Great experience. We had a work pickup truck with a flat tire from a nail at a construction site 5pm on a Friday night. We were able to get the truck to this location before they closed at 6pm. They not only fixed the flat, but also repaired slow leak on a second tire. (Next morning) This slow leak was brought to the dealership twice for repair, but the dealership was never able to locate the issue. They clearly identified the issue and repaired everything at a reasonable price.

I love Firestone and all that they do for my car. But this location is not it. Poor management and poor customer expectations. I scheduled online and dropped my car off Friday night and told them I needed it back the following day. While they did tell me they hadn t approved my appointment, the nice man up front did say there should be no problem getting my car back the following day. Fast forward to the next day, it s 2 o clock and I had not heard back from the location at all. I call to follow up on my vehicle and the associate on the phone said they would be viewing my car next and apologized as they did not have enough technicians working that day. A few hours later I call again for an update, the same associate picks up the phone and sounded upset I was calling again, he had assured me that nothing was wrong with my brakes and that they were currently working with my car. I had told them that I would be coming to the store location before they close (around 6pm) to pick up my vehicle, the associate said that works great and that my car should be ready by then. When I arrive, no one is out front, another woman walks in and we wait around 5-10min before someone comes out front. The associate finally comes and addresses both of us. He assured me once again that my car is almost done and that I ll be on my way soon. I waited almost an hour to get my car back and was reassured three separate times during my wait that my car was almost done. I witnessed my car go up and down their lift 3 times. The associate again told me he only had two technicians working at this time and they were doing their best and that the following day they would be working shorter staff than today. My car was finally returned to me but I m not entirely too sure if all the services they were supposed to do were done correctly or if at all. This location lacks proper management. I have no problem waiting, but honestly I d much prefer if they had turned me away the day before and had let me know from the start they did not have adequate staffing to have my services done in a timely manner. The associate I interacted with, was undoubtedly kind and doing his best, but that doesn t give back my wasted time. I like leaving Firestone knowing my car was left in good hands and that it ll be functioning well for me in the years to come. But the uneasiness I felt leaving this location was not okay.

Disappointed. Went in for my brakes. Was initially given a long laundry list of things my vehicle needed including front and back brakes and rotors. Total ended up being $1400. Took it somewhere else for a second opinion, only the back rotors and brakes needed to be replaced. I was informed that the front has about 40% life left on them. The men were very polite and professional, but just disappointed in the overall experience of feeling taken advantage of as a woman and as a single mom.

I became concerned about my tire had only 22 lbs of pressure and I called Firestone( who I've been going to for I'd say 20 or more years. The gentleman had me come in right away and they found a nail and repaired the tire within a half hour. I am so impressed and grateful.

Firestone never lets me down. No matter where I am, whenever I experience an issue with my car, the only repair shop I search is Firestone.This past experience Tuesday morning was no exception.Although the store was not staffed as they probably would have liked, it was understandable since it was the day after Christmas.My apologies to the two outstanding representatives (one customer service & one technician) for taking terrific care of my needs.I THINK their names were Emmanuel and Eddie.Although they were rightfully under pressure, they treated me professionally and promptly which enabled me and my family to get back on the road home.Once again Firestone comes through!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had do not go here. Management is very unprofessional and unethicalI just spent 3 hours driving to and from this location with an appointment that they could not hold due to the fact. They had too many appointments already scheduled, which makes no sense. Whatsoever, there were no cars in any of the bays watch out for this location. These are a bunch of scammers that don't wanna workFind another Firestone that can actually serve as your vehicle as promised. Do not trust these guys

If I could post less stars I would. I was in an emergency situation with a flat tire and had to pull off of the interstate. I parked my car there overnight and called first thing in the morning. I asked them to please let me pay them to put my spare on for me so that I can get back on the road and he flat out told me no that he wasn t going to get to it today. Never mind that it only takes about 5 to 10 minutes to change a tire!!!!! I pleaded with him in despair and still, he was condescending. My entire day is ruined, and my car is at risk of getting towed. I will never ever go back to this place again, or recommend it to anyone even if I have to drive to the other side of the city. Never go here, they won t help you

Car was leaking oil. I paid 1200$ to have the leaking oil fixed. They replaced engine gaskets. My car is still leaking oil and now the engine smokes when it runs. You took my money and gave me back my car still broken. I returned a week later to have them look over my car, they said it s old oil in the manifold smoking and it s fine. THE CAR IS STILL LEAKING OIL. In short they couldn t identify what the issue with my car was, and then took my money to fix something that wasn t even causing the oil leak.

