Fast, efficient and friendly way to get your oil change! Not the cheapest but thorough and done right! All of our cars have been here the last 3-4 years. A real winner if you live in the 33543 or 33544!! Checking the oil change off my list for today ! Full synthetic oil change today means I m good to go for another 5k miles!!! Thanks Express Oil!

Hello, for the first time in my life I was glad that my car burns oil. And it needs to be topped up. A few days ago my car started smelling strangely, like something was burning. I didn't understand what was going on. Today I decided to check the oil level and add it. I was shocked. My inner metal cover was inside the motor. I didn't understand how this could happen. How could the designers of the car make such a mistake that the metal plate on which the oil should be poured could fall inside the engine. But then I remembered that I recently went for an express oil change. And I realized that they do not change the oil in the traditional way. They put a hose through the top cover of the engine where the oil should be filled. And they pump out the oil. And they fill in new ones. And I realized that they forcibly inserted the hose, damaging my metal plate. And after a while it fell inside the engine. It's good that there is no major damage now. I hope it stays that way. But I want to warn you how your oil change express may end. What can result in a damaged motor. Which will only need to be replaced. And pay big money. It is better to do the replacement in the traditional way. And know that this will be excluded. How to get that kind of money? Haste leads to irreparable results.

Great in and out service at the express oil change.A girls best friend , don t even have to get out of the car.Daryl was very polite on the phone and explained the seamless process. Gave discounts and coupons making it a win win experience.

Been here twice, once for an oil change and again to get a tire fixed. Darrell is so helpful and made the whole process easy and fast! I will continue to come back for oil changes and other services available here. All the staff I encountered both times have been friendly and helpful, I trust them with my vehicle. Highly recommend!

Be careful as the good reviews you see are based off of them bribing you to give them 5 stars for a discount on your first visit. I can t imagine the majority of the good reviews are true as the staff here is unprofessional, unqualified, and ultimately don t care about you or your vehicle. Be prepared to go down a rabbit hole of issues with your vehicle after one visit.Also- they admitted they work based off of commission, not hourly. What better way for them to make their money than to mess your car up a little each time so you have to keep coming back? At least that s the perception at this point.If you go and have a good experience, great. If you go and you leave unsatisfied by any means, don t expect them to take accountability or do anything about it.You re better off going to a dealership where they have to be held to at least some sort of standard.Pay attention to the bad reviews- looks like there s a pattern.

Just moved to Tampa from New Jersey a couple months ago. The service here is always great, as the employees always work with you to make sure you re making the best decision for your car. Shoutout to Matthew, he always makes sure we re taken care of.

Spoke with Darrel on the phone before I even arrived. He gave me a ton of helpful info & gave a discount for me being a new customer. The service was friendly and helpful. They did a great job! Not having to get out of my car was a bonus. Worth every penny.

Pulled right into bay with no wait. They knew just what my car needed. I especially like that they were not pushy to get things I didn t needed for my car. I ll be back for sure. First time customer discount was great!

First time trying out this place for an oil change. The service says 10 min and they were pretty true to their word. They provided quick and efficient service and even threw some air in my tires while I was waiting. My check engine light was on and they were able to tell me what I needed to do to get that taken care of as well. I will definitely be returning for my future oil changes.

On March 20, 2024 We needed consultation on a problem that I have been noticing lately on my vehicle. Made an appointment with Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers. A very big thank you to Darrel for locating the problem and coming up with the solution to the burning odor coming from the engine. My wife and I have complete trust in Darrel and all the staff at Express Oil. A special thank you to Leah for always being friendly and welcoming to all who enter this establishment. My wife and I went there for the first time and assuredly we will be returning for Oil Change and other mechanical needs... We were quite impressed with the service and the caring staff... I usually take my car to the Lexus dealership for an oil change and have only gone here once. But once was enough to not go back. They left left the oil filter cover completely off my Lexus GS350 and now it's going to be $150+ to order another from the dealer. Discovered on my subsequent visit back to the dealer for routine work. The dealer provided me pictures of the missing cover.I searched these reviews and this is a routine occurrence. There is another Lexus owner (GX460) who experienced the same problem. They do not bother putting the oil filter cover back on and don't know what they're doing. Be careful.And to top everything off, even though they are quick, they charged just as much as the dealer for the simple oil change. They are not cheap and they do poor quality work.

Shop is quiet, clean and with fast service. They are very informative and soft spoken and straight to business. Way better than any other drive through oil change shop I ve been to. Would highly recommend and will be coming back!

I had a positive experience at this shop. The service was quick and all staff were polite. They provided all services that you would expect and then some when coming to get an oil change. I recommend coming, especially as a solo female!

