I had a broken Stem Valve on my tire and was worried about being overcharged for a simple fix. The employees are very friendly and charge a great price!

This place is amazing. The customer service. Oh my God, Sky every time she literally saves my life. This time it was three tires and a balance and alignment I needed.If I went anywhere else I would've paid much much more.Day and night. They got you.24hour service for tires that's where it's at.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I just got off work from a catering and had a severely flat tire. I pumped it up enough to get to Eagle and Boyd was welcoming and Ray gave me a new tire and got me right back on the road. I m so so so thankful! Thank you both so much!!!

-100000000/10Charged $40 to mount and balance 2 tires. Absolute rip-offs. Save your money and go to Walmart.. my husband was stuck on the side of the road for HOURS last night because these bozos were mad they had to take the tires back off and balance them so they decides to punch a hole on the sidewall of one of them with a screwdriver. NEVER EVER GO HERE!Will change my review depending on how the manager handles the situation.*edit*When I called the front desk, the lady said herself "Sounds like a 15-inch tire." Never did I even mention that the tire was 15 inches. They KNEW very well what they did. No one ever contacted me back. They have replied to numerous reviews for other people and never replied to mine. They knew they were in the wrong. I was able to get my bank to stop the charge, thankfully. Don't do what I did. Just go to someone who's more professional and can do their job correctly.

Went there yesterday 1/6/24 to get my TWO BACK TIRES replaced. The guy started taking off the front tires, I double checked, even asked if he was just doing a rotation he said yeah, we told him back tires, when I called before I stated back tires, and Jordan in the front told him back tires. He changed the front tires and told us we could have told him before it was the back. AFTER HE WAS TOLD 3 TIMES IT WAS THE BACK. Jordan in the front was super sweet I don t have the guys name who changed them but this is just wrong. We stated what tires he still did the front because they looked bald even though that is not what we asked for. Had to go to another tire shop to get what we needed. Insane and cannot believe we had to do that. And the fact that we had to pay for what we DID NOT WANT.

This place is a rip off they will sell you a tire without balancing it. They then will charge you a separate price for the balance oh btw be careful and watch them put the new tires on because. He put my same tire back on and charge me for the new . This is a shame before God . Thieves and lairs . They are hustling backwards and wonder why they can t grow. Smh I am disgusted by how low and foul this shop is and the roach is infested. Bathroom is unclean hopefully some people get this message and don t get hustled by a Pookie in a suit.

A 24 hour tire shop is a great idea. Never mind overnight, even Saturday afternoon or anytime on Sunday most tire shops are closed. I was able to get in and out on Sunday morning in less than half an hour (new tire mounted and balanced). The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. They didn't even charge an off hours premium like plumbers and electricians do. Such a great place.

Miss Wendy is so wonderful. I ve been coming to her for years for all my tire needs. I came In last night to order 4 new tires for my best friend/mother of my child and she handle everything for me. She came in today and miss Wendy had everything all set up for her. Thank you

Worse service and no professionalism at all. I went in to get my car cleaned they were having problems with the pressure washer, the cash register. What was supposed to take 15-20 mins took an hour. The guy washed my car without pre-rinsing it so he was just grinding the dirt into the black paint with the sponge, he finally got the pressure washer working and tried to finish the job. I went to pay and the lady had issue with the computer freezing up so that took more time. I left and stopped somewhere and got out and looked at my car and the rims were still really dirty! Some parts of the car also still had some built up dirt! I went back to complain and the lady in side and the older guy outside were extremely rude like I was complaining about nothing they I tried get my money back they said they do not give money back and could wash it again which I passed on because I didn't want the same person washing it. They said they would contact me and send a mobile guy to my work place. I haven't heard from them and I even called to see what was going on with that.I talked to the "manager" Keith he wasn't helpful sine he wouldn't get off a his phone call to deal with a business matter but instead said the cashier would assist me then walked away.I don't recommend this establishment to anyone for anything they do terrible work and they are overpriced. If you need tires go down the road on the left there are two other tire shops with way better prices!This was all over $16.01 which could have easily been refunded and we could have avoided all of this bad publicity but that's what happens when you get a bunch of people together that don't know how to run a business. I will be sure and post in my place of work for people never to use them also every possible review site there is on the internet with pictures of the so called car wash.Edit- Also the inside smelled like dead animal, which I believe was caused by the close and blankets in the corner from the homeless they let sleep there at night for security I guess?