Making an appointment was easy. My vehicle was serviced quickly and faster than I expected. I bring all of my vehicles to this location, and each time I've been pleased with the quality of work and the friendliness of the staff.

The low tire pressure warning came on and I went straight to Firestone Westshore. Juan was great. He was friendly, helpful, kept me updated. His team got my flat repaired quickly and back on the road. As a woman, I felt taken care of, not taken advantage of.

I just stopped in at 5:35 and they close at 6:30. My tire is leaking air badly. The bays look almost empty. The guy in front (manager?) said they couldn't do it as they are "wrapping things up." I guess this is how you get a 3.8 rating. I own 3 business and would terminate my guys for lack of customer service. I will never go to a Firestone again.

Had a 11am appt for an oil change. The car did not go inside for 2 hrs then had to wait another hour. Got out at 2pm. What s the purpose of an appointment if it takes 3 hours to get an oil change? Ridiculous!! Never again

I would like to say this place is very unprofessional, I made an appointment three weeks ago to get my oil changed in my Mercedes, and they called and had to cancel because they didn t have the filter so we rescheduled for the following week, got there for my appointment, said they had to use the filter on another car earlier that week, don t you think they would have called or had the filter ready if I had an appointment, so he said he would call and get the part and call me back and let me know when to come in, guess what he never calls me and leaves me hanging. They are just lazy and didn t know how to do an oil change and I would never recommend anyone to go to this place.

Very satisfied with tires 235/17r45 Firestone Firehawk AS. Installation was fast, about 2 hours.I was a little concerned because I was use to buying Continentals or Michelins. However, I am glad I went with he Firestone Firehawk AS. Very smooth ride and the tires stick to the road. Very fun to drive, maybe too much fun.Also, the employees at the Westshore location were very helpful on helping me make the right decision. In addition, for the quality of the tire the Firestone Firehawk AS is a very economical tire.We will see how these tires play out over time, but for now Firestone has converted me from being a Continental and Michelin guy.

I've always gone to Firestone for my tire work and oil changes since I have my tires and the lifetime alignment package through them.They do a fine job with that, just be weary of their suggestions for additional service. Today I had my oil changed and they called and said they needed to replace both my cabin and engine air filters. I denied service because I just replaced the cabin air filter myself a few weeks ago and know for certain it is fresh. After picking up my car I also checked the engine air filter myself and it was pristine...It is very unlikely that they even checked the filters before recommending a new one as they would have seen they are both new. I guess they are used to the wealthy people in the area just saying "yes" to whatever they say.

TOTAL waste of time coming to this store. Chris me they could do an alignment on a Tesla. confirmed 3 times over the phone, drove the next day and was told they can't do it. total waste of an hour during the workday. and 45 minutes on the phone.AVOID!

My car had a ton of problems but the guys at the desk walked me through all my options clearly and it made it a lot less stressful. And the mechanics worked super hard on it as well so I appreciate this store

This place is incredible! I work in the area and do not live anywhere near here. My truck kept dying on the way to work and it was extremely stressful, I had a feeling it was a throttle issue but was not sure. I told Firestone the issue because they were so close to my work, I also explained I needed my truck back the same day because I have to drive it home, NO PRESSURE! They had no complaints, quickly diagnosed my issue which ended up being the throttle, replaced it for a reasonable price, and did not try to upsell me on nonsense. As someone who works close by and was concerned about getting home, I truly felt valued.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Way overpriced I went in to get one of brake lights installed $132 because it was an hr of labor and no light bulb included - I then went over to Midas got both brake lights installed in less then 15 mins and paid $50. Just trying to rob you out of your money.

My college student son was traveling from out of town and had to have a rear brake job done. We were quoted $450 to do both rear rotors and pads which we agreed too. Once in there they determined the calipers needed to be replaced which I could understand but being in Ohio could not verify. My concern is they tripled the price and added $900.00 to the bill, total over $1300. This seems way overpriced as most of the labor was done and they just had to replace the calipers which were already off and add some break line work. I feel they took advantage of us as my son who was stuck out of town. I sent him to Firestone as I trusted them with my business and personal vehicles in Ohio. I will certainly avoid Firestone when traveling now. Going forward I am looking for an alternative for my business and personal vehicles in Columbus Ohio and will share my experience with others in my Franchise business.

