My 2001 Dodge Dakota needed extra attention and some love. Their mechanics thoroughly went through My truck identified the problems gave me a decent quote, and suffice to say the truck is running great! thanks to the professionals at ice cold air..I thoroughly recommend this location and management. They really have their act together.

There aren t enough stars to give to this exceptional business. I ve driven by Ice Cold Air for several years and always appreciated the inspiring quotes on the sign. On Monday, I had to use them unexpectedly after my tire went flat (well, busted) while driving with my two children. Thankfully, I was incredibly close to Ice Cold Air and could drive my car slowly into the parking lot. I was stressed and worried but they immediately assisted. They put my spare on that moment and did it for free. They ordered my new tire, set up an appointment and made sure we were safe before we left. They didn t ridicule me, judge me, or treat me like an idiot (as sadly a lot of similar businesses do). Yesterday I brought the car in for the tire installation and it was a competitive price, and again, exceptional service. We are customer for life now. THANK YOU!!!

Joey and another employee (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) were amazing! They helped me with a concern I had after a service with another mechanic I'd just been to the week before. They quickly confirmed my suspicions were unfortunately correct. They offered suggestions and guidance throughout. *Good people! *And trustworthy!! I will make an appointment here to finish the service that was supposed to be done to begin with. Thank you again!

So grateful for the expertise and empathy of the amazing workers at this location! I don't live in Tampa, so when my check engine light came on, I needed it looked at right away, and after 6 very unhelpful conversations with other auto repairs in the area, I was lucky to finally stumble upon this Ice Cold Air's number. They were reassuring, honest, quick and got me back on the road with peace of mind. Thank you so much for turning what had been a stressful experience into a positive one! Ice Cold Air is a great auto repair shop. The customer service is fantastic, the prices are reasonable, and they won't try to sell you services you don't need. They are locally owned and they give back to the community with various drives throughout the year. They collect school supplies over the summer and toys around the holidays. Customers that participate get a coupon for a free oil change. That's a win-win in my book.Special thanks to Joey and Ken. They helped me out big time today.

This place is great! They took the time to listen to the issues I was having with my car. They worked with me to come with a couple different solutions based on price and then let me choose the right route. Scott is the man! He went way above and beyond to provide probably the greatest customer service I've ever received and earned a customer for life in the process. Keep up the great work!

This review is not for the front desk staff they were absolutely welcoming and very professional.I was checked in and help in a timely fashion. Im giving them a 1 star because they are outrageously overpriced. I have a 2012 chevy Camaro, the air was running except it wasn't cooling. I got a free evaluation of what needed to be done. The compressor/condenser needed to be changed. The total amount for the parts and labor came to $2k. I than brought the estimate and diagnostic to my dad, and we found all the parts for $350 (including a new battery my car needed) And with some tutorials on YouTube we both changed both parts and now i have cool air coming out. They quoted me $2k and i only ended up paying $350 to have cold air again. Please dont just say yes at a glance get the estimate from them, let them tell you what the parts are and than see if you can do it yourself or buy the parts and take it to a mechanic that can do it for cheaper. The cost of labor was alot too almost equivalent to or more than the cost of the actual part.

Easy 5 stars. I bought a 95 Jeep Wrangler, asked Scott to get it road worthy, and he did the job. In and out very reasonably quick, price was spot on, very pleased. If you have a problem with your vehicle, take it here, you'll be as happy as I am.

Joey had my truck picked up brought to his shop it had been at another shop for 4 days without any repairs. it was fixed in a couple of hours. Joey and Scott at this location are awesome I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto repair.

Three words to describe this place: honest, professional, and inexpensive.I originally went in for what I thought was a faulty head gasket, and it was originally going to costs me $1600. But the technician thought otherwise, and asked permission to run a diagnostic. Turns out, it was just a valve cover leaking a lot of oil. They then dropped the service to $600, and also cleaned my engine for me!Not only were they completely honest through the whole process, they gave me continuous updates on where they were at with fixing my car, they also fixed the problem in ONE day. They were also very professional, Scott was the one who took care of me, he was very kind.It is very hard to find honest, good working mechanics who know what they are doing. I highly suggest going to this location for any of your car needs.

Mr. Scott is the best Manager I have ever conducted business with. I had an issue in getting my vehicle fixed at his location. Mr. Scott personally got involved and rectified the issues and got my vehicle in operating condition. I am not one to go out of my way to leave reviews unless the experience was extraordinary. Without going through the whole scenario, I came away with a greater sense of confidence that I have the mechanic I have been looking for. This is not a place that tells you that you need something when you don't and are very fair for the excellent work they do. You can tell they have a solid team of mechanics and I truly like working with Scott when I have an issue. A kind human being.

