Very polite and accommodating. No pressure, and very professional. All I had asked for was a tire rotation, and alignment, but they did a thorough inspection since I'm road tripping to N. Ga. tomorrow. Though I know my 4runner is solid. It was nice of them to take the extra step , free of charge , to be sure nothing obvious wasn't gonna put me on the side of the road. Unfortunately I don't recall names but they all earned my business today. Thanks guys...

It s a really cool auto shop with a very clean and nice lobby that allows you to do some remote work. They have tons of charging ports all over and snacks and drinks. There s complete visibility of the shop as well. I appreciated the inspection and them walking through it all. After leaving car over the weekend, I ran into some timing issues and wasn t able to allow them to finish the job. Hopefully, I can bring it back and get some work done on my car though. I wouldn t recommend using their website s appointment portal as it doesn t give you real time availability information because every car has a different situation. Just give them a call instead.

I'm really pleased with the service at Honest1. Manny, who worked on my Range Rover and Kevin the manager were both so helpful and considerate of cost and our needs. I didn't feel like I was being oversold on anything and they understood the need to get repairs for safety needs done first without pushing me on the other less important repairs. Also, this place is CLEAN. I get sick of the same boring repair shops and oil change shops. I'll definitely come back!

Honest Review: Great customer service, great turn around time in getting my car back, price a little high, but not too unreasonable. Disappointed in Diagnostics & Repair though. Paid for diagnostics and was told it would get fine toothed troubleshooting. I already knew the alternator was bad, and they confirmed the alternator needed to be replaced. They had the car fixed the next day and said that ALL of the faults were gone and that replacing the alternator fixed everything. When I picked up the car, one of the old faults about the transmission was still showing. They said to drive it for a day or two, and if it doesn t go away then to bring it back. They didn t even come out to see the fault on the dashboard. I checked on YouTube, and found out that the problem was a battery in the dashboard. I checked my battery and you could tell that it had been DEAD for a long time because we ve had that fault indicator for months, so I m skeptical if a FULL diagnostics was actually done because that fault would have shown up and there s no way that they were able to clear this fault with the dash battery having been dead. I ordered a new dash battery and replaced it, now the fault is gone. In a way, I m glad that I replaced it and saved a lot of money.Service: Electrical repair

Definitely one of the greatest mechanics I've ever been to. They are very transparent, competent, and I really love how they guide me through the whole process of what they are doing to my car with videos and comments. Definitely not a cheap place, but you pay for your peace of mind knowing that when you get your car back you are good to go without any worries!

Had great service from Darren for a tire patch. Appointment was easy, waiting area is very comfortable (including a snack area!) and dogs are welcome to wait with you. Service was fast and efficient. Overall a great experience. I will return.

Great costumer service as always, but their services are too expensive. They charged me 530 to replace a battery. Battery itself was 230, so about 300 of manual labor. Advance Auto Parts was going to do it for free but my car took a different type of battery. Overall great service, just way too expensive.

I have now taken my car to Honest1 on Gandy 3 times, my daughter has taken her car once. They do not overcharge, and in fact, Kevin helped me save money in regard to my needing two rear tires. It is our responsibility to maintain our vehicles, and they encourage, not force this upon you. They even have quick bites on their TV on how to maintain and what to look for if your car is acting wonky. I will continue to take any and all vehicles now and in the future to Honest1 as long as Kevin and his staff are there!

My mom is difficult to please and believes all mechanics are shady... and that is the mindset she was in taking her car in for a repair. She was certain she knew what part she needed and the cost based on Google searches and was almost in a tizzy when staff at Honest1 didn't listen to her and did their job... She was wrong, they were right, they were perfect as they took pictures, showed her everything, explained every step, owned up to a mistake that caused a delay in repair, covered her car rental and more. Kevin and staff went really above and beyond. You guys really impressed my mom and you have a customer for life. Thank you.

I ve taken my cars here a few times over the years. They lived up to their Honest name again. Engine seized on my car, they could have just told me I needed a new engine and made themselves a lot of money. Instead they told me there was a recall on the engine and to contact a dealership, and I might be able to get it replaced for free. They were 100% right and guided me in the right direction. Can t thank them enough for the honesty.

Thank you to Kevin and the Honest1 Auto Care team for taking care of our family's automotive repair needs. We have been loyal customers for many years. However, they recently made us even more committed to this business after going above and beyond in handling an issue with my Yukon's suspension system. They worked hard to correct an issue and also stood behind their work. The cold drink and snack when we drop off our cars is always a treat but the fabulous customer service and warranty on the repairs is what will makes us return to Honest1 for all of our car care needs. Thank you!

Excellent service, we intended to wait for our vehicle to get an oil change, but it was the weekend and the wait was over 2 hours. Accordingly, they gave us a lift home and picked us up to retrieve our vehicle. Professional and truthful establishment. My wife was fond of the refreshments and the treats left on our dashboard.

I thought these people were good because of the reviews but do not trust them. They replaced my spark plugs when I didn't need them replaced as confirmed by other mechanics and Jerry Ulm. This place will steal your money and they took $3000 from me and the car is still not in working condition. I have all the receipts and proof that what they did was rip me off and take money. Jerry Ulm is fixing my car and all the work this place did was unwarranted. Never in my life have I left such a negative review but please please please DO NOT bring your car here. If I can take legal action I will.

