DO NOT COME HERE!!! I got into an accident after picking up my childhood dogs ashes. Magically they were at the scene of the accident and Stephanie told me about her shop. After looking for other more reputable options, I decided the easiest option was this shop. They proved me absolutely wrong!! I was quoted 3 weeks to fix the damage to my car. It seemed long but I trusted them with my car. 3 weeks go by and I call the shop 3 times and my call won t be answered. I had my spouse call and they picked up right away. I told them it was me and they HUNG UP ON ME!!! The next day I get a call from Stephanie saying my car would be ready next week Weeks go by and I still have no car. I went to the shop multiple times and they would NOT let me see MY car. My car had been gone for 3 months. Eventually I contact my insurance and the police and they were able to help me see my car. When I saw my car I was in disbelief. They absolutely demolished my car. My dogs ashes were scattered all over the back. I have an airtag in my car and some how my car was being driven. Not by me but by them and I guess they wrecked it while illegally driving my car. DO NOT COME HERE

Wish I could have experienced the service others had. After our fusion got in an accident they found uw to get service. Not only did things occur in the process but when we got the car back our hood no longer works lifts, our electrical on the inside like the ac and it s hot in Florida even when it was cold the heat didn t work. and I have 2 small kids was working perfectly fine high no longer works which they were well aware of and apologized but when they told us to go to their service tech which was bill currie and was told how much an hour it would be for an diagnostics they caught amnesia as if they knew nothing happened which I have receipts. They got my insurance money though so there s no complaints but left me and my family in worse conditions then just the cosmetic damages on we originally had.

I worked directly with Stephanie she came up to me at the accident scene . Reassuring me, everything could be fixed positive attitude Friendly demeanor and let me know she was more than willing to help with all my needs. I appreciate her And the staff at the autobody shop for easing the stress at a difficult time and also fixing my car Back to perfection . I will recommend to any of my family members or friends :)

When I needed my car tow it was super fast they came tow exactly where I needed it. I ve also used them for repairs which was very efficient staff is professional courtesy and very helpful I just loved them.

I wish I could give a better review but am honestly disappointed. I was originally quoted 3 weeks to fix my car and did not get it back for 2 months. Every time I called for the status of my car I was given misinformation and the run around . Finally when I expected to get my car back , Stephanie would stop answering my phone calls and not callback . After 2 weeks of no contact from the shop after my car was suppose to be finished- I showed up to the body shop to check for myself and found the car did not match the updates Stephanie had told me. It looked like the car was barely touched after being in their shop for 6 weeks . Once I received the car , there was scratches all over the exterior paint that were not there prior , as well as scuffs on my interior roof. More than 1 of my belongings were stolen out of my car. When I brought this to Stephanie s attention - she played dumb until I mentioned getting the police involved for theft , and then she was magically able to produce one of the 2 items. As a small business there is no excuse for stealing out your customers car , who is trusting you in a vulnerable situation ( I was involved in a car accident). I also received toll bills for my car while it was in their possession and I do not own a sun pass . They are nice to your face but are wolves in sheep s clothing. I would not recommend this business and I believe good reviews are fraudulent . The discount Stephanie provided me did not compensate for the excessive amount of time to fix the vehicle, the hassle of getting in contact with the shop once they have your car and the fact they stole my belongings. I would not recommend bringing my car here. And to all the responses claiming that they are fraudulent - check the reviews on other sources outside of google and you will see consistent reviews

I understand that, at times, people will give reviews based on their feelings. In the beginning, when I spoke to the owner of the shop, I believe her name is Stephanie. We had some misunderstandings, but it was from my part, which I'll like to apologize for, because I see some people put bad reviews, which i understand. But in my personal experience, the staff was very professional, I'm a semi truck driver, so to me, it's all about time. Stephanie and another young, I believe her daughter i can't remember her name, sorry. But they guided me throughout the whole insurance process, and I was very ignorant about it. But they help me till. I was supposed to get my truck back that Friday, but something came up, I got the truck the following Monday. No big deal. I'll provide the repair pictures in time.EXCELLENT. ..I sure hope this review helps you.Thank you, Florida Safety Towing.Based on my experience, I will definitely recommend this place.

I had a terrible experience with this business. I dropped my car off to be repaired and experienced delay after delay - they just kept making new excuses. After 25 days without my car - and no explanation or plan on what they were going to do - I told them I would take my car someplace else. They then charged me $35 per day for "storage". Awful experience, and found a body shop right around the corner that completed the job in 6 days.