Ice Cold Air on Dale Mabry has been my "go to" business for over 7 years. A few days ago I received top quality customer service from Scott. He is great over the phone and in person. They replaced a part that was generating a warning light on the dash.I recently took my car in to Ice Cold Air and was again totally happy with their service. They first confirmed that the problem was indeed what I had been told by an individual. The repair was made in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. They also alerted me to an issue they had discovered that would need monitoring over the next few months.Ice Cold Air is my "go to" business for auto repairs. When my car wouldn't start and AAA said it's probably your starter that's the problem, not your battery, I had my car towed to ICA. I really liked that ICA first established that it was indeed my starter that was the problem prior to replacing the part. I have been going to ICA for about the past 6 years and intend to return when needed.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

I recently visited Ice Cold Air for a routine oil change and had the pleasure of interacting with the office manager, Scott.Upon entering the shop, I was promptly greeted by Scott with a warm and friendly smile. His professional demeanor immediately put me at ease, as I had some questions about the my vehcile. Scott patiently listened to my questions and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. His knowledge about my vehicle and the specific details of the service was impressive.What truly stood out about Scott was his dedication to customer satisfaction. At the time of my visit, business seemed to be at a high volume but Scott remained calm and patient with everyone. He went above and beyond to make sure not only I had a pleasant experience but also treated everyone from customers to other employees with a high level of respect. It was clear that he genuinely cared about every customers concerns and was committed to ensuring a great experience.In addition to his professionalism, Scott's interpersonal skills were exceptional. He engaged in friendly conversation, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel like a valued customer. Very pleasant experience! I had passed by this place every day on my way to work and love their motivational signs. The AC on my Subaru went out and I went back and forth on who to call as my car was out of warranty but I do like using the dealership but it is not close to my home or work. I checked places closer to me and saw this place and had great reviews.I made an appointment for the next morning at 8am. I spoke to Chris at the front desk who is incredibly courteous and professional. I got there at 7:52am, my car was diagnosed as needing a blower motor at 8:15am. Chris was able to locate a blower motor at the Subaru dealership and immediately had an employee pick it up. I was out the door by 9:30 with cold air. I wasn t up charged or upsold. I was given an estimate of the work and parts prior to work.The customer waiting area is small but clean and well appointed. Excellent Wi-Fi, i was able to work on my laptop the entire time. There s an immaculate saltwater fish tank as well which I think goes to show attention to detail and care.I could hear Chris at work while I was waiting and he treated everyone with kindness on the phone or in person. Employees seem happy and were encouraged to take days off if they were sick.Just a really wonderful experience. Hopefully my car has no more problems but if it does, I will be using them again.

On a short trip to Tampa from Ft. Lauderdale for my wife's birthday dinner with an old friend, the car ac died. From hotel on a Friday morning, I tried to figure out my options to get it fixed. DIY with refrigerant (tried this but did not solve my problem), a stop at a chain car repair center that couldn't take a look for hours and finally Ice Cold Air Auto Repair. They explained the procedure, potential costs and where I could wait. WithIn 20 minutes I had the diagnosis and out the door costs. An hour and a half later I was on my way with a fully functional AC system, and time to spend a wonderful rest of my day in birthday mode. I also got a checklist and rundown of all the other car system conditions with a couple issues I should keep an eye on long term. These guys actually make sure you get the kind of attention and service you wish everyone would provide. The service manager Scott is great, period. You would be wise to pay them a visit if you are having issues with your auto.

My favorite car place to go to in Tampa. I never feel like I'm being upsold and everyone is very upfront here. I only interacted with the front desk employee last time and she was so sweet, so I'll definitely continue coming back! I highly recommend getting the coupon book, it really does pay for itself and all of those coupons have come in handy.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Last month, we saw an ad on Facebook for this location and decided to give them a try. The team was very professional and communicative throughout the process. We purchased the $89 Car Care Club card and were able to apply the coupons the same day. The cost of our repairs was considerably less than what we had been quoted by AAA Westshore. We will definitely be going back again!

On one occasion I brought in all my own parts, for brakes, Calibers and rotors, they installed used parts and kept my new parts and still charged me close to 600.00 for labor. The word "Discount" should not appear anywhere near the company name. The staff is rude, unprofessional, not worth the time or money.

I've lived 1 mile down the road from the ice cold air location on Dale Mabry. I have been using a shop in north Tampa for a few years because they were close to the house I moved into when I moved to Florida ( I like to stay loyal to shops) Recently the A/C went out on my car, I scheduled to take it to my usual shop but they were booked and I couldn't wait. Ice Cold Air took me in the next day, and had everything repaired within hours. They were very detailed in their pricing and extremally efficient. Then today, almost a month after their service to my car I got a call to follow up and make sure their work was still holding up. they gained a lifetime customer out of me. I highly recommend this shop.Service: A/C installation & repair

I brought my car in after it was making troubling noise when accelerating.From dropping off my car to picking it up again I had a wonderful experience. Scott communicated with me to let me know what the problem was, cost and expectation of when it should be finished.My car sounds great and I feel much safer driving it again!
