Great workmanship and service! I recently took my vehicle to Drew Brother s for accident repair. Admittedly, I was nervous trying a repair shop I wasn t familiar with but I gave it a chance based on my insurance and Honda s recommendation. I m so glad I did. Pero and the rest of the team were more than accommodating. They kept me updated every step of the way, provided reasonable prices and nearly flawless repairs. They have done such a wonderful and superb job. I would highly recommend this auto body shop. Everything from professionalism to making sure I was picked up for my rental to details on my parts and car completion. I received my car earlier than I was told. I would really rate them as a 10! I had some paint on the rear end driver side of my car because I scraped the side of my garage I took it in to Drew Brothers for an estimate to paint that and my hood and received an estimate for $1200 I took my car to two other places and they basically told me that I could basically scrub the paint off my rear driver side because it didn t loom like the paint was damaged on my car I called Drew Brothers and spoke to Lorenzo about it and he basically doubled down on his estimate while my car doesn t look brand new, he ll it s over 10 years old but it certainly looks good enough to not pay $1200 to repaint the rear ended of my car and let s say half of it was to paint my hood $600 to do what I can do with 1 hour of my time including the time to drive to the store and buy some compound to help smooth out the rest of the scratches You gotta be quicker than that to pull one over on me

Great work and professional service. Treated me great and while there i heard them on phone with customers as well as other customers who were there. They treated everyone like first class. Upfront and honest, great communication as well. My car was like new after being rear ended.

If I could give them 6 stars I would. Mike was awesome and very professional. The owner who I forgot his name give me the confidence I needed to go ahead with the repair. But all that aside. I only speak for myself when I say this. I'm very pleased with the work done. It's like it doesn't have any work done to it at all. So happy with this repair. Definitely recommend his body shop to anyone who is not sure about them.

I took my Challenger in for body work repair after I was rear ended. Not only was Drew Brothers professional and kind, extremely knowledgeable! They did a walk around the car with me and then took note of the damage. Shortly afterwards they ordered the parts and only two days after that, they called me to notify me that my car was repaired.They did an amazing job!! The manager took the time to meet with me each time I came in, and always offered their amenities. He was so kind and personable! They also took great care of my vehicle and even put my lanyard in my center console. Usually, when businesses remove it from my keys, they just lose the lanyard they are attached to. You can tell the mechanics and personnel really enjoy what they do, and know what they're doing. I would take my car here again in seconds.

This is a little bit overdue but everyone needs to know how amazing this place is! I was in a car accident back in May and wasn t at fault, being it was my first serious car accident I was unaware with the process/claim aspect/etc. Well, Mike went above and beyond for me and helped me through the situation, which I m forever grateful for. Not only that, I had to clean out my messy car so they could work on in it and Tony even helped me clean out my car! (Thank you again Tony I know I had a lot of stuff). Top notch service all around and happy that they were able to fix my car completely. I included pics below!

Drew Brothers was a local Honda dealer recommendation that was the best auto body experience yet. Mike and Tony handled all the insurance paperwork, and gave a 15 day timeframe but finished in 11. The workmanship is absolutely great and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a truly Top notch, best value and professional shop.Great Job Drew Brothers Team!

Hit and run victim lol. Drew brothers beautifyed my baby again with no trace of damage. Super patient, helpful and informative. Kept me posted and went above and beyond restoring the condition of my car. A+++

I recently took my car to Drew Brothers First Autobody for some repairs after an accident, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received! The staff was very professional and friendly, and were eager to answer any questions I had. My car was damaged from a parking garage collision, and they fixed everything with no problem. Not only did they fix everything, they made my car look brand new! The repairs were completed quickly and efficiently, and the price was more than fair. I also needed my car to be fixed by a certain time period and they worked diligently to fix my car on time. Most car repair shops would probably just ignore that request but they worked tirelessly so I could get my car on time. They truly go above and beyond to provide excellent service for their customers. They really care about their customers and their craft which is why I have no problem leaving a 5 star review.

