal clip, the technician did not recognize that the joint was an after market part designed to allow operation at a higher angle (my jeep was lifted by Jerry ulm with a Teraflex kit sourced by their parts department and the oem cv joint boot failed previously due to the lift). As a result they told me the drive shaft failed and needed replacement which I now believe was a misdiagnosis and the grease was due to them installing the part wrong originally. They charged me $1600 for an entirely new drive shaft for a part listed online at numerous retailers for between $800 and 1100. They also charged approximately $400 for labor on the install. The front differential now has a fluid leak that wasn't there before and they broke the aftermarket cv joint and didn't even tell me until I got under the jeep and saw that it was missing and came back the next day and demanded to speak to a manager. The cv joint is approximately $200 plus the labor I had paid Jerry ulm to install previously. The only compensation offered was a "$250 detailing" and they claimed they would help replace the cv joint but it's been nearly two weeks and they have not contacted me and texts to my service advisor have gone unreturned. I fear I spent $2000 for an unnecessary front drive shaft that will fail again due to the lift and the shop created a front differential problem that wasn't there before.TL:DR is the shop is overworked, doesn't stand by their work and will quickly overcharge you for "fixes" that don't address the real problem. Avoid if your Jeep is out of warranty or has any aftermarket parts, even if installed by Jerry Ulm as they seemingly don't even read the service history when inspecting your vehicle.

Watch out for these guys. I drove 2 hrs to look at a vehicle and the sales guy never told me that the vehicle had paint issues. Very deceiving. I tried to make a deal and they gave me excuses and offered $500 off something that would take over $2000 to fix. I asked them if they could just send it to their service center and just take care of it and we could seal the deal and they refused. Sales man, sales manager, and store manager were involved and couldn't make a deal. Stay Clear!! We ended up walking away.

Took us an hour to get our Jeep after they said it was ready. They had it for over two months waiting for parts. They sure aren t doing a great job of convincing us to get another Jeep after this lease is up. Too big for their own good.

Very hard to get the information you want for specific vehicles. There were so many interruptions from the online assistance, you spent more time clicking no for that then finding information on the truck you wanted. When you do finally give in thinking it will go away, you still didn t get the information you wanted because it was a third party site that only passes in you name, email & phone numbers. So, you had to repeat yourself to the internet sales. Also within minutes they contacted you even though you ask to wait till the next day and the massive amount of texts and emails were amazing ! So much it turned me off from visiting their actual dealership! After five days of emails they actual had the nerve to say, if we are being a pest about contacting you please accept our apologies and what can we do to get you in . Sorry didn t snap a picture of the email.

Instead of addressing the issue in my transfer case, they wanted to swap the whole thing. Wanted to charge 8k instead of 6k, like at a reputable transmission shop.

This place doesn't mind wasting your time. This is what happened to me.I posted my built track car on Facebook Marketplace because I want to get a boat because it's more useful for the family. A representative from this dealership messaged me, interested in the car. I told him the car was heavily modified, and I didn't believe they could get anywhere close to what I was asking. The car is a 2013 Genesis Coupe 2.0T with 52k miles, FMV $13k, and I have over $30k invested in it (wide body, full meth injection, fully tuned, the works). I explained to him beforehand that I'm not going any lower than $22k and asked him not to waste my time. He then expressed that it was his job to get me what I'm asking, and he would do everything in his power to do so. Reluctantly, I agreed to meet him the next day. I drove the car 45 minutes there; he took a few pictures and walked to the back. 15 minutes later, he came back and basically said the car is too modified, and they'll give me 10k for it. At this point, I'm a bit upset with him because there is no way he didn't already know this was going to happen. I was just going to keep my mouth shut and leave, but as I get up, he extends his hand, expecting me to shake it, and as I walk by, he says something to the tune of 'it takes a real man not to shake another man's hand.' So basically, because I refused to shake his hand for knowingly wasting my time, I must not be a real man. At that point, I inform him that the true disrespect was that I asked him not to waste my time, and he already had all the information on the car from the ad and could have run it by anyone in finance, and I'm sure they would have told him not to even contact me. While saying this to him, he just turns and walks away.Am I the Ahole?

Was screwed because all they had to do was reset ABS and brake part underneath van. Had already replaced everything on brakes except brake lines and my 85 year old Mother was charged over 500.00 dollars to much, also they claimed the brake callipers on the front were on the wrong side and bled the system saying they had to put new brake fluid in it, when it had already had all that done before taking it to Jerry Ulm Dodge. Just another dealer ship rippoff.

BEWARE!!! Found a truck on their website at an advertised price. Made an appointment to see the truck, drove it, started the paperwork to buy it. Sales Leader came over a few minutes later and Sorry, that truck is actually $18k more due to upgrades. When challenged on the advertised price, he said the website has a caveat on the page that states price may not include upgrades.

I had an oil leak. They did repair my vehicle. I think the tech did a good job. It was covered under the power train warranty. The problem is the service advisors and service managers.They. Don't. Return. Calls. Texts or web inquiries! They. Don't. Keep. You. Informed!

I went to Jerry Ulm to attempt to purchase a vehicle after being told they could work with me. I spent almost three hours there with salesman Jordan saying he was checking on this and that and then he disappeared for almost an hour straight. I went to walk out and another salesman checked for me and i was told Jordan would be right there. Another 15 minutes passed and no Jordan. Thanks for costing me $37 in Uber charges for nothing.

What a let down the first time I got my service here it pretty good. This last time was awful they made a mess in my car and left oily hand prints all over the outside. They also let out so much air from my tires the tps came on, and I had to air them all back up. Finally every time I walked into the service area I was ignored and had to bother someone to get help. Since my assigened tech was no where to be found. I bought my truck here, but I won't be buying anything here in the future.

