I was completely satisfied with how quick and thorough Chris and the team handled the repair of my Lincoln. It was done a lot quicker than expected. They communicated with me through the whole process and kept me up to date. I wasn t expecting them to clean the inside of my car. I felt so bad cause my car was a wreck. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend

I had the pleasure of working with Rose and Ginger. Let me tell you, these ladies are amazing. Everything was handled promptly and quickly. They both made sure I was updated throughout the entire process and was sure to stay in contact with me throughout the entire process. I ve used another collision center in the past and the service that I received from Gerber, I d say that it was nothing less than top tier. I will use Gerber for sure if I have any needs in the future and will absolutely refer anyone that I know that needs any collision or glass repairs.

Great service! Got rear ended and insurance sent me their info. SO HAPPY with the repair and service from all the staff. Shout out my girls Rose and Ginger! Rental car pick up and drop off was all done at the facility and lifetime warranty, can't be beat. Car is brand new and sparkling!

I had my car worked on just recently and was impressed with the service. I was kept updated on the progress so I was aware of the timeline. When I received the car it was beautiful. The work done was great, the car was clean, and everyone I came across was nice and professional. They went above and beyond in their service.

They fixed my car after my wreck and I had a wonderful experience! It took a fraction of the time that I was quoted anywhere else. They returned my car super clean and always answered any questions I had afterwards as well.

What I like about this shop is the communication with me regarding the progress of the work. Very transparent and easy to communicate with. No voicemail chain you speak directly to a person who gives you straight answers.And when we we not in the area when the work was complete, they offered to deliver our vehicle.Great service! Hats off to Rose, Ginger and Jim at this Gerber!

Had an appointment for a damage assessment set up by my insurance company. Went into the waiting area of reception (a small space with limited, but comfortable seating) and proceeded to take out my tablet & earbuds to pass the time; however, my entire appointment took less than 20 minutes, and my insurance completed my payout less than an hour later!I am unable to give a rating on the quality of their repairs at this point; but was thoroughly impressed by their efficiency and work ethic.

Very friendly and organized staff. I had my first accident in my life and they helped with the process a lot, a bunch of the shops that the insurance gave me were booked out months out, they were able to take me within a week and a half. I will update once job is finished

This was probably the best experience I ve ever had. I rear ended someone who decided to stop in the middle of the street and hit him with my right front bumper/head light. The head light broke, hood bent and bumper damage.First, I met the woman up front who was very kind and fun to talk to! The gentlemen that I met with in reference to my car, text me every week to let me know the status of my vehicle. He said it was estimated to be finished feb 28th, but it was done the 15th!!! Not only was it complete, but I had just driven it down from Colorado with a golden retriever in the car, who sheds a lot. There was dog hair everywhere!!! They took the time to clean the inside and outside!!! All of the dog hair was gone!!! I will be back if I have any damage that needs fixed, and will refer everyone I know there!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Adrian is very understanding, friendly and easy to work with. He gave a update of my vehicle if there are any changes that have to be make. I was well informed. Very knowledgeable, proficient, punctual and conduct himself professionally. Works was done in timely manner. Gerber Collision was exceptional to deal with! Mike and Justin went above and beyond to not only fix my car before me leaving to travel but made the process so smooth. I have had some terrible experiences in the past with body shops but they made me feel comfortable and at ease. My car came out looking pristine and Tristan did a fantastic job detailing it. The staff here is above and beyond and I highly recommend.

I just had my back window on my car replaced and had a great experience with this company. Professional over the phone when I called to get a quote and called back again to schedule. My technician ULebron was on time with the approximate time it would take to arrive over to me. And he was great! I was laughing the entire time. He made a crappy day of having to pay for a broken window into a good day. He's a great asset to the company. Very pleased with the service and still laughing about his jokes. I will use this company again!

This shop is highly recommended by USAA. USAA is a top rated insurance company that primarily services the military and their families and hold themselves to the highest standards in the automobile industry. I had my estimate with this shop. From the time that I called in and time that my car estimate was completed, I found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and very polite in general. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and the quick estimate. THE ESTIMATE TOOK LESS THAN 30 MINUTES!Not only was the estimate fair, it was below the cost I received from competitors. This shop is a community home business with down home service and the mechanics are highly trained service technicians and repair collision mechanics. I was told that if I was not satisfied with ANY of my repairs, I could return the car at no cost.

I had an excellent experience with Gerber Collision on Westshore. The general manager Justin Reis was wonderful to deal with and had excellent communication throughout the process. If you want your vehicle repaired the right way, Gerber Collision is the place to go.

First time here for accident repairs. Great customer service and follow through. Told me they d update me Tuesdays and Thursdays and absolutely did. Car came out good as new (earlier than expected) and if I notice any issues after the fact I can come back. Text update service was pretty cool too!

Horrible place. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! My daughter brought her car here for repairs and lets just say even i can see where the damage was not properly fixed. Said it would take 3-4 days. It took almost 2 weeks. Her interior was damaged as well as a couple of items missing from her vehicle (ex: black shades, tons of change and even her chapstick!) This place will slap shiney paint on your vehicle and expect you to take it. Customer service is horrible. They dont call customers nor return calls. The pregnant lady in the front was nice in the beginning but was rude to my daughter when she picked up her car and was not satisfied. I strongly advise you to take your car elsewhere. USAA needs a new shop to send us veterans/family too!

Caitlyn has done a great job updating me on my repair through the whole process.7/18/16 Update: Reducing my 4 stars to 3. Quality Assurance walk through was completed but missed two parts upon further inspection 1) left rear headliner was not tucked away properly & 2) rear passenger seat belt cover was damaged during repair. Make sure to look over the repair from top to bottom and inside and out.Jonathan (Manager) was kind enough to take photos and will follow up with an appointment and replacement part.

Made an appointment to have my windshield replaced on Tuesday. I took the day off from work after they said they would be here at 9 am. At 1PM I called the referral number they sent me on a confirmation email. "It linked into my insurance company and took 20 minutes on hold to get through. Finally someone from glass america in nebraska and said "ya we can't make it today we overbooked our appointments". They wasted an entire work day and couldn't bother to call and let me know. They suggested I take tomorrow off and they could try again. Horrible business practice and frankly they could not care less when I told them I don't think so.

Horrible customer service brought my car in for an estimate was told they would call me when the part came in I never heard from them I called and they said I have to schedule appointment before they could order the part I had four different stories!! No one ever called me

Dropped my BMW off at this location. It was a horrible mistake, not what I expected from a shop recommended by Geico. The staff was unfriendly, rude, and poorly drained. They had my car for two weeks just to do some simple paintwork, no damage to the body. After all that time they couldn't even paint the car right. Please avoid this place and save yourself the headache.