Extremely fast and easy. This is the second time I've had to come in to have a tire repaired. The first time I had a flat and had to plug it. This time I had a nail in the tire. Both times they've been able to cleanly patch it in under 15 minutes. I didn't even have to get out of the car.Bonus points for them being 24 hours. I was able to come in at midnight. If they weren't around I would have to wait for another mechanic to open in the morning.It's about $20 for a patch which is slightly high, but considering how quickly they get it done and the fact that they're open 24/7 make it more then worth it.

Went there tonight,waited 50 min to be told they couldn't patch my tire.Then tried to sell me a used tire for $67 dollars that was in worse shape than my tire.Left and went down Nebraska/25th Ave and the nice gentleman was able to patch my tire,with warranty.Btw this guy had just closed and took me anyways.....He got a new customer in me today.Eagle tires should be ashamed of themselves

Who doesn't love 24/7 service? Well this is the very best in the area as well. I definitely recommend this place. I enjoy doing business with these people. Thank You Eagle Tires for helping me in the most dire of situations.

Called and asked if they had size p185/60R15 The guy says yes then gives me a price ! Then I ask about wheel balance and he say that'll be $8 more .I hesitated a little because I forgot that it was called a wheel balance, and the guy caught an attitude. (The older gentleman)So I said ok I might need 2 idk and I think I need front end suspension work as well , and he was about to tell him my make and model and he goes ( OK CLICK )When I got there, literally the guy had an attitude , I said hello ' I was the one that called on the phone for a such in such tire .He says isn't that the tire you needed and points behind me ! I said I don't know, I don't have my glasses I can't see' and he tells me well it's written really big so you can't miss it .So I turned around and leaned over to check the tire size and it's totally different from what I asked for ! I said no ' I asked for p185/60R15 and he had a p195/65r15Totally off .made me drive 30 minutes there for nothing and didn't mention anything that the suspension shop is open Monday through Saturday and they would be closed on Sunday .went all the way there for no reason if that old man is the owner you are a terrible person and need god in your life .Was happy, thinking I was going to get my front end checked then was thinking of purchasing 4 tires and getting front end car work done instead of the 1 .Whoever is keeping this man employed needs a reality check !Don't waste your time here. Trust me businesses like this won't last long.

I'm born and raised in tampa back in the day this was a great tire shop. The service now is poor,very rude customer service. Went to get my tire on my 2022 cadillac plugged and I was there for a hour or more! I walked to the store came back they still wasn't done a friend of mine ended up pulling up for service we chatted for a while his service was done before mines so I expressed to him that I was frustrated with them because I had been there for so long one of the employees rudely jumped in my conversation and told me I could take my car elsewhere if I had a problem and that it was a new guy working on plugging my tire I had already paid for the service and to top it off at the end of it when I finally got the tire back on he had broke the tire pressure sensor I will never recommend anyone to this tire shop

Haven t even gotten my tire put on yet, but I m in the waiting room, and you guys have an all star in Ms Wendy. I ve seen 4 or 5 customers come in and she has been nothing but a joy talking to each one of them (including myself). Super sweet lady!

I use them when I get a nail,ect. in my tire and I tell my friends to go there, now that they have expanded there is a young black guy who told me I can't walk in the grass next to the shop cuz it's private property, I told him that I'm a disabled Veteran and he didn't even care.I won't be going there anymore until they get rid of him !?!!

Straight to the point, no matter what time of day. Theres a consistent volume, even late night, so they want to take care of you as fast as is possible. Will even do the full service of installing onto the car to finish the job.

I had a flat tire that needed repair. These guys were professional quick and very reasonably priced. All yhe other tire shops in the area told me it would take hours. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Highly recommended