Firestone is always close by when you need them and your account is available to you nationwide. As much as I travel, I always trust a Firestone. And if I ve ever had a problem, I was able to call my favorite store and they were able to solve the problem.

Firestone has patched tires for me a few times. I ve also purchased tires thru them. What s nice is your records come up at any Firestone you go to, not just the one you bought tires from. This location at 4901 W Kennedy is one of the best. The waiting area is spacious, comfortable and clean, but the best part is the sales guys. Eddie Julius was beyond helpful and patient. He priced out a number of tires for me, was pleasant and helpful and kind. He never got patronizing or annoyed, and I asked LOTS of questions. My car was there a few days while I decided which tire to go with and all the guys there were helpful and put my car inside each night to make sure it was safe and secure.

Second experience with this Firestone, the first was awesome dealt with a guy named Will. He did everything he could possibly do for me never had a second where I wondered what was going on! Unfortunately this time, I spoke to a person at the shop who agreed to a price I found online at Amazon. He ordered the tires, I offered to pay right then and there, (he said no need, you can pay when they get here). However, no one EVER called me to say "hey the tires are here", I had to keep calling(72+ hrs after ordering ). When my tires finally arrived, I again was not called. I contacted them and of course the individual ( who I can name, but won't), that I spoke to was unavailable/ not working that day. The MANAGER spoke to me as if I was running some sort of scam on him. I Was treated like a criminal when I stated that his quote did not match the price match or the agreed upon price. He then proceeded to tell me how he had done his investigative work and felt like I was scamming (paraphrasing) Firestone and that I could buy the tires elsewhere and ended the call! Mind you I was driving toward their shop when this happened. Oh I forgot to mention that this was an actual call he returned to me after an earlier call to find out if the tires had even arrived in which I had to endure him turning me down and offering me TWO other prices for the same tire within 10 minutes. I asked him why not (instead of fussing at me) contact your employee and ask him what the deal was? He said he would. A day later in the afternoon while I was cutting my grass, and after I had already contacted the regional manager, he called me and stated that employee had informed him that I would be bringing in a copy of the price match which I had available because I had taken a screenshot from Amazon (which he never asked me for before). (By the way he assumed I was price matching from a different site). I told him I didn't have time to talk to him and that I already contacted the regional manager and was awaiting his call.... That was the last time I heard from anyone. Very unfortunate. SMH!!

Went in at around 4 pm, looking to get my tire fixed which wouldn't take longer than 15 minutes, and the guy at the front said they didn't have time because they were almost leaving but on the app it says they close at 6:30They were also a bit rude while i was telling them what i went in looking for, in fact the guy that was supposed to attend me didn't even bother to move his eyesight from the computerFirst and last time going there.

Went it for a serpentine belt and water pump, had zero break problems, once I pay and leave for car repair, breaks on the car are making insane sound, called the manager Juan and he actually laughs at me and says I quote you for a break job didn t I he continued laughing and repeating the same thing multiple times. Meanwhile my daughter is in highway trying to break with breaks that are now not working properly. DO NOT GO to this shop. They are dishonest and honestly you are putting yourself in danger and they won t help at all, Juan will laugh at you.

Profesional and courteous attention with average cost. I had shocks installed, and when I got the car back, the ilghnmen was off. I took it back to them, I was told that something must be bent in the frame. The alignment was fine before I took it to them to install the shocks. Not very knowledgeable in their field.

The store Manager William is a 5 star + in himself. Very professional and courteous. I had a blow out and bent rim on my vehicle. William and his tech Travis went above and beyond to have me back on the road. I am a very happy customer. I had a tire that needed to be replaced asap because of 4 long construction size nails in it. Called several shops in Tampa area and everyone told me they were either too busy or had to make an appointment. Called this location and I was told to come in, it would get taken care of while I waited. Provided excellent customer service and got the job done correctly in a timely manner. Highly recommend calling and asking for store manager Will Sterling.

My tire exploded and after I changed the flat to the spare by myself ( ) they were able to get me in quickly. I had a new tire not even 45 minutes later.