The way Auto Repair should be!HONEST1 Auto Care is the most modern auto repair shop you will ever visit. The customer waiting area is comfortable with free snacks and coffee, a play area for little children, and even a desk. In the back are floor to ceiling windows so customers can watch their car being worked on. The auto repair bay is super modern, well lit, and incorporates innovative ideas that enable technicians to service car quickly and efficiently.They also offer a shuttle service to addresses within the local area, and even complimentary 1-year roadside service! Oh yeah, and the employees are indeed honest, as well as knowledgeable and helpful. While you're waiting, they send you a text/email showing the results of the inspection, a diagnosis of the problem along with photo(s) of the relevant part, and recommendations for any other services you might want to consider. Prices are reasonable too! Indeed this is the future of auto maintenance and repair.

The staff members are great and love that they show you pictures of what they did or what needs to be done. Last visit though they quoted me $186 total for a new headlight lightbulb. I agreed to this and then they called to tell me it would be $486 bc the at lightbulb was LED and close to $300. I didn t think this sounded right and I wanted to see if there were better prices, they told me they had already changed it even though I didn t agree to this new price. I looked up the price online for this light bulb for my particular SUV and it was $100 for 2 of them . I realize these places need to make money but I felt very taken advantage of. They said they paid that price for the lightbulb, but I found the exact one for $50.

Exceptional Service. I took our lifted Jeep in for a late day apmt for a tire rotation, forgot my lugnut tool so headed back home to get it, called them back to see if they could do the rotation anyways, and they yes. I brought it back and after a quick check-in they started on the tire rotation while I waited in their comfortable waiting area. Once the rotation was finished, they checked the tire pressure, topped up the air, and filled the windshield wiper fluid level. They took exceptional care of our Jeep and went above and beyond to get everything done in great time. Was a great experience and I will be back again.

Fast professional service at a reasonable price. Thorough checklist to identify possible future issues. Unlike dome other shops, there's no high pressure sales. Like the name says, Honest.

I was quoted $400 over the phone for an engine oil change and transmission oil change. When I got there, I was then quoted over $600. Horrible customer service. I walked out. Then I received a call about 30 minutes later saying the made a mistake. You should've figured that out while I was still standing there. Instead, he just told me that's the price.

Honest1 Auto Care is the best auto shop in the area. They are always responsive, customer friendly, and do great work. I have an older H3 which tend have issues that need fixed to keep it running. The work Honest1 provided so far keeps the car in good condition. They also warranty all of their work and recheck anything they ve done anytime I bring the H3 in.The front office staff is always a pleasure to interact with. You can tell they care about their customers and enjoy being there.The free waters, sodas, and snacks in the waiting area is a great inclusion.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

When I purchased a used car a year ago I took it to Honest1 Auto Care and had it inspected. They replaced battery, plugs, some gaskets, etc. to put it in optimum performce condition. I took it in to Honest1 a year later for an oil change & check up. Car remains in great shape thanks to the excellent service that I received. I highly recommend this local auto care shop.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Tire rotations, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection, Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I really appreciated the thoroughness of the diagnostic and the expediency in which they addressed the issues. They reported a whole host of issues beyond what I was aware of. I will say the prices are probably some of the steepest I ve seen for quoted work. For example, I needed to get a gasket cover valve replaced and online that ranges from $100-$330. I was quoted $415. If you are willing to pay the high end for what you need done, I do believe they do thorough checks and only report things that are legitimately good to get done. However, I did have to go through each line item and confirm what was urgent v. a good idea to do and I would encourage others to dig into the quoted work similarly to avoid a large bill that may not need to be addressed in the immediate.

Very good service I will use them again. My experience was the best ever at an auto care center. Very clean, very nice people, they bend over backwards to help. They know what they are doing.

This has been the best place we have found so far. First time was for my 2018 outlander. Not even the Mitsubichi dealer was able to tell me what was happening with my car not until we came to honest 1 auto care. The dealer gave us an incorrect estimate and incorrect broken park to be fix. The Dealer did this to us.We then decided to bring our other car a 2011 Mazda that would not turn on at all. Our second car was parked for 3 months and nobody was able to fix or find out what was happening after being replace or fix. So, once more we took his car to the Mazda dealer, and once more we were played. We decided to call tow truck and hope for the best. Honest 1 auto care had a resolution in 24 hours !!!! we were AMAZED by it. Not to add , my husband is old school and doesn t trust places since we tend to be over charged. The best real HONEST experience we ve had so far in Tampa FL.Keep up the great work !

I appreciate the customer service and professionalism. But i paid $2300 only for my car to break down the very next day. They offered me a free diagnostic and informed me that it would be at least 3000 more dollars.Had the diagnostics been more thorough, I would have made the decision not to get the first repair.Now I am $2300 down with a car that doesn t work.

This auto shop is so clean you could practically eat off the floor. I was shocked at how clean it is. The service they performed was as I wanted it although it seemed pricey. They found an issue that I didn t know about so I got an appointment to replace the issue. 5 STARS!!Service: Air & cabin filter replacementService: Air & cabin filter replacement

Jeff along with the other team members at Honest1 Auto Care were extremely efficient in their work. After my husband and I brought in our car for a concern, Jeff sent us a full diagnostic of everything we would need to have looked at immediately along with minor concerns; seeing everything within our email and phones were extremely helpful prior to talking with Jeff who was just a phone call away for any questions we had.Honest1 Auto Care's facility is extremely welcoming and clean; my car is running so much smoother now thanks to Health1 Auto Care's great employees.
