Had a minor collision damaging the rear bumper of my Mercedes Benz. After reviewing multiple reviews of body shops online, and speaking with people there, I decided on Empire Collision Experts. Nice family business with superb reviews. I am sure glad I did. The biggest concern for me was matching the paint correctly to the car, as I have seen to many other body shop repairs, where the bumper was just not quite right. Empire nailed it!I am very happy with their work, the fair pricing, and the feeling you get that they really care about doing the job right. I hope I am not in any other accidents, but I know where I will take my car if I am.Update-Had a piece of drywall hit my front bumper so immediately thought of Empire from my past experiences. Not sure if they got too busy, or what happened, but far from the experience I had before. Their estimator works from home and will take a week plus to get you any information. Once I finally received a quote, I asked a question two days ago and still waiting for an answer. So much for the friendly, family feel. Not sure if they still do good work, as I will not use them again due to the total lack of service in just getting an estimate or a question answered. Too bad!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If you want quality, great customer service, family business, and top notch service this is the place to go.I had a lady side swipe me and I was very particular in choosing the shop to work on my truck. I, like everyone does, went to google and searched for the place with the best reviews. I called Empire and they were a month and a half out. I was willing to wait for great service so I did. The reward was satisfying and they did not disappoint. They had my truck for 2 weeks (due to parts and such) and it came out perfect. Can t even tell there was any damage on my truck.Don t think twice when you want the best service around and a seamless repair. They have earned my business and will do so in the future.Thanks for everything guys and a fantastic experience.

Nando and his team were amazing when handling my car due to a insurance claim for a blowout with body damage. Speaking with Nando was refreshing and comforting as within a few min I knew I was in good hands. Nando is the owner but will jump in to do the hands on work when he needs to. He was the person that towed my car and put me at ease that my car would be restored to what it was. He contacted me with updated info every 5 days and answered all my questions in between. Once seeing my car after repair I was in disbelief. It looked amazing with an amazing detailed and restoring of my headlights to go along with it. Once looking at my front tires I decided to replace those too and they still had my car back to me within a day or so. I can't say enough about Empire's work and Nando's customer service. My husband was so impressed he will be scheduling an appointment for his car.

Everyone at Empire Collision Experts is so friendly and kind! They were very communicative and understanding. They did an excellent job repairing the damages to the passenger door of my vehicle and had me back in the road in a timely manner. This auto shop is fantastic! They are super courteous, knowledgeable, and walk you through the repair process. I was informed every step of the way, and my car (needing a new bumper and fender) was ready three days later. Nando was very friendly and professional, as was everyone I had contact with.Usually the reason why you have to go to a repair shop isn t a pleasant one, but having a good experience with the entire process goes a long way.

Empire is the place to go! They worked on my car and it came out as if nothing ever happened to my car plus their shop is a super clean and safe environment 10/10 I would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent work, 10/10.They were their for us when we got into a car accident, they came out immediately to tow our car to the shop and did amazing work, can t even tell we had damage to the car!!We also bring our vehicles here for any paint jobs/touch ups we need.Wouldn t trust anyone else with our cars, we know we are always going to get great care. Nando and the crew at Empire are my go-to body shop not only for paint and body work, but for custom touches on my vehicles as well. Sadly, Nando has had to work on our vehicles on several different occasions and the results are always the same-excellent! The professionals at Empire have an incredible eye for detail when doing paint and body work and achieve nothing but the best results. We have been using Empire Collision Experts for years now. I last took in my BMW E46 when I was rear ended, and they restored it to perfection.My husband and son are Car Guys and will only take thier vehicles to someone they truly trust. It's great to find a shop that truly cares for getting my car back on the road better than before the accident. The whole team at Empire is great to work with and they handled all the paperwork with my insurance company.Nando the owner is a Car Guy also, and really knows his stuff. He is a hands on Boss and does alot of the work along side his guys, paying atention to every detail. We will always trust our vehicles to Empire.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This was my first time going to Empire and all I have to say is amazing service! The owner and employees are super friendly and personable. I called and the next day I got a appointment for an inspection of my car s damage. They gave me a quote and told them I was going to be out of town the next week, so I needed it done ASAP. They got my car fixed sooner than expected and it was a nice surprise to have my car fully detailed inside and out upon picking it up. I will definitely be using them for all future car repair needs!

My son got into a fender bender and was needing work done on his BMW. After reading all the great reviews, I was happy I went with my gut instinct in choosing this place. They did an excellent job and great with their customer service. They were willing to take on the challenge as my son wanted a custom upgrade to his bumper. We were thrilled with how awesome it turned out! Not to mention, they also washed and cleaned the car. What the funny thing is, my daughter also got into an accident the following week and we decided to take it to this same shop. Definitely recommend this place! I m a big supporter of small local businesses with great reviews. So, big thanks to Nando and his crew!

I have been taking my cars to Empire for years. I am very particular on who works on my cars. Empire delivers every time. They are professional and go above and beyond to make your car perfect again. I've had collision work as well as some custom work and have been more than satisfied! Great people to do business with.

I cannot stress enough how GREAT the service was with Nando and Empire Collision. From juggling with my insurance company trying to be cheap to keeping me updated everyday with the progress of my car. They honestly do a fantastic job and are highly recommend. So, I was in a hit and run. My insurance recommended a big name place and I got my estimate done. The inspector kind of ignored me and my questions the whole time. A co worker recommended Empire to me, and they were able to get me in as soon as my hectic schedule allowed. They literally could have accepted my vehicle the day it was inspected, like I planned. The big name place had me scheduled to drop my car off next week. Anyway, everything was so annoying until Daniel and Richard took over! I was called with options, and kept up to date with everything. I had no worries about my vehicle. I am so happy with the work! I am so glad I brought my car to Empire! I know they did better work than this other place would have, for sure!

These high ratings are no fluke! Someone backed into my beloved Golf. Insurance advised I go to the dealer's shop, however so glad I found Empire instead. Nando and team are top notch. The repair work is amazing - and to top it off, a full detailing upon pick up. Thanks Empire for going above and beyond!

I ve used Empire for years. Nando is a perfectionist and everything always looks great. Handles everything from insurance to car rental. I ve used them for the ceramic coating for my truck several times. Also he did a custom colored bed liner. Wouldn t go anywhere else. Empire Collision is highly recommended in my book. Nando and his team beautifully fixed and replaced my front and back bumper. The guys also went above and beyond and restored my headlights, buffed some spots out for me and cleaned the inside and outside of my car. I will be back for sure for more work. These guys are great.

Absolutely exceptional work from Team Empire. My wife was very pleased with the end result. Their high caliber of workmanship made my wife fall in love with her vehicle all over again. I was especially pleased with the above and beyond efforts demonstrated by Nando and his team every step of the way. The attention dedicated to our needs was something that was exemplary to great old fashion customer service and pride in their work. Thank you so much for a job WELL done. 5 stars all day long.