Delay after delay, they don t keep their promises as far as timeline goes. It s been more than a month I ve been waiting for a very basic repair on my vehicle. They re outwardly nice people but sugarcoat everything. Stay away if you prefer a shop that keeps their word

I am new to the area and it is so hard to find a place you can trust. I asked a mechanic that I brought my car to where he would take his car for body work and he reccomended Stephanie. I am so glad he did. She is so real!!! She made me feel like family! My car looks so beautiful!! They even detailed it!! Stephanie did all of the ground work to get my rental while my car was in the shop. All I had to do was show up!!! The car was fixed very quickly too!!! I hope I do not need to have anymore body work done, but if I do, I would not go anywhere else!!! Thank you so much, Stephanie and staff.

This Company Surpassed my expectations, they were great. Stephanie was extremely professional and courteous. I recommend this business to all my friends and family.They went above and beyond and even had my car detailed after the repair. Y Toyota Corolla looked brand NEW , after my wreck. Thanks to a fabulous Job.

STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR STUFF STOLEN!!! I was originally told a couple weeks and the car would be done, that turned into a month because they were waiting on a part, gave them another week and yet still no progress. Essentially waited 5 weeks, spend over 1k on rental and nothing got done.When i went to pickup my vehicle, not only was everything in disarray, my valuable fishing equipment was also STOLEN. In addition some of the floor mats were gone. Stephanie refused to take any responsibility, saying I should have grabbed everything I needed. Don t be fooled by their nice demeanor, these people will scam you and steal from you and come up with excuse after excuse for why the car isn t finished. Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else to avoid getting taken advantage of.

Glorious repairs, they repaired my 2018 Nissan Altima and the whole repair process was amazing from communication to the great quality work along with saving me money. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! If i could give negative stars i would. Honestly the worst car shop ive ever used and my last car shop also sent me home with no coolant and a piece of my car missing. Save yourself the stress and pick somewhere else. I could ve done the work they did myself, the things they did do all need to be taken to a new shop to be fixed. Theres things my insurance paid them for that they just kept the money instead. I could go into a really detailed story of my experience here but bottom line do not trust this company, you absolutely will regret it. Really confused by all the positive reviews, they have to be fake or friends. They take advantage of customers when they re in a vulnerable position (for me right after getting into an accident) they lie about everything, first thing they said was that they offered a rental but they really offer you $300 towards a rental that doesn t really help much at all when they re going to sit on your car for months. Its a constant it ll be ready next week with a new issue coming up every phone call (when they decide to call back) i wish i would ve read these reviews before they had my car, they are all way too accurate. Do not let these incompetent scam artists trick you too, read our mistakes and choose a reputable company that will do the work in a timely manner and correctly. Wishing the absolute worst for your business, the best thing you could do for your customers is close down and find a new line of work.Service: Auto body & trim repair

The employees were very efficient they did their best to obtain the parts for my car and they fought for me to make sure that the parts came in. Young lady named Stephanie was extremely extremely helpful and pleasant. The car came out great but no problems.

Dealing with car trouble is always stressful, yet Florida Towing & Repair made it extremely easy for me. They made me feel comfortable the entire time they were dealing with my car, very trustworthy/reliable, great communication and treated me like family. I cannot speak more highly of this company and will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Ashley & Stephanie were awesome! I called for a tow and in 15mins someone was there to tow my Tesla Model X. They sent an experienced driver his name was Christian and he was very knowledgeable in towing Tesla s. I just had to give these girls a review! They treated my situation like a true emergency and I m grateful to them. Thank you Ladies! You Rock!

I walked into Florida Safety Towing and Repairs on my lunch break after someone hit my parked car. They were able to quickly help me, had my husbands dodge challenger looking brand new. Provided top notch service that was fast, friendly and affordable. Highly recommend and will be taking my car to them for any other repair needs in the future!Service: Body & Trim

This place has been a blessing beyond measure,i had just recently got hit by a state farm driver (who they work hand in hand with) and i was having a hard time finding a body shop i can trust that does good work at a reasonable price,she really went above and beyond to make this whole ordeal head ache free ,worked with my schedule and even dropped my car off to my house when i was unavailable to pick it up, this company is a god send ,"florida safety towing and repairs corp" definitely lives up to the hype and exceeds expectations

To all those who can take their car to another place other than Florida Safety Towing, it is the most informal company that Tampa has. The same owner does not answer you and the work takes any amount of time. The worst experience.

They re just not good. At all. They ll Hold your car for months on end & always have an excuse for everything on why it s not finished. Full of excuses, lack of integrity, accountability, & ownership by this business. When you own a business everything is YOUR fault. Leaders must own everything in their world. You as owner are responsible for your team's failures, regardless of your position. Would absolutely not recommend.

Do not recommend this business. The reviews were deceiving and made me think I was bringing my car to a trusted place but not only did they scam me in price and labor and charge almost double of what it should've cost but they stole stuff from my car and left all my belongings scattered all over my car leaving my car a mess, not even covering up the fact that they stole from me. It was very disrespectful and I recommend taking your car elsewhere unless you want to be scammed and robbed.
