Quality is okay, communication is lacking. I clearly communicated I was coming to get truck on Friday after hours from my trip. Office confirmed and made sure they understood how to lock keys in vehicle. Arrived, no vehicle in parking lot. Received a call saying vehicle was ready 45 minutes before they closed, while I was flying home. Second issue in the communication department; I wanted the spots marked with tape repaired and painted if buffing would not work. I said that I authorized the work and to let me know if anything required painting to let me know. No calls all week. Painting still needs to be completed.

Mike and Ally did a great job undoing our oopsie. They gave us a good quote and finished on time, as promised. This is (unfortunately) not our first time using their services, but I highly recommend.

buffed with doors open had to remove all compound from inside myself & worst yet they had to cut off back quarter panel of brand new truck and destroyed back window in the process I would never recommend this place!!!!! I would give 0 stars if possible

Warning don t take your car here when it rains. My car was hit about 2 weeks ago. I have not had a single day since my car was hit between working and being bed ridden sick for the past week. Today is the first day I have not been sick, not thinking the rain would be such an issue. so I took it in to Nu finish after being recommended by my Volkswagen dealership. The man, did not even get his name as he did not even smile at me but just starting talking at me stating he cannot give me an estimate as it is raining outside. What a great way to treat prospective paying customers. He then, reluctantly walked outside and just tapped my car with a pen and spouted out numbers and refused to write me up a real estimate. Very unprofessional. And they couldn t get me in for a month.I took it down the street to Carsmetics, everyone was so much nicer, and were more than happy to walk out in the drizzling rain. They actually took the time to take notes and write up a proper estimate.I cannot recommend Nu finish based off of this and will be letting my dealership know not to recommended.

I speak with body shops across the US for my job. I have never dealt with such a rude shop rep in my years of doing this job, over something as simple as just wanting to the stage of repair on a vehicle, which is information that is supposed to be provided to us since our company pays for the repairs on these vehicles.

I will never recommend this place to anybody. Bad bad service. No professionalism. Poor paint job took them almost 3 weeks to do the job and it was not even good.

They will play on your concerns and lead you to believe that your repairs are more complex and expensive than they truly are. This manipulative tactic is designed to extract more money from you and your insurance company without any justifiable reason.No Consumer Consultation: This shop operates with a total disregard for your input as a consumer. They will take advantage of the insurance process, bypassing you completely, and extort additional funds from your insurance company without your consent. 2nd time I've taken my car to Nu Finish. Very happy with the quality work they've done on my impala & they stayed 10 minutes past closing so I could get my car back earlier than anticipated. Would recommend this shop to anyone!!

I took my car to nu finish because I had minor damage to the bumper and the splash Shields underneath the car and the grill had a new grill put in and Mike took care of me and did a great job on the estimate and the estimate at the end came out accurate and I was very pleased with the amount of service and the work and the work that was performed.. Alison at the front desk was efficient and friendly. Nu Finish had the car ready and in like-new condition on time, clean and ready to go. They not only did a beautiful job on the door dent, but also took the initiative to repair any chip or random nick all over the exterior. Our beautiful Honda was delivered looking like a brand new car! To make the service even more impressive, they did the work at a lower price than another body shop who missed the date promised to begin work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Just had an amazing experience with my SUV went in for an estimate for a very simple bumper wrap minor damage with a golf cart oh, unfortunately expecting some large bill but not only were they reasonable they took me in a mediately on a Friday fixed it so I can get on the highway for $80 highly recommend this location very honest and fair!!

Terrible company. Would not recommend anyone bring their vehicle here. Was told to bring our vehicle here by insurance company to fix minor damage caused by fender bender. When we picked up the vehicle, immediately heard a horrible noise coming from car and automatic lift step wasn t working. Manager plays dumb and has audacity to suggest it was a previous issue and claims absolutely no way this was caused at their shop. Pointed out that this was never an issue prior to dropping it off at their shop. Manager then nonchalantly mentions they will file it with our insurance as it wasn t reported before- OF COURSE IT WASN T BECAUSE IT WASN T BROKEN WHEN WE DROPPED IT OFF! Beware trusting them with your vehicle as they lack integrity.Service: Body & Trim

Best customer service I have had in a long time! I put a nasty scratch on my car and got very expensive quotes from less qualified places. Honda recommended me to Nu Finish as they are Honda certified. I am so happy I went. The price they have me was wonderful and they had my car done very quickly - quicker than they anticipated. I also missed my original appointment and they easily rescheduled me again. I am beyond pleased with the job they did with my car as well. My husband is very picky and detail oriented with work in our vehicles and he was very impressed. I will go back to Nu Finish in the future if I need any body work done.

