Took a 2016 Ford Focus that had never, I believe, ever been washed or vacuumed to Interbay Car Spa. These guys did a great job in detailing both the interior and exterior of the car. After they finished, it looked brand new!

My mom's 2009 CTS was in need of TLC. The interior and exterior required really deep cleaning. They did an excellent job of restoring the leather seats and shampooing the carpet. The car looks like new.

Husband said it exceeded his expectations! They did a great job and got me in instantly. Would definitely recommend to anyone. I had no idea my car could be so clean. Very reasonably priced as well.

I was looking forward to getting our car detailed here, as the price and reviews are excellent. When I arrived at my appointment time however, I was told that the work would not be completed in the time window originally quoted, as another customer was also booked at the same time. Quality work and a good price are great but in this case come at the cost of reliability.

Awesome experience with these guys. I live down the street and figured I'd give them a shot because after moving my car was dirty and had a funky smell to it. I called them to confirm availability and dropped off my car, a midsize SUV. about 2 hours later I got a call that it was ready and picked it up. It looked and smelled brand new! I got the interior packed and everything was vaccumed and shampooed, even under the seats. They flipped the seats up and got the bottom of them, and all the interior details, along with an outside wash. AMAZING! Truly... amazing service and such good value. I've paid a lot more for the same clean. They did awesome inside and out, and it was not easy! I have a puppy and there was sand EVERYWHERE! They got it all out. It's also a family establishment, and I love that! I highly recommend you go and use them!! This place is amazing. I know some people are you going to think all the positive reviews are just bots, bye nahh. The people who work here know their work, they know their craft, and they know how to make my car look amazing. I have had my car for the past 4-5 years and never had the chance to clean it up so it was disgusting. Now!!! It looks new. Like I had no idea it was my car. They do a fantastic job! I have a toddler and my car is beyond disgusting - I get it back from them after a deep interior cleaning and it s like you are driving it off the lot for the first time ! Highly recommend

My first time stopping by and I am extremely happy with the job done. I work construction so my truck interior collects nothing but dirt. When I picked it up it looked like the day that I bought it. All for such an amazing price. I live in Jax but work here weekly and for sure will make sure this place gets my business over anywhere else! I would give them 0 stars if I could for wasting my time. The owner told me to swing by today as he could detail my car. I arrive and am told they don t have time to detail the inside of my car. Who just wants the outside done? Employee then began mocking me when I told him they had wasted my time. Very unprofessional company with trashy employees working there

These guys are great. Went there for the first time today and got the full package (inside detailing, vacuuming, outside detailing, engine detailing, etc). It came out so good, and it was well worth it. Simply...WOW. Great price and incredible detail. Yes, I had to leave the vehicle with them for a few hours. No problem, I live three blocks away and enjoyed the walk home. That just told me they wanted time to do the job right, and that they did. My incredible full detail was just a tad more costly than a regular full service mediocre car wash up the street on Gandy. I'm sticking with Interbay Car Spa. Thanks, guys!Service: Auto detailing

My dog threw up in the back seat and I was beyond embarrassed to take my car to them. They did an absolutely incredible job. Bought my car in October and it is cleaner on the inside and out than when we bought it. Can t say enough positive things!

I really wouldn't know how good they are. Last week I stopped by for an appt. I was told to come back Saturday morning. I called Saturday to make sure and was told to come any time. I showed up and was told to come back around 12. I came back and was told they were to busy to do my car. How hard is it to do the right thing for a customer???

Lazy and rude employees. Avoid this place like the black plague. Just go a few blocks over to A Plus Car Wash and Detail (where they actually care about providing good service).