From the start Drew brothers were very professional and straightforward. They helped me with my situation and was able to resolve it. Would definitely do business with them again. God willing I won t have to LOL

I have had the most ridiculous time trying to help my husband get a time frame to get his truck back . When we brought the truck in all it had was some scrapes, one busted tail light and side view mirror needed to be replaced . We now have spent 2 weeks being told it would be done soon. Now we are stuck paying for a rental because the insurance company will no longer pay for it. We were told the truck needed a whole new door which honestly seemed unnecessary . We were also told we would get an update or call back and didn't. When we go into the office they are really non chalant and could care less that we are spending additional money each day that they still procrastinate fixing it; while pay for a rental car. Even if the repairs are done well ; the last thing I would do is spend money here when other businesses could do the same and have more courtesy.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

this is the best place !! truly, they fixed my car and went above and beyond with even waxing and polishing it up really nice and vacuuming the inside ON TOP of making my car look brand new- being super communicative through the whole process and not leaving me to be the middle man with insurance but contacting them for me directly. they are also just super sweet people. I am beyond impressed by Drew Brothers First Autobody. From my first interaction, I was treated with respect, kindness and thoughtfulness. The body work on my Mercedes GLK returned it to new condition. I was advised of additional work needed, which was found after the car had been taken apart but received no high pressure tactics Just stellar work at an honest price. I would not recommend this place. This is literally my first time ever doing a review. This company is so terrible. I got into a car crash in October and Drew Brothers told me they could fix it in four days. It took them two weeks to give me an estimate, which they said would only take a couple of days. Then, I called multiple times and they delayed my body and trim service 3 weeks out several times. We are now in January and they told me I should try to find somewhere else if the wait is too long after stalling me for months. The funny part about the situation is I called acting as someone else, and they told me they could have my car fixed in a week. If I could negatively rate this company, I would. It's always the same guy answering the phone and hanging up as soon as possible. This is easily one of the worst companies I've ever been to in my life. I am not sure if they had a change of management, but I have no idea why they have good reviews prior to last year. Please do better.Service: Body & Trim

I don't have the strongest background in car frame, engine, radio and electronics but more then enough experience to cause myself expensive repairs.With the help of Esurance and the Drew Bros I received simple easy to understand instructions of what my options were along with what was necessary or critical concerning repairs.Both could have easily added to the stress level already being experienced.

Stoked to be there 100th review and glad to be able to give them a solid 5 stars! I had someone back into my vehicle and luckfully they were kind enough and had enough integrity to leave there information. I dropped my vehicle off to them to get fixed, which ended up being for some body and paint work. They told me it would be a week and were true to there word. When I picked it up a week later, it was nice and easy as well as looked like new! Would take my car here again and also highly recommend them. Thank you Drew Brothers First Autobody! The Drew Brothers are outstanding! Just picked up my 2021 Honda Pilot after needing some body work done. They kept me informed and worked with me and my busy schedule! The paint on my car is a perfect match and they even washed my car upon arrival! Great to see business who take pride in their work and serving the community! Drew Brothers were Awesome. My car was hit from the back and destroyed. From the first initial contact to 2 months later waiting on a part that was on backorder. Mike was spectacular. He updated me frequently and answered any questions I had. Very respectful, polite and gave me the courtesy I wish other businesses possess. Ms. Melissa at the front desk was just as Awesome. Very soft spoken and communication with her was very pleasant. The only issue I have, is that I can't give them 100 stars because they deserve it. They should be hired to teach business etiquette. Drew Brothers Auto Body is the epitome of what professionalism and customer service is. You all definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you so very much. Had a slight fender bender on my Subaru Outback on December 19th. While searching for a repair shop, I decided I would contact Drew Brothers due to their proximity to me, and my being somewhat familiar with their business, having seen them at the same location for years. I was treated very nicely from the very first call I made by Melissa, the office manager, who helped through all the questions, etc. with courtesy and ease. The repairs were done in a shorter time frame than we were told, and the results were excellent. The team at Drew Brothers seems to work by the old adage, "let your actions speak for you", because with little fanfare they showed what fixing a vehicle at a fair price means. Manager was very courteous and available to answer any questions. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone who needs auto body work done to go to Drew Brothers Auto body on Florida Avenue in Tampa. They do a very good job.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I felt it was necessary to express how impressed and appreciative I am with the service Tony provided me. He was recommended to me by a friend and I will absolutely be recommending him to anyone that needs body work done to their car.If at all possible, my car looks better now than when I drove it off the dealership lot! I have never had such an easy experience at an auto body shop! I called when I was 20 minutes from the shop and they provided an estimate as soon as I got there. The estimate was honest and more than reasonable and Mike and Tony spent time telling me exactly what needed to be done. Once I approved the work to be done, they ordered the piece and scheduled a day to do the job. They made my car like new again and exceeded my expectations! They are friendly, honest and do impeccable work- especially on Hondas! You will not be sorry if you go to Drew Brothers!

