Best experience i ve ever had at an auto shop!!!I made the mistake of bringing in ALL the wrong parts, all 4 break pads AND rotors. They actively and visibly did everything they could to find the right parts and for a better price than the original premium rotors I had brought in. They took good care of my q50 and the customer service was excellent throughout my entire time there, even after ALL the complications due to my mistake. 10/10 would come here for any service needs. I will definitely be back here !!

I've been using In & Out for oil changes on 2 of my cars for about 3 years now. This is my first Google Review. What I love about this place is the friendly, honest service and attention to detail they put into every oil change. I highly recommend In & Out.

The worst place ever.. I went to them to replace the front wheel bearing and they tried to change it for approximately 7 hours, all failed attempts until it was changed by knocking, knocking, and using a very unprofessional method of work, and thus they completely destroyed the whole hub... And when I tried to return to them the next day directly for review Works and repair of what was damaged. He stated that he is not responsible for the car, and in the event of inspection, I must pay again.So my advice to everyone is not going to this place due to the lack of credibility of the workers, and you will lose your money and time, and in some cases, like my case, you will get damage to the procedure greater than it was.

I could never find a honest mechanics like Emad and Moe to trust my 2017 Dodge Challenger hellcatI have had estimates for 12$k to repair my engine and in and out oil change got it done in one day and I only paid a fair amount.Wow I just saved thousands you guy are amazing I read reviews and everyone says the best in Tampa and here I am saying the best in Tampa trusted mechanic and professional work

What a wonderful experience for an oil change. Professionalism and hard work was next level great. I was in and out. This was the most impressive mechanic experience I have ever had. His work ethic is something I haven t seen in years. My vehicle is back in the shape I wanted it. I will bring my vehicle back for any problems in the future. Thank you!

Went in for an oil change and watched them try to put 5w-30 in when it calls for 0w-16. After stopping them they went next door to buy the right oil, came back with the cheapest full synthetic 0w-20 and said it s basically the same thing and charged more. Dip stick was at 3/4 after leaving

I was traveling through Tampa and had a rattle under my car. I knew it was an easy fix but didn't have any tools to do anything about it. I called for an oil change, that I needed anyway, and they got me in right away. They also fixed the rattle and I'm not even sure they even charged me for any more than the oil change. I'm grateful to them because no one once talked down to me. That's HUGE! As a woman who knows cars I get frustrated by this a lot, ok so most mechanics do this to me. I would completely use them again if it wasn't so far from home. Thank you so much!!! I really appreciate the good work you did so quickly today.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I had hired them to send a mechanic to check out a vehicle for me. It was a wonderful experience. They were able to review everything and give detailed notes and video. Most don't send a mechanic to the actual dealership/store but this was a blessing. Very professional and kind. Best in Tampa!

Lets say this.. these guys are top notch repair men w a heart of gold. They are not like other mechanics. Witnessed it first hand when they helped my son with his cadillac. Quick service with professionalism, consideration for others, an down to earth owner who is about spreading the love an help. We lost our Turo rental car key to a 2014 Fist on a roller coaster at Busch Gardens and we re lucky enough to find In & Out!! They came and went to work to make a new key when no one else could! Professional. Courteous. Knowledgeable. Fast. And we were back on track for our weekend in the Tampa area. These guys are problem solvers and are extremely capable. And we were extremely grateful.