I was told by the female that answered at this address yesterday that no appointment is necessary for the estimate that I needed for the at fault drivers insurance company- at their request. After arriving today, Nu finish would not give an estimate under these explained circumstances. 1 for the unprofessionalism displayed by the male adult in the main office at Nu Finish. Thanks for making it very easy as to who not to use as my preferred body shop.

Brought in my 2020 Nissan Rogue for repair on a Tuesday, got it back on Friday just as I was told I would. The repair came out perfect, and the people treated me with respect.. You can't ask for a better experience at a body shop.

I had a great experience from start to finish. This was the first time I've taken my car to get repairs, and needed pretty extensive ones. They walked me through the entire process and were so friendly the entire time. Ally at the front desk was so sweet and kept me updated while my car was in the shop. My car took a week to repair and I am very impressed with what they did. There is a lifetime warranty with my repairs also. Thank you Ally, Mike, and Nu Finish!

Top quality service that was well worth the wait!My 2015 Honda accord was there for about eight days but it was worth it. When I got my car back this morning, the rear of my car looked brand new again and I was amazed by the excellent work and time that they put into making my car perfect again. I am very happy with their work and I highly recommend this body shop to everyone. Thank you Larry and the staff of Nu Finish.

I had my 2017 Honda Accord repaired by Nu Finish. I am completely satisfied with all aspects of the repair process. I have had many vehicles repaired in the past by other body shops in Brandon and not one was a professional or as high as quality of repair as Nu Finish. I also want anyone to know. I have read a few of the reviews and I have a hard time believing those are from actual customers. Larry Mike and Allison were great through the whole process. I highly recommend Nu Finish to my family and friends.

The short story-An accident is a horrible and scary event-- Luckily Nu Finish helped ease the pain with top notch communication and outstanding workmanship. We would use them again and recommend to friends.The long story-I had a minor at fault accident at the Brandon Mall in our new 2013 Dodge Journey. My insurance, All State, said they have a contract with Nu Finish collision and by using them, no paperwork would need to be sent nor any payment other than deductable-- All State will work directly with Nu Finish on the billing. Because I knew the alignment was knocked off and didn t want to risk further damage I asked to have the Journey towed from the house. To save money we don t carry rental insurance, but we do have a spare car. The problem was that we don t have plates on the spare and as everyone knows in Florida it s around $300+ to register. After a little run around we obtained a 10 day temp tag and explained to Nu Finish our dilemma. They assured us they will work to return the car before the tags expire. Not only did they accomplish what they promised, they also buffed out a parking-lot door scratch free of charge! The work they did was outstanding I have no complaints. They sent emails nearly every day on the status of our car, which really helped me feel comfortable with their service. A+ shop!

Excellent service, busy place have appt for 4/3 for jetta body work, we see when finished, was disappointed at the end, kinda rushed out , and after 2 months repairing it, thought it'd at least be vacuum and interior detailed, , bodywork and paint excellent

My car repairs look fine, but the customer service was horrible. The shop is closed on weekends, and that somehow turned my 5 day repair into an over 2 week repair. They never reached out to me with updates, I had to call and check up constantly. Once I finally got my car back, it was full of ants. I will say, they were apologetic and attempted to clean the ants out of the car for me. The staff were nice in person as well. Overall, not a great experience

I have been in the auto collision and paint industry for 40 years and whenever I have an accident I send my vehicle to the Allstate preferred shop only dude I trust to do a good job theway I would want it done and that is Mike @ NuFinish collision.

This place is AMAZING!!!! They are fast and on point! I literally filed a claim with my insurance on Sunday November 14th. They called me on Monday the 15th to let me know they received my claim and I took my car into the shop on the 16th. I received a call on the 19th letting me know my vehicle was ready. They are very friendly and 100% transparent. I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys professional service!!! I will continue yo utilize them moving forward!!!!!

JUST A FANTASTIC COLLISION SHOP TO HAVE YOUR CAR PROPERLY REPAIRED!My Hyundai Elantra was hit quite hard that needed to have auto body repair to restore my 2013 back to its great condition.In life we have choices and I did some research with the local Hyundai dealership in Brandon on who they take their cars to for any body work needed. They highly recommended Nufinish.Let me tell you how right they were. It all started with talking with Allie the office manager who was most detailed in telling me what is to be expected from the repairs needed to my car. Then I also met the owner of the business Larry who impressed me in caring what my concerns was.Today, 11/25/19 I picked up my car and it looked like it just came out of the showroom. I was greeted by Mike the Body shop Manager who went over everything they had done to the car. He like Allie and Larry was also totally customer service orientated.If you ever are faced with a collision problem this shop is just great and the workmanship was just incredible.