Drew Brothers was fast, efficient and helped me when I was in a stressful situation when I had a crack in my rearview mirror. I strongly appreciate Mike for replacing it in a timely manner and being so kind! Would highly recommend Mike if you need anything done with your car. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I will be going to them from now on.

Anthony and Mike at Drew Brothers lived up to their excellent reputation during my recent auto body repair experience with them. Their team did a beautiful job on my car. They were quick, efficient, professional, and friendly. I interacted mostly with Anthony, who went above and beyond in taking care of me. I was there for a fender bender on my rear bumper and passenger side quarter panel. When I was dropping my car off Anthony noticed my passenger side rear view mirror was cracked(unrelated to the fender bender). He said if I order the mirror he would install it no charge. I got busy and forgot about it. But when I picked up my car he had ordered and installed the mirror. And still, "no charge". They also buttoned up a part of my underbody that had gotten pulled loose. Also "no charge". Could it get any better than that? Thank you guys!

Drew Brothers has zero follow through. I called and submitted my State Farm quote. They said they would call me to set up a time. I waited. No call. I called them. They said they would call me back so I could get my car in. No call. Finally after almost 3 weeks, I called. They said they are too busy for new customers. A technician is out, the holidays, blah blah. Whatever the reason, Drew Brothers should have called me back rather than string me along for nearly 3 weeks. This is a long to time wait for your car. My recommendation is not to go them if you need your car in a reasonable amount of time, and if you need communication follow up communication

From the initial consult to picking up my car, my experience with Drew Brothers has been wonderful all the way around! I worked with Mike, he was professional, explained the process thoroughly, and was very attentive to all my questions and concerns. My car looks just like when I drove if off the lot when I first bought it! I was literally screaming when Mike showed me the work that was done because it was absolutely perfect! I was in a pile up on the Howard Franklin bridge. I drive a 2021 GMC and Drew Brothers Autobody was one of the best experiences I could have asked for during this situation. They were always professional and kind. Mike (both Mike's lol)explained everything for the process to me in detail. Up front about the difficulty to find parts at this time and all. My car was even ready a day ahead of schedule! If you want quality service you can trust, you need to go to Drew Brothers Autobody!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am BEYOND happy with the service I received from this establishment! Exemplary service from start to finish. I have so much to say but I m going to narrow it down as much as possible.I was in a fender bender on June 19th and my insurance company gave me a list of 3 different shops I could take my car to.. Well I always check the reviews on many places to make sure I get a clear idea of who or what I m dealing with. After reading the reviews of Drew Brothers I decided to give them a try and I couldn t be more pleased with my decision! I spoke with Mike first and he was not only professional but assuring as well. When I dropped my car off we met Tony. Again very professional as well. Not only does my car look great but it actually looks better than it did before I took it to them!! Tony even painted the red trim on my tires that I scuffed up from parking in the past for free! I m so careful with the way I drive and park now it s hilarious. Hopefully I won t get into another fender bender but if I do.. I m going straight to them. I HIGHLY recommend them! Drew Brothers forever has my business along with anyone I know may need them.