Update based on their response:No one reached out for anything other then taking a survey. No one did anything to make this right, don't be fooled. They keep editing their response saying they reached out and they did not at all and I will continue to update my review for as long as I need to. No one deserves to get stuck with a massive bill when they keep your brand new car for over 50 days in service. They covered the rental but they fail to say they didn't reimburse for the insurance cost. They barely reached out when my car was in service and did not reach out at all afterwards to make anything right. In fact the person that keeps editing did not follow up when I reached out, just said she would look into it. They are more interested in new customers seeing the reviews and not interested in keeping existing customers. My car was in service for 55 days here, barely ANY follow up and I didn't even get that until I started complaining heavily. My original advisor actually quit and no one notified me (I did not get any calls). They would not give me a rental on the same day I brought it in, it was a few days later and claimed it was policy. Was also told originally I would be reimbursed for the insurance fee ($1500!!!) on the rental (although the manager heavily denies that now and I suspect any response to this review will claim the same). This was a brand new Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve and after only driving it for several months it was stuck here for 2. The final advisor I had was the only person that showed any shred of compassion given the scenario, so I would give him a 5 star rating if I could. He was my advisor for only a short time throughout the duration, but he actually did follow up and did a great job. I wouldn't have cared too much about the cost of the insurance fee had they actually serviced my car in a timely manner. I would give this a zero rating if I could. Poor management.Edit: No one has reached out.

I live in Spring Hill, which is an hour from here. I will drive to Jerry Ulm over the three dealerships I have within 20/30 minutes from my house. I walked into my local dealership and wasn t treated with respect so I went to Jerry Ulm, they were highly recommended and I m so glad I went to see them. For now one this is the only place I will buy my cars from.

Had an oil change and new tires, staff was very friendly and helpful. They are often busy, but there is a comfortable waiting room and I think their services have gotten quicker since the last time I was there. Thank you to Wes S. and Devon for your great customer service.

I just left with a car bought from the dealer, I had a very good service from the seller but the services and parts, the service is extremely bad they are not professional at all in addition to not knowing how to clean the car, not to mention the bad way that those who work in that part have, and the manager does not even know how to talk or to give an answer to the It's so bad that it's too far from my opinion of them. I am very disappointed with this dealer since the only thing he has shown me is that anyone works in it no matter if you do not have knowledge of your function or not

I brought my wife's 2019 Jeep Cherokee in for an AC problem and also a transmission clicking sound. I was helped by Andrew F. who scheduled the inspection. I waited FOR TWO ENTIRE WORK DAYS WITH NO RESPONSE about the status of the vehicle!!! After the 1st day, I contacted Andrew and he said I would have a response by the end of the day. NO RESPONSE BY EOD!!! Andrew needs to work on his subpar communication with the customer! The status was that the vehicle needed a new transmission for $10,000!!! I spoke to several repair shops and everyone said that fee is unreasonably high! Obviously I did not order the repair. I paid for the AC repair and Deven F., who helped me was great! He explained some options that were available to me. He was courteous and seemed empathetic to our situation.

This place is huge. Cars literally everywhere. It s very hard to find customer parking, as when I say cars everywhere, I mean wherever you can fit one, there s a car. The showroom is huge and well staffed. They do have their own accessory store and very polite and nice staff to assist you. The show room is super clean and aesthetically pleasing. The service lanes had lines out to the street. I ve never seen such a busy dealership before.

Elias the service representative was awesome. However, I paid for a rental on warranty work. When I returned to pick up my Jeep it took over 50 minutes for them to find it and bring it up. No real sense of urgency. This does not seem to be a customer first service center. The impression I received is they are disorganized and not on top of things. I will continue to drive further to Clearwater and go to Fitzgerald Jeep.

Took my car in for an oil change and alignment/tire rotation on a Sunday and they didn t even rotate my tires. Then took it in to have the AC checked 2 weeks later and they tried to charge me $2k to replace the compressor. What a total scam. Did not even give any leniency on the diagnostic charge even though I had just forked over $300 two weeks prior. I will NEVER go back to this place and I urge you all to avoid this place at all costs. They all try to act cool and friendly and put on a front to make you think they care when really they don t at all. Typical car dealership. Would give negative 5 stars if I could. Horrible experience

If you bring your car here, BEWARE! My car was there for three days in the shop. Came in with a $500 radar detector, left without one. For such a big dealership you think it wouldn t be a problem. Take all valuables out! I have come here on three separate occasions, but definitely won t be coming here again.

Anyone that brings their vehicle to this dealership for Mechanic Services (not of Sales); please save yourself the pain and trouble of not coming here. NOW, if you do decide on bringing in or leaving your vehicle with them to work on it; I would HIGHLY recommend you have someone else you know with you and/or someone on the phone on speaker to hear the same conversation your about to consume! They will tell you everything is covered under warranty (if you're there for a warranty issue), and you can ask constantly multiple times "I am going to pay for anything?", and even if you quote them verbatim; they will screw you and deny that they did not say or state "you don't have to worry, it's all covered under your warranty". Before you sign or initial anything; ask questions especially about the cost. Ask questions with two choices in them: "with these warranty services your providing, will I be forced to pay any labor and taxes with these warranty services, or will those extra fees of labor and taxes be covered under my warranty?" For pocket's sakes: ask, question and even interrogate to understand clearly before you leave your vehicle with them. Lastly, they are horrible when keeping you informed, they will tell you they'll update you or call you before they leave; but they don't. You will have to blow up their phones to annoy them and find out what's wrong.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