This review is roughly 1.5yrs in the making and is being written only to honestly and factually describe my experience at Tire Engineers on County Line Road.First, it is important to note that the managers are kind and respectful and have relatively good communication. Approximately 18 months ago my girlfriend took her vehicle into this location for an oil change and was treated excellent by a knowledgeable staff. This gave me a great reason to divert from servicing my vehicle at the dealership as I have for the past 7 years.I went out of my comfort zone to allow TE to perform a routine oil change. My daily driver is a 2014 Toyota Corolla that now has 163k miles on it. This vehicle has been serviced only at Toyota dealerships. I have maintained an excellent upkeep on this vehicle and have taken pride into making sure that it gets serviced regularly. I communicated all of this to the associates at Tire Engineers and they were happy to take good care of the car.At the oil change which was about a year ago, the associates told me they were running a fuel injection cleaning service sale and I knew that the vehicle was due so I let them keep the car and perform this service. This began a very painful cycle that has lasted the duration of over a year.I picked the car up later that day. The next morning I started my car like normal, but the engine began shaking violently and several dash indicator lights began to flash as the car was rumbling and jerking while in park. I drove the stuttering vehicle back to TE and they told me that there was still residue from the fuel injector cleaning that had not been burned off because they had not properly ran the vehicle after the service. They took the car back in for a few hours while I was not able to make it into work because of this. They gave me my car back and shrugged off the notion that this was a serious issue stating that it happens sometimes. A few weeks later I hear a screeching noise coming from the engine area. I call TE to state that there is this issue and I didn t know if it was because the engine block was jumping all around from the fuel injector cleaning. At this time they told me that the drive belt was bad and need to be replaced. I allowed the service.Four months later the screeching noise in the belt area comes back daily. They ask me to leave it overnight. I get a call the next day stating that the issue is the AC compressor making the belt catch and make noise, +/- $600 repair. 15 minutes later they call me back saying they misdiagnosed it and the belt is defective and they would warranty it out for $0. They replaced the belt and mentioned also that a tensioner screw was not correctly installed.A few months go by and we are in the present. My car begins to screech when starting so I take the vehicle in. Weary at this point from going back and forth and call out of work so many times, I was curious to hear what the issue was. I then get a call a day after I drop it off and I am told by the manager that the alternator has a pulley that has a wobble that is stretching the belt abnormally causing it to lose its grip which is making it squeal. He quoted me $700 including labor to replace the alternator. He also went on to say that the alternator should have been replaced the last time I brought it in and that it was misdiagnosed to just pop a new belt on the vehicle. I asked them not to perform any work on the car and I brought it to the dealer.The Toyota mechanics found no wobble on the alternator pulley and replaced the belt with a factory standard replacement. After 3 replacement belts, an engine that sounded like it was going to break, and multiple days of missed work, I decided that I would call in to discuss all of the time lost and the inconvenience of the multiple services and request a refund for the belt service as nothing ever got fixed. I was shut down by the manager and he assures me that the alternator pulley has a wobble and the new belt is a Band-Aid and is not willing to offer any sort of compensation.

Shout out to Darrell! I woke up to an unexpected flat and asked if I could bring the truck in for a same day service. Darrell helped me and went above and beyond to check every part of the tire and rim to see where the issue was. More importantly, they were going out of their way to check and see if they could just plug the tire and save me money. They were super communicative. I usually go to a dealer, but will now be trying to use these guys for services wherever possible. Thanks Darrell!

Their terrible. they have clowns doing the work that should be putting gas in your car let alone do actual work on your vehicle. I had work done i $623.00 job has now turned into a $1800.00 thank you so much CROOKS. if i save 1 person from taking their vehicle to these criminals than I at least saved someone thousand's of dollars. The manager is totally unprofessional and the ring leader to bad service and lies !!!!

After my tire got replaced here, my spare tire was left sitting in my trunk for me to find at a later time. The spare was supposed to be put back under the car bed, and I was not able to do it myself. So when I called here to ask them about it, I was told that Daryl (sp?) tried to put it back but something was broken and he couldn t put it back. Supposedly, he said someone was supposed to tell me this after the job was done (before I left there), but obviously NOT ONE PERSON did. When I asked for more details he said it was a cable that was broken and it was probably the person who took out the spare (which I did not hear ANYTHING about when my spare was put on). Meanwhile this was all being relayed to me over the phone by Chris, who then proceeded to tell me he didn t know why I wasn t told about this before I left & they can t take care of it there (and he recommended I contact the towing company that changed my spare or my car dealership). There was absolutely a lack of communication between Daryl & whoever was supposed to tell me & lack of responsibility or professionalism on their part just leaving it in the trunk for me to find!! The fact that I had to call back to find out why the whole job wasn t done & that something was broken under my car will be the reason I will never bring my car back here again!
