Thank you!!! Ice Cold Air and Discount Auto repair!!! You have blessed me family with great repair services....We were told that our much loved PT Cruiser was no good as they laughed after being tossed around from one to another repair Auto service down in the Port Tampa area....My niece said take IT to Ms Ashley Ice Cold repair..... And that was the best thing ever. Now we rolling again.... Like new car and the the greatest thing was said that the car was worth keeping we have had the car for 20 years.... Blessing's than this Christmas ...My family was blessed with a must unexpected a van....A much needed van so I can put my wheelchair in and be able to get out more independently!!!!Thank you!!! Took my vehicle here to get my ac fixed. Quoted me $1800 for ac compressor and belt tensioners and labor. I asked if I could buy the parts myself and they said yes. Brought back my own parts and brought a few extra that came with the kit I bought like expansion valve and condenser. They weren t on the original diagnostic or quote that I paid for but they told me they should put in the condenser all of a sudden. I ended up declining that service and to still proceed with the original quote. They ended up charging me for the expansion valve labor without asking. I picked my truck up and ac worked. 30 minutes later my ac was out again. I took it to another shop and they fixed my ac and proceeded to tell me that ice cold air not only overfilled my system with Freon but had stolen and not replaced the expansion valve part that I brought in my compressor kit that they charged me labor for when I hadn t even agreed to having it installed. So on top of buying the part and paying them labor I had to go buy it again and pay labor again to get one actually installed at the new mechanic. Upon trying to contact them they ignored me until I filed a complaint on the corporate website. I have still not received any sort of refund. Save your time and money and pay a little extra to go to a real mechanic.** UPDATERefuse to give a refund. Claim part was put on and other reputable mechanic is lying. However when asked for proof they won t give any. Their reply is fake and won t answer email.

I brought my car here for an AC issue. I was sure it was a blend door malfunction but it turned out to be low freon. They were honest and wonderfully kind. They had my car in and out in 2 hours. Will come here again.

I have taken my Cherokee Jeep here for many years and always had a great experience. Last week, I had to take my car in for an "engine light" repair. The new owner, Howard, was super kind and explained everything right from the beginning to the end. Wonderful communication skills and the price was very reasonable!!! Thank you, Howard and also to your mechanics for a job well done!

Javier was the sweetest young man that help me get my car in shape. Thank you for an excellent CUSTUMER service!! It included taking and picking me up from my house while he change the breaks, oils and wind shield blades on my car. RECOMMEND 1000 % Grateful!

You guys are not going to believe this. I got an estimate of $1,800 to repair a non working AC in a Chevy Colorado from a competing auto service center. I took it here to ICA for a second opinion. They got it working for less than $250. UNBELIEVABLE!If you need AC work, run, don't walk to this place. This guy knows what he's doing and he's honest to boot. Which is ironic because the other auto service company had Honest in their name.PS the welcoming party is chill too.

these people are thieves, they charged for labor and stole a part that was brought to them and NEVER touched it resulting in having to repurchase the part, labor and recharge elsewhere. save your money and do not go here!!!!

I have lived in Tampa for two years and every time I need to have something done to my car I go to ice cold air. The past 3 times I took my car there it was ready within the same day. The staff is very friendly, and sometimes there s a dog in the office which I love! I highly recommend taking your car here!

Brought an older Chevy Astro van to get some work done. The new staff at this location is terrific. Howard is a pleasure to work with and very honest. The mechanic who did the repairs was also a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable. Will definitely continue to go there and highly recommend.

This place has been a landmark since I could remember. I was sadden to hear the original owners sold the place. However, the new staff and mechanics are amazing and trustworthy. Shout out to Howard for working on my car and super honest with the price and things I thought I needed but did not. Service was top notch! Called in at 07:30am and was taken care of immediately! AC FIXED -!: ice cold! Please take your vehicles there. FYI, I own a fully Resto-Modded classic Corvette and was still able to trust them! Thank you for the service.

I have been doing business with these guys for over 20 years and they have always treated us right, my wife just stopped by for a pre-sale inspection on a BMW and Howard and Javier went above and beyond! Respect and honesty are hard to find these day.

Glad they closed down. They did my rack and pinion a year ago and I been having issues for months with clunking sound. An amazing mechanic figured out that the bolts have not been tightened right during installation and the boot was ripped.

Expensive! 6.2qt. synthetic oil change and tire rotation ended up being over $100. I'm also fairly certain they didn't rotate my tires based on the tread wear of my tires. Curious to see if they changed my filter as I see no "witness" marks on my skid plate bolts or my filter housing. Guess I'm going to the dealer for half price next time. Or doing it myself like I normally do. Gave a star because customer service was pleasant.

I've taken 2 different cars here. I found them through my parents who have been customers for years. Each time they have treated us very well. Took care of issues, always kept us up to date on what's wrong and told us pricing before they work on vehicle. Fast service. And reasonable pricing. I'll never take our vehicles any where else. This location does amazing work. I've visited other locations that did not come close to the excellent service they provide. Oil changes are a great price and they are always straight forward and honest. They go out of their way to answer any additional questions you might have as well. The only thing is I wish they were able to do tire alignments. Other than that my car has only gone here for 3 years now.

Great customer service, Quinn got me in on short notice and the repairs were done professionally, on time and for a reasonable price. Have brought my 2000 Ford Expedition and my 2008 BMW there and they have done great on both vehicles. Neighborhood shop feel with professional service. Only place I bring my vehicles.

Joe has been my mechanic for at least 10 years. His prices are fair. He's always looking for ways to save me money. I moved to St Petersburg and haven't found a mechanic that looks out for me like he does. Class act HIGHLY recommended.!

To each their own here, they don't treat everyone the same. Also the dogs aren't very trained. Walked in at 8am 2 big dogs stuck their face in my front & back private areas. The little dog was jumping up and down on my leg.The employee behind the counter believe his name is Joe. Told me they don't do free A/C checks even though there'sa sign that says they do. He didn't stop the dogs from violating my personal space. He told me he'd be with me in 1 sec, as he proceeded to write down notes and staple paper.It didn't seem like a very respectful place for me to be. Me as in my personal experience. I was then instructed to leave my car there all day for him to figure out whats wrong, he wouldn't let me make an appointment.And told me my A/C not working is probably my compressor. Thats a Red Flag, bc it could easily just be a Freon problem, but he's gunna assume I need parts.My 1st time there, I was recommended by family. They've been going for 10+yrs.

He has been repairing my cars for years. He has never gone over the estimates he has quoted me. Usually it is less. He is on time with the repairs and I have never had to take the car back because they got it wrong. The staff is friendly and very helpful. My whole family goes to him now and I recommend to anyone who needs their car fixed.

#1 Most important thing about a car mechanic is trust. This shop makes it easy for me to trust them. Second most important thing is the front desk - Quinn (I hope I spelled your name right) is the best! She s very friendly and easy to get along with. I now live 30 minutes away but gladly make the drive here.

You will never find any place around the area that is as honest and trustworthy as ice cold air. Joe the owner is the most honest, genuine down to earth guy. Everyone who works there is very knowledgeable and courteous. They tell you what the problem is and fix it, for a reasonable price. Ive been jerked around at so many places over paying for parts and services that they convinced me I needed when I really didn't. If you want honesty and a good price, then seriously don't waste your time anywhere else. I thankful to have found this place. I've saved so much money and actually feel comfortable talking to someone while knowing I'm not getting ripped off. Thanks joe, I've found my mechanic and I wouldn't think to go anywhere else for a split second. Quality all around.

I know very little about cars and usually I'm terrified about going to a new mechanic. By chance I had an Uber driver recommend this business- because he used to own his own car shop and now, in retirement, this is where he goes.I'm so glad I found this place! The prices were as low as I imagine they can be to stay in business. They were honest, communicated well, and I left feeling taken care of rather than taken advantage of. I'll be bringing my cars here as long as I'm in South Tampa.
